When they first applied the screen protector to my phone, it was very poorly done with bubbles and all. I wasn't happy with the state of it, and free of charge they applied a new one perfectly. They will get your repair right, and if not, just tell them! The quality of repairs is definitely not Apple level and could be better (took 2 attempts to put on screen protector) but for the cost it is very fair. Scheduling with them was easy and was less than a day wait. Recommended if you frequent this Walmart.

But nope apparently I have to believe that they did replace it, but they don't have to believe me that the 1st disc we put in it is still in it.
