The staff didn't seem horribly knowledgable, the selection is non-existant, the prices were…read moreextremely high (seriously, $35 for a USB add on card from a no-name Tiawanese OEM - you have to really search for one over $20 normally, and usually those are Belkin or IOgear cards), and the return policy is draconian under the assumption that the customers are idiots ("perhaps you will install the card wrong and break it" - seriously? line up the pins in the PCI channel and push, not exactly rocket science) If you can't compete on prices then you HAVE to compete on service or selection, and they fail on all accounts. If you don't want immediate gratification then newegg.com will serve you much better, and if you absolutely need something that day, and/or want a human to talk to there are better stores available (even the maligned geek squad of best buy might be a better option, and that's pretty terrible).

They even tried to convince me in 2006 that a "Pentium 4 Celeron" processor existed. They are belligerent liars and will take advantage of the uneducated. If you don't believe me, go in there acting naive, lead them, on, and see if they don't take the bait and try and take you for a sucker. That $70/hr per customer is paying very nicely for their huge H3 Hummer they have parked out front. In addition their commercials and newspaper ads are very very ronchy, with suggestive photos and video of the owner's wife displaying herself holding computers and laptops. I will never go here.
