I contacted Strong Home Automation (from this point referred to as SHA) to schedule a TV Mounting…read moresetup earlier this week. I opted to fill out the contact form on their website and provide my information. A few hours later I received a text from Chayla of SHA and we began the conversation, hammering out the details. After several messages back and forth, the responses stopped coming from SHA. I had been quickly responsive to all of their messages and was hoping to schedule something ASAP. Unfortunately, it never made it to that point. I am really disappointed that one of the highest rated local companies in this category would so willingly disregard a customer like this. As you can see from my attached photo, I was sending my responses very quickly and they were not waiting long periods of time to hear back from me. It's almost like the work day ended and they just decided to punch out and leave me high and dry. Thankfully I was able to find another local installer who came by and did a fantastic job after a highly responsive and pleasant conversation. I do NOT recommend Strong Home Automation. I am extremely disappointed at their lack of professionalism and absolute disregard for my time and business.
