I heard from a friend they could fix cell phones, mine wouldn't charge. I dropped in to see if they could help me with my charging issue. He kindly took me right in, spent 20 minutes cleaning all the connectors, the speakers and microphones, giving it a nice once-over, When he handed it back it worked perfectly, Bill? $5.00. Yeah, $5.00, not $50, five dollars. I tried giving him a $5.00 tip, but he wouldn't take it. He said, no, we do this cleaning for anyone, just $5.00. Came in Jan of 2021 to get a cover for my Apple Watch face. Cover was about $20 and for the next 10 months protected my watch without issue. In Oct the corner started to peel up without going back down. After a few weeks dust started to get under the cover and I came into Zagg for a replacement. They kindly agreed to replace it for a $5 re-install fee. The process took about 5 min and the new cover looked awesome! About a week later the same corner started to come off the watch and wouldn't go back down. A few days later I was scrolling on the watch face, and the cover came halfway off. The next day I went back to Zagg to have them replace the cover. I assumed that they would replace it at no cost due to the malfunction of the replacement. Unfortunately I was met with another $5 replacement fee. Though this is a trivial amount of money, the principle remains, that this business does not accept accountability for the application and quality of their products. I would recommend either going to Best Buy, Expercom, Tricked Out, or any cellular service provider. read more

Dishonest, liar, and a cheat. Horrible customer service. Ryan (the owner) snapped my wife's iPhone case in half while twisting it not in an effort to remove it. He was just fiddling with it, and even let out a "oops!" when he did so. 10 minutes later when I went in and asked him about it he gave me a smirk and said, "I didn't break your case, you've got a crappy case", and made no effort to offer any reasonable compensation. He snidely said I could buy a new case off the rack and that he would take a dollar or two off, but flat out denied damaging it at all. Before he snapped it he questioned my wife up and down about the Zagg shield that was being replaced was actually a Zagg shield. I understand that you need to make sure, but even after she showed him her receipt, he still was reluctant and made her feel like a liar. Bottom line, don't go there unless you want to have your integrity questioned, your stuff broken, and be lied to straight to your face. read more

I never write reviews so low, but here goes. I am disabled and it was 21F and I called ZAGG in Logan,UT for some help. ZAGG had sent a 9.7 keyboard for an iPad Pro when I needed a 10.5. I asked Ryan if he would make an exchange for me with me paying the difference, about $30 and he said yes, to come in and he would exchange for his cost of $95. I bundled up going to the store, after waiting in line for 30 minutes, got to the counter and was told to pay $98 and they would keep my 9.7! Incredible rip off to pay more than double my original price. Called ZAGG who explained while they are LICENSED to sell ZAGG, they are a KIOSK and can do as they please. (ZAGG will have none of the 10.5 until the next production run in January.) This KIOSK operates like a scalper by buying up product and jacking up the price. BUYER BE VERY AWARE! read more

Zagg opens at 11:00 AM. My wife went in at 11:30 AM this morning to put screen protectors on our new phones and no one was there. I am at work but have called 3 time and it is now 1:20 and no one has answered my call. I looked at reviews online and I can see that this has been a problem for the last 8 months at least and every time someone leaves a review about it the owner responds saying that there was a family emergency... I HATE screens on my phone, so I've avoided putting one on my iPhone for about 4 years. Earlier this year, I dropped my phone and it shattered into pieces. $200.00 later, a screen didn't sound so bad. Ryan at the Logan ZAGG (is awesome) and put the cover on in about 10 minutes and I honestly can't even tell it's there. I never thought I would say this, but I am glad I decided to get one. They had great customer service and did a great job installing the new screen protector. It took about two minutes from start to finish. The new Zaggs screen protector was free but there was a very fair screen protector installation charge of $6. This way I didn't have to pay for shipping from the website, wait for it to arrive, and install it myself. I should of gone in months ago but the reviews kind of scared me. I had no problem and now I have a brand new screen, with no cracks and the new one has no bubbles or flaws. Thank you! read more

Horrible customer service. I bought new shields for all my iPhone 7s. After the install the two said the corners are not sticking well on the new black iPhones. I was instructed to keep pressure on the corners of the phones. I did as I was told. The shields did not last. All lifted. I called the owner and he refused to do anything for us. I lost my money and have to go to another product to protect my investments. Zagg has been reliable with their products. They missed on this one which I can understand. I expect them to make it right and they won't stand behind their bad product. read more

So I have two phones (weird) an old i4 i basically use as an ipod, and a droid. The droid had a screen protector from the verizon store, and the i4 had a screen protector Ryan put on. I've had numerous drops and adventures with both phone. The droid has been destroyed, the iphone looks brand new. Thanks to Ryan who is a total class act! read more

I'm incredibly frustrated with ZAGG. I went into the store today to get my screen protector replaced, and waited for 20 minutes after opening for an employee. I ended up leaving without ever getting helped because no one ever showed up. If you cannot open your store at the time you're supposed to, then you need to change your store hours or get new employees who can show up. I watched 3 other potential customers leave as well because they didn't want to wait for someone to show up. I would give zero stars if possible. I am going to just buy a new screen protector online and forget about zagg. Its not worth the lifetime warranty if I can't get a new protector. read more

After reading these other reviews, I feel like I've been frequenting a completely different store than everyone else. The only negative I've ever experienced is a line. They always do an excellent install, and have never questioned a replacement. I do fieldwork in the desert mountains using my phone to collect data. During the field season, I replace my screen at least once a month. The owner is always professional and helpful. My last install, they were out of the screen protector I wanted, so he gave me the next best one, called me when the one I wanted arrived, and gave me a free protector for the back. The only reason I hesitate to give a full 5 stars is that Zagg has had issues fitting a premium protector on curved screens. read more

0 stars. $30+ is a steep price to pay for a screen protector, but I swallowed it for the lifetime protection guarantee. My glass screen protector broke and I took it into this location. They charged me the $6 for installation which I wasn't super happy about, but I understood that it still cost them some labor and they'd have to replace the actual product. They said they tracked everything by phone number, so I didn't keep my receipt. Now, about a year later, I take it into a different location since I moved and the screen protector broke AGAIN. And they're telling me it isn't the Zagg glass, (they can tell by the cut) so they won't replace it unless I want to pay $35 again. And, this new location is telling me there is no way to track it if I don't have my receipt, and that Zagg doesn't use phone numbers to track purchases. So either this Logan location screwed me by giving me a fake product that is irreplaceable by other Zagg stores, or the Salt Lake location is lying to me. Either way, I would have kept my receipt if the Logan store didn't tell me they tracked purchases themselves and had some proof to corroborate my story. Anyways, long story short, I won't be using Zagg products again and I hope you won't either. Save yourself the trouble. read more

I haven't found a good thing about this ZAGG location...I never leave reviews, especially when they are negative, because I like to think we're all human and can make mistakes, but it would be "one star worthy" if this company did even one thing right! I'm not sure where to start, whether it's telling me they'd have my replacement screen protector in the next day and after making the trip from the opposite end of the valley day after day only to find that they just really never got the very common iPhone screen I was looking for, claiming they had sold all of them, every day! Or is it coming in more than 40 minutes after the time they were supposed to be open only to find many people confused at the no show of the owner...just not showing up to open your business? I drove across the valley for that? It would not take much by way of a shred of honesty and integrity to beat these guys if anyone out there is looking for a business opportunity...gag!
