Just a "FYI": I got the puff of air in the eyes AND dilated. They did give me some techy shades that were adjustable...but I opted to wear my sunglasses. You will also want someone to drive with you- the dilation makes your up-close vision blurry.

Probably the worst experience I've had in a business in many years... I tried calling several times…read moreover a couple of days always going to voicemail before I finally got a live person. I bought a new Mac mini and wanted to have it set up and the data transferred over from my old iMac. It should've been a simple process. Without getting into all the details, no one seemed to understand how to do that. There was only one person there who seemed knowledgeable, but he was never willing to come out of the back room to talk to me without a lot of insistence. After a week of supposedly working on it I was told it was just taking a lot of time to download the data. I finally talked to the person who is actually doing the transfer and she was trying to transfer 4 TB of data from my Time Machine onto the 512 GB Drive on my Mac mini ....Duh.?! When I explain to her how I thought the process should be done she argued with me and said I was wrong and should just do it myself.I went in to get my equipment and I don't know if it's the manager that I've been working with, but he hid in the back room and wouldn't come out and talk to me. I just wanted to get my equipment back and go somewhere else. He was using his Desk employees back-and-forth as messengers and they said he was just too busy to come out of the back and talk to me and he would have to text me later.. and they wouldn't give me my machine. I told them I wasn't gonna leave without my machine. The guy I had been working with just brought all the pieces out-dumped and dumped them on the counter. They didn't even bother to gather it up or box it up And they were missing the external drive . Unbelievable experience.. I felt sorry for the poor employees there they looked like deer in the headlights and definitely not well trained or customer service focused. I would highly recommend not going to Expercom in Logan for anything. It was the Customer Service experience from hell. I took my Mac mini to Aggie Tech Service Center in the Utah State student building. Chris was extremely helpful. We talked about exactly what I wanted to do and how they would do it. Chris was knowledgeable and professional And made the data transfer with a smile. And said he he didn't think he should charge me because it was so easy to do! The employee looked at the port, took it back into the workshop, came out 1-minute later, and charged nothing. I have had them work and upgrade my Apple computers for many years. This was a $500 coupon for a medication that my cardiologist insisted i continue to take despite me being dropped by Aetna for whatever reason. So a much more helpful associate took charge and helped me do the complex phone gymnastics that the other associate didnt want to do. In fact Morgan was very patient and helpful and managed to get my precription filled (it really was a matter of life and death) so i do comment Morgan and most of the staff members of the pharmacy, except the first one, who is clearly the weakest link and probably costs the pharmacy a lot of customers.
