I walked over to Rachel and i have to say, in times past my experiences with getting glasses hasn't been the best it has been left to me to decide what i wanted and well, it never went well Rachel insisted she could help me find something that looked good on me, and that's exactly what she did. Ok not only did she did that but she explained how and why certain ones looked good or didn't look good. She took all the time i wanted and had about 15 pair that we narrowed down to 3 and i made a final decision on a pair, (pictured). The other two girls, Maria and Cassidy interacted with me through the process, I'm something of a clown which they picked right up on and chimed right in. It was such a fun experience, i found it hard to leave, they were so much fun!! The store was exceptionally clean and well organized with more than enough high quality trendy glasses to choose from. Our family of five went to Dr. Waterman for the first time for eye exams. We had three different…read moreappointments for five people. We paid up front for the deductible (as expected) for everyone except apparently one child. So we received a bill a few months later for that child. I called and an employee said we had been overcharged so they gave us a discount. We received another bill for the original amount so I called again because we thought we had already paid, and an employee looked up our account and said we had a balance of 0 and there was nothing for us to pay. A few months later we receive a collections notice saying we owed the whole amount with an added $25 fee. I called Dr. Waterman's office again and was told it was out of their hands. They told me I had to contact the collection agency and pay the higher amount. After hours trying to sort this out and Dr. Waterman's staff without any explanation and not seeming to care, we won't be back again.
