My husband went to Dr Anderson for a consultation for a dental implant. The consultation went okay…read moreand Dr Anderson offered to do the implant right then. My husband chose to go forward with the implant. He was given the numbing injections and hooked up to the vital sign machine. Then Dr Anderson asked me to wait in the lobby. Fifteen minutes later, my husband was done getting a bone graft and implant. The only instructions he was given was to come back in six months to check the implant. No post-op instructions were given. My husband has had several implants in the past and his pain after this implant was ten times worse than any of his previous implants. His healing took several weeks before he was able to eat without pain. Two months after the implant was surgically placed by Dr Anderson, the implant fell out of his jaw. In two months, it should have been integrated with the jaw bone quite well. We ended up having to go to another dentist to have the surgery done correctly. Dr Anderson charged us for the implant procedure and we have had to pay another $2150 out of pocket to have the implant placed properly. This whole experience has been terrible! As a healthcare professional, I would not recommend getting surgery done by Dr Anderson. He does not meet the standards of care!

Their scheduling was fast and everything was done in one appointment...from consultation to X-rays to the teeth removal. As the mother who was several states away and couldn't be there for any of the process, I appreciated the fact that Dr. Burns took the time to call me after the procedure and let me know how things went. The staff were amazing to my son and were there for him before and after the procedure to make sure he was comfortable. And to top it off, they took our insurance. I recommend contacting Cache Valley Wisdom Teeth when you are in the Logan, UT area and need your wisdom teeth out!
