She will gladly and without shame tell you "We want your money. We won't service you until we get it." Do you really think that's an appropriate way to ask for that? and then proceeding to say. "Well, haven't you gotten any letters?" When we have not, and mailing is just unreliable nowadays. You have clients emails and numbers, maybe call for better communication? Also threatening your clients about it when they are more than willing to pay (bad communication on your end) is not the appropriate way to ask.
Also, the last few times that I have been in, Dr. Gray seemed to be in a horrible mood and just complaining the whole entire time. I've given him the benefit of the doubt the last couple of times, but just can't be around it anymore. I also noticed that the last appointment I was at, there was a molar that was drilled on which DIDN'T need any work done and a week later it became sensitive. I just ended up getting it fixed by another dentist.
Not to mention, my mother struggles with severe depression and struggles just simply taking care of herself. My mother went in to him one day, and Dr. Brent Gray took one look in her mouth and was making fun of her because of what he saw. So if you're struggling with your mental health, I would recommend going somewhere else with more empathetic people.
This place is outdated, and they seem to care more about your money than you as a person.
