It seems to me that the yelp reviewers giving bad reviews are just people who want work for cheap or free. I'd look more at the Google reviews to see a more accurate review of him...68 reviews and an average of 4.9 stars. I'm addressing this because as a business owner, I know how important reviews are and what the effects are when a couple of people decide to make false accusations online. Dr. Hurst has always been open, honest, ethical, and more with me. In addition, he is one of the few doctors in the area that educates on different materials and offers choice to his patients. If I have to pay a little more if I choose a better material, I'll do it in a heartbeat. I like that I get an option of doing that. It's true...you get what you pay for. If you want HIGH quality work that looks amazing and lasts longer than the "average" stuff, Dr. Hurst is the doctor for you. :) read more

Dr. Hurst is an amazing dentist. Before moving here from California, I had been to multiple dentists. My teeth continued to give me problems because they were not fixed correctly. It was a painful experience to go to the dentist and my mouth seemed to hurt not only when it was being worked on, but continuously afterwards. When I came to Cache Valley I had many people recommend Dr. Hurst. He is an expert in his field. He is very gentle when he works on your teeth, and I can honestly say He has fixed the myriad problems in my mouth; including root canals, crowns, and gum issues. Ever since he completed my dental work, I have been pain free with issues regarding my teeth. I have better health and his work is long lasting. I hadn't been to the dentist in 6 years when I went to see Dr. Hurst. The hygienist gave me a very thorough cleaning with a full set of x-rays, and a cancer screening to boot. Dr. Hurst did an exam showing me my x-rays, and even taking photos of my teeth so I could better see what he saw. He later did fillings on several of my teeth. The staff is very kind and attentive. Dr. Hurst took time with me to answer questions and give me all my treatment options. I've found my forever dentist! read more

Dr. Hurst at Nusmyle Dental in Logan Utah is by far my favorite dentist ive been to yet. I had 2 root canals and 2 crowns done in the same day and Dr. Hurst and his dental assistant were both very nice and gave me breaks when ever I needed them and was there for me threw the whole thing. 2 weeks after my appointment I went back in to have my 2 crowns placed. I can't Thank Dr Hurst enough!! I've had white spots on my teeth since I can remember.. Super embarrassing.. No dentist would fix them they just wanted to do Expensive Veneers that I couldn't afford... Dr. Hurst and his office are blessing to our little valley! I came to him as a very nervous patient, worried about pain and with a mouth that years of smoking cigarettes had done a number on.
