He was hurrying and was very rough in my mouth upon returning. He had me sitting upright before I could to tell him the filling needed polishing. He did polish it after being told. He called the next day to check on me and I told him I was frustrated he left in the middle of my filling. He said it was to give my jaw a break. When I said I thought it was unprofessional he then said "I was dealing with an emergency" I do not believe that and told him that. He then said " well maybe Aspen dental is not a good fit for you if you don't like us leaving in the middle of procedures to see other patients. He is correct about that. I will never go back.

I think I'm over my fear of going to the dentist and I definitely found my new family dentist. I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Logan Smiles to anyone needing a dentist in Logan or the surrounding area. The…read morebiggest reason I continue to recommend them is that they are very honest and focused on the patient's actual needs. I have had dentists in the past who always seemed to be wanting to sell me something. At Logan Smiles they tell you what is really going on and don't try to push additional services. I can feel confident if they tell me something is wrong then it is really wrong and not just a sales ploy. I also think the teeth cleanings are very well done and pain free. Also, they seem to keep up with the latest trends in dentistry which I appreciate. I had just read about the lead apron now being found to cause more harm then good. And lo and behold when I had my xray they did not use the apron. Overall a great dentist and the first one I have used that I feel entirely comfortable with.

She will gladly and without shame tell you "We want your money. We won't service you until we get it." Do you really think that's an appropriate way to ask for that? and then proceeding to say. "Well, haven't you gotten any letters?" When we have not, and mailing is just unreliable nowadays. You have clients emails and numbers, maybe call for better communication? Also threatening your clients about it when they are more than willing to pay (bad communication on your end) is not the appropriate way to ask. Also, the last few times that I have been in, Dr. Gray seemed to be in a horrible mood and just complaining the whole entire time. I've given him the benefit of the doubt the last couple of times, but just can't be around it anymore. I also noticed that the last appointment I was at, there was a molar that was drilled on which DIDN'T need any work done and a week later it became sensitive. I just ended up getting it fixed by another dentist. Not to mention, my mother struggles with severe depression and struggles just simply taking care of herself. My mother went in to him one day, and Dr. Brent Gray took one look in her mouth and was making fun of her because of what he saw. So if you're struggling with your mental health, I would recommend going somewhere else with more empathetic people. This place is outdated, and they seem to care more about your money than you as a person. Just lost 4 loyal, long time customers.

I know some of these reviews, you always wonder if someone made it up or so, but i will say that this dentist is incredible. I wish i lived here. If he and his staff are a representative of the people of Cache Valley, i want to live here. I've told at least 5 people since I've been here about this dental office. I went to Celeste for a gold crown about 10 years ago, she must have just been starting out and was in another practice with an older dentist, so this must have been some of her earliest work. This crown is absolutely beautiful. It's a work of art. It has been perfect for the better part of a decade that I've had it; perfectly aligned to the tooth, positioned well, prepared well. It has never hurt, never had puffy gums around it, and I usually forget it's there until I actually see it. I literally get compliments on this particular crown every time I visit other dentists. (I have moved and her practice is out of my insurance network, otherwise I'd still be seeing her) From what I remember of our appointment she was kind, and took the time to answer my questions and explain the process to me. Celeste's attention to detail is phenomenal. And it didn't hurt. All these years later I remember Celeste was blessed with tiny hands, which doesn't necessarily make or break a dentist, but it sure helps! She's the best dentist in Cache Valley, and I would refer her to anyone I know with ironclad confidence.

This is ultimately a reflection on the whole office. I had an appointment I waited 6 months for (a cavity to fill) and as the appointment drew closer, they were checking to see if I had the same insurance. I did not. I told them specifically that I had NO INSURANCE and wanted to know the cost if paid by cash. They sent me a "plan" which I was told I had to sign. When I arrived at the appointment on Tuesday, August 6th, the charge was over $100.00 more. When I told them I was disappointed that the charge was so much more, I am unemployed and had budgeted for the original (signed contract) amount, they hummed and hawed and said, " Oh our rates have increased and sometimes the system doesn't catch it". Wrong. Just wrong. I got the contract less than 7 days prior, and that contract should have been honored. I can't do business with this sloppy bookkeeping.
