I went to Celeste for a gold crown about 10 years ago, she must have just been starting out and was in another practice with an older dentist, so this must have been some of her earliest work. This crown is absolutely beautiful. It's a work of art. It has been perfect for the better part of a decade that I've had it; perfectly aligned to the tooth, positioned well, prepared well. It has never hurt, never had puffy gums around it, and I usually forget it's there until I actually see it. I literally get compliments on this particular crown every time I visit other dentists. (I have moved and her practice is out of my insurance network, otherwise I'd still be seeing her) From what I remember of our appointment she was kind, and took the time to answer my questions and explain the process to me. Celeste's attention to detail is phenomenal. And it didn't hurt. All these years later I remember Celeste was blessed with tiny hands, which doesn't necessarily make or break a dentist, but it sure helps! I told them specifically that I had NO INSURANCE and wanted to know the cost if paid by cash. They sent me a "plan" which I was told I had to sign. When I arrived at the appointment on Tuesday, August 6th, the charge was over $100.00 more. When I told them I was disappointed that the charge was so much more, I am unemployed and had budgeted for the original (signed contract) amount, they hummed and hawed and said, " Oh our rates have increased and sometimes the system doesn't catch it". Wrong. Just wrong. I got the contract less than 7 days prior, and that contract should have been honored. I can't do business with this sloppy bookkeeping.
