We've celebrated many of our kids' birthdays at Cache Valley Fun Park. It used to be tradition. After today, it won't be. Here's how it went down: my son nailed the Bonus Drop X-Treme game, dropped the ball directly into the bonus hole. Three adults watched it. Zero points showed up. Simple fix, right? Tell an employee, they make it right. Wrong! First up: Philip (employee) asks Cash (manager #1). Cash says the points will "take time to add." Spoiler: they didn't. Philip assures us if they still don't show up, he'll add them manually. Fair enough. We return later. Points still missing. Philip checks with Brooke (manager #2). Brooke shuts it down instantly. She flat out calls us liars because she didn't personally witness it. Then she gaslights me with the laughable claim that their games can't malfunction which is rich, since another game had literally just malfunctioned and needed a restart. Brooke, we're talking about 472 points. That's what: three tootsie rolls and a bouncy ball? Is that really worth accusing paying customers of dishonesty? The kicker? My son, being awesome, plays again. Nails the bonus again. This time the game coughs up the points. He even filmed it. Imagine being proven wrong by a kid with an iPhone. We've spent more time and money here than any other entertainment venue in the valley. But after being told our word means nothing and treated like scammers over pocket change level prizes, this is our last visit. The Fun Park might have games, but the real show is management's ability to turn loyal customers into ex-customers. read more

Worst place. Managers are trash and they can't fix a simple problem without the general manager who's only there on the weekdays?? Stole our money and would only give us credit for the arcade back. Never going back and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

website says the laser tag is open 5PM-close and "all day" saturday. not my experience! update the website. we settled for roller skating. no dj and very unenergetic music for a saturday night. no supervision to the rink, probably pretty unsafe. had fun none the less ‍ read more

Take a step back in time.....back to your youth and you spent your weekends in a loud, smelly and busy arcade with all your friends. You are excited to throw down some coin to beat an unbeatable game and turn in your stack of tickets for highly sought-after candy or toys. Look around, you might be standing right in the middle of the Cache Valley Fun Park. I found myself standing here on a Saturday evening with increasingly more and more people as the night went on. Seriously, it was busy when we arrived and it just got more and more packed. There is a lot that this place offers in addition to the (small) arcade: bowling, skating rink, lazer tag and a climbing area for the littles. It's not a bad place if you need to run the kids tired before bed. Just plan on lots of other people having the same idea. Newer arcades have digital tokens and tickets-which I appreciate (seems to be more efficient, less messy, etc.) But if you prefer the nostalgia, you can fold up your strands of tickets and carry them around proudly here. I would encourage management to look into the upkeep and maintenance of the games-several (at least 1 out of every three) had "out of order" signs on them or required assistance to restart or fix jams. It would also be an improvement if there were a few more garbage cans around. There was trash everywhere, likely due to the lack of available trash bins. read more

I have been begging them for years now to get new ticket redemption games. Crossy Road please...3-4 more ticket redemption games are definitely needed to freshen things up a bit. After living here for 4 years it has gotten a bit stale. The soft play/jungle gym is really large and a lot of fun for kids and a decent value. My son also loves to skate. We do not love their bowling alley. The balls did not roll well compared to the other alley in town. I am giving it 4 stars because I love supporting local and this place does give a place to go every once in a while for some fun. I also REALLY appreciate the owner and his support of the community. He is a really great guy. We went today and my son had a friend meet him to play tag in the jungle gym. We ordered the family pack which came with a large 2 topping pizza, large cheesy bread, pitcher of soda and $10.00 worth of tokems for $29.97. I think that is an awesome deal. The pizza and cheesy bread were really good! The cheesy bread especially is worth your time ;) So this isn't the most up to date with the best games and not enough selection...but a decent place to spend a couple of hours. read more

Inexpensive fun zone for the kids. everyone had a blast. They have a roller rink, bowling, arcade, in door climbing gym and slides for kids, food and prizes. Definitely will come again next time we're in town. read more

There are TONS of activities that go on here! There is Bowling, Billiards, Lazer tag, Arcade games, and Roller Skating. I've done every single one of them, so here is my review for each: Bowling: I give it a 3 stars. The bowling balls are not too hot, they don't have much variety, especially with the finger holes. I can't throw a 15 lb ball, but my fingers don't fit in the 9 lb one. The score screens are warped, so we couldn't see our score to easily; however, it's bowling. So it's still a good time and the pizza they serve is delicious too. Billiards: 3 Stars. They keep the cues and balls on the same counter as the bowling shoes, a and the best part is that it's usually never busy! So you can walk right up and hustle someone--don't do that though, just play for fun. Lazer Tag: 3 Stars. They venue is small and has the same hide outs all throughout, which are just walls with holes you can poke your fun through. It contains different 'bases' in each corner that, if you shoot them, give you 100 points. On the flip side, if they shoot you, you lose 1000. So watch your back. A couple of the vests are broken, so just make sure yours is working properly and you'll be ready to go! Arcade Games: 3 Stars. Just your regular games, skeeball, basketball, and that game that tests your reaction time. Skating: 5 stars. We love it. It's the best place to meet new friends who know how to skate on one leg, do flips, and dance around you! The rink is a little tiny, but it works :) You can either rent skates or blades too, so depending on your skill level, you can use whichever to your advantage. TIPS & TRICKS: * Tuesday: Classic Sk8te Night @ 9pm. Wear your best outfit and go jam out to oldies songs and have a freakin' ball. * Wednesday: Country Swing Night @ 9pm-1am. Seriously, everyone and their dog shows up to this hoedown! And, no worries, if you don't know how to boogie, someone there will teach you. * There are lots of combo packages you can purchase to make your time there worthwhile. For example, I got the package that included one game of bowling, one game of lazer tag, and a few tokens to the arcade machines for $10.50. Not too shabby. * Also, remember to wear your party pants. read more

The play area is pretty dang cool! Wish we had something like that for the kids where I live. The pizza was not good at all. I saw a sign that said "reward winning pizza" or something like that, but it was worse than microwave pizza. We didn't do the skating or arcade games. read more

The dude named Spencer who works here is the best man in the USA. He let us use the tickets he had earned over time and combined them with ours so me and my friends could get one of each of the little toy dinosaurs. I really dont like giving bad reviews but I thought I needed to since our experience was so bad. All my son has talked about since we talked about his birthday was to play outdoor laser tag at fun park. So I went online ordered the party and expected the pieces to fall into place. I called the day before to add an additional pizza as my son in his birthday excitement invited a few extra When I informed them the day before I was assured it'd be no problem. When we arrived on friday at 6:00 before the 630 start time I asked for another pizza and additional tokens as well as drinks. I was told my party coordinator would handle it. At 630 the party start time the room had barely been put together. There was no direction and 20 9 year olds were excited to laser tag. Finally we got the group together and with 1 staff member from fun park to monitor all of these kids they were off. I joined them and had to provide help to get things going. Needless to say at this point our 1 hour of laser tag was cut in half during the cluster of what was going on. We then asked about the food and were assured it's going to be ready. It wasnt and 20 tired hungry kids were expected to patiently wait. When the food finally arrived the order had not been increased as requested and drinks were absent. As you can tell this was an awful experience. Please think twice before party planning here. read more

If you want a mix of games, skating, pizza and a play gym this is the place. Great for the family that has kids from 16 to 6 like us! There is not a lot of arcade games to just go there for that though. And I don't think the play gym is worth the price if you aren't going to enjoy the other amenities. But for the overall package it was fun and worth it! Great amount of tickets for the points scored as well! read more
