I think the price was a little steep considering the minimum amount of animals . I had seen a previous review saying it was only $2/person... this is not the case anymore. I did like how you could buy duck pellets for only $1. That was really fun for the kids. I did think that the price should be less in the winter because we didn't get to see multiple animals because of it being a colder month (monkeys, turtles, etc). Setting the price aside, it was a clean park and had a good variety of animals, although it did seem like 30%+ of the animals were birds which aren't super interesting to me. I would recommend this place to someone if they like seeing animals, but not somewhere I would feel the need to go to again.

Friendly staff. $5 for adults and $4 for kids (I think it's priced right for once it has all the exhibits opened). The kids loved the petting zoo and they were about to feed a reindeer. Be sure to use the restroom prior to coming because the ones here were smelly and dirty.

A fun little zoo. Mostly birds but still very interesting. We had fun, even in the rain.

She was super knowledgeable, kind and generous with her time. Some of the enclosures seem far too small and kinda dirty. It felt kinda like a money grab. There is token slots everywhere you turn to take money for feeding the animals. I can see the interactive aspect, but it would be very expensive for a family to come here if they want to feed multiple animals considering each token is $2. The place was also very hot and had an odd smell. Tight quarters. It was a fun one time experience.

This led us to be so confused with whether we input the right directions. However, on the building of the mall in front of the food court, you see "SeaQuest". Yep - we're in the right place... Once you walk in the mall, you pass the 90s looking food court and head downstairs below the food court to find the entrance of SeaQuest past a small playground for kids. At the register, we were greeted by a kind worker manning the check-in desk, Natalia. She was so amazing! She gave us the low-down on what to expect and even gave us a few extra tokens to use to feed the animals. Honestly, we had the best experience possible because of Natalia. We ended up having the full experience of feeding the otters, hanging out with the cats, and even the porcupine (quillio) and prairie dogs (blossom, bubbles, and buttercup)! Literally, SeaQuest was my major highlight of the trip to Utah! We could not believe the different kinds of animals they had in such a small setting, which of course from an outside perspective, you feel really bad that these animals are "entrapped" or living in such an enclosed space, but it's almost like you can see that the animals might actually enjoy living in there. Lol, probably because they're getting fed majority of the day, but the caretakers seem to be pretty good at spacing out meals for them. When you first walk in, it was almost alarming to the point of feeling like there are a number of safety hazards/concerns for both the animals and patrons. The glass for the aquariums are so low that people can stick their hands in (which is apparently totally ok to do for most aquariums). Some animals like the iguanas are totally hanging almost outside of their open cages for people to pet. You can also just hop into the tortoise's enclosure to say hi. So crazy. There are so many crazy kids running around, so I honestly feel worried about the animals getting hurt and bombarded on the daily, but what I love about this place is its uniqueness and mission to educate the masses. These animals are very well adapted to humans and seem to have very good caretakers, so that part was reassuring. Oh also, the little doctor fish that exfoliate your hands was the coolest! Free manicure with your entry, hehe!

April 11 2026 during baby animal days, a storm with marble sized hail started beating the hiccups out of us , now me being from SWLouisiana don't get to see much action, I was fascinated at first but quickly had the danger sting the fire out my back end. I grabbed my grandson close and we ran with my sweater over him like a mother hen. When out of an old West movie, a cowboy on his electric pony pull up to us, yelled at my grandson, GET IN. (You know that boy listen...wow). I turned to help my daughter and 2 other babies in a stroller. Once they babies were safe, this cowboy asked gentlemen like, for me to get in. I did. In the mass confusion and shelter seeking, he did not loose his composure. Calmly stopping to look at my daughter for her safety. Checking capacity of the tiny village homes along the way. He drove us to the SUV in the field, relying on a 6 year old boy for directions...this child has not moved. He was standing against this stranger, not out of fear but total trust ., He asked if we would be ok, I said Yes, while explaining to grandson that this nice man needed to save more ladies and kids, like he did for us . Once we were clear, and could see my daughter and the babies coming through the grass lot of cars, the cowboy was gone. We would like to say a great big THANK YOU first to this man's mom, you taught him well. To his father for giving him the protective nature and control for any situation. To you sir, no matter your choice in ponies ...RIDE ON. Hopefully my grandson will be so kind. Thank you all again for a wonderful day . Snuggles to the babies that enjoyed every oohh and aahh of each precious moment. 100/10 Stars !!!

When we left, the parking lot was overflowing and cars circling around trying to find a parking space. Still, with the influx of larger crowds to parking lot capacity, it didn't feel crowded inside. This is a wonderful place to visit. A wonderful place to bring family and friends..There are animals and species that I've never seen anywhere else, and I've been to the Tucson Sonoran Desert Museum, the San Diego Safari Park, Sea World, Scripps Oceanography, and various zoos. This was a treat. And almost all were active and were seen. Such variety. There is no wasted space in this museum. Walls are adorned, such as a long wall with the ascending walkway going to the penguin exhibit made to look like a South Pole research center. Even every access door for employees are adorned. See my photos. Nice vegetation areas in otherwise unused space. They put a nice climbing gym in what would have been an unused corner, great for parents who need a break and kids to dissipate energy. There are thoughtful benches placed here and there for a sit down rest. There is a very nice small cafe and snack bar to get a yummy huge pretzel, or hamburger and other sandwiches and salads. Looking at the prices, they are very reasonable for a museum/theme park. You are getting a great value for the buck. Whether you are buying for just the day or a membership, I think that you are getting your money's worth. We spent four hours there and didn't see everything, read everything, tried everything. The four hours went by fast. This is a very popular place for good reason--a jewel in the valley. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

I came here for an event tonight and the area around the claw is so amazing! There are several different animals around the garden area all lit up for Christmas and it so perfect to stroll through. While we didn't get to see any aquatic life on the tank at the Mountain American Event center, it looks like they were still setting things up to add some animals in soon. The facility itself was very spacious with a sound system that covers the whole room. Can't wait to come back once everything is in place!
