I enjoy this place, but it needs to have some improvements done. It is starting to look a little run down.

It's a real toss up, the price was pretty great for what it was. The outdoor course was really dirty and a little confusing as the workers gave me no real heads up on what to do. Obviously you figure out what your doing but the outdoor has two courses and I didn't know that. I'd probably go back, it was cheap, the games were fun, and it was definitely a bang for your buck! read more

Really fun place, been there many times and loved it. But this time I went with some friends and we were minigolfing and we were being a little crazy but we werent doing harm to anyone or hurting walls or decorations or anything, then an older guy came and took our vip passes and suspended them and he told us rules that we hadnt known before. Then he kicked us out and said we have to have our parents come talk to him. It seemed a little harsh for the stuff we had done, sure we hit the balls a little harder than neccesary but we werent hurting any property at all. The rest of the staff is great though and is a really fun place but that ruined it for me. Hopefully I have a better experience next time I go if I do. read more

Went here with a few of my buddies to try out the driving range. The range is nice. Was my second time ever at a driving range so I hit a few over the side net. There's a LOT to do at Toad's so it's hard to rate them with one rating. Here's a breakdown of what I've used there: Driving ranges: * * * * Great range, heated in the winter and some outside pads for the summer. They get busy but there are a lot of spaces so you won't have a hard time getting a bucket of balls out in to the field. Arcade: * * Small and expensive. If you add a game on to what you are doing it is fun but I wouldn't make it a destination by any means. Batting Cages: * * * They seem to work well and throw consistently. There are always people using them so I'm not sure if they are that great or just a lack of other options. Miniature Golf: * * Could be a really great course but it's really showing it's age and wear. None of the little tee boxes were in good shape and the carpet is pretty torn up around them. The pond stinks and needs to be cleaned as well. It looks like they are overhauling part of the course. They advertise 36 holes but only 18 were open when we went. read more

Just had my 5 year old sons birthday here, it was a blast, they took care of food, ice cream, entertainment, we had a private birthday room for cake and presents, all the kids got tokens for arcade games, laser tag, go carts, claiming wall, indoor and outdoor mini golf, batting cage, seriously cannot go wrong here, we take our kids here all the time and they love it. The golf driving range is also amazing, I get a pass to it, heaters and fans, you will not find a better range or practice green around. My family will never return to Toad's We went to Toad's 'NOT SO' fun zone on Feb 10, 2019. The employees spent the whole time huddled up in a group goofing off. The young girl with the spiky hair was hanging all over the young man who we later found out was actually the manager. These employees need supervision! They could care less that we were there. When asking about the broken attractions they seemed disinterested and bothered that we needed something from them. While one employee was ordering food from another employee, I was ignored for a very long time while they chatted about their friends and their trips they were going to go on. There was a long haired Hispanic girl who was truly just hateful to my family members, and treated them like they were not welcome there. The blonde cook was very rude. When I asked if she got my order of fries she told me she could only carry so much at one time. The food was disgusting and looked nothing like what you see online. In Fact, nothing looks like it is portrayed on line. All pics online are misleading. These employees could sure use a great deal of Customer Service training. The service is horrible. This place is ridiculous. I am surprised that they are still open. Someone needs to start caring about their customers. Your customers are why you exist. read more

We had our kids birthday party there and they were so great about everything, we ordered extra pizzas for everyone and they came out super fast. Chandler was super helpful and super nice. Found a Groupon for Toads, it was for 2,4, or 6 people. We bought the 6 person pass and we had a great time! The Arcade games are too expensive, we only used the $5 that came on each pass. If you want to just play Arcade, don't come here! The tickets are slim and their items are expensive. Laser Tag is AWESOME! I love their course, upstairs and downstairs, lots of mazes and hiding places. Play on a team and secure the top! It is fun to pick off the people below. Mini Golf inside was fun, you have a mix of "dark" with black lights, and open lighting. I would suggest they use putters with a bit of glow paint on them, you can't see them when you are in the dark. The pass was also good for the outdoor mini golf park, but it was a cold night so we stayed indoors for the most part, except for the... Go Carts! Being a large man I was not able to enjoy the Go Carts, the seat belts didn't fit me. But the kids loved them. You have to be a certain height to be a driver, otherwise you can be a passenger. The carts are not fast by any means and they are controlled by a switch inside, so when it is time to bring them back in to park and you are on the wrong side of the track, it can take forever to get back in. They have a small snack bar, pizza, hot dogs, pretzels, etc. Prices seemed to be ok. Kids enjoyed the pizza we got for them. read more

I have been to this place so many times. Over the past few years the mini golf area has started to fall into disrepair. I went tonight with my kids after having been out of state for a few years and it was horrible!! The fountains and small rivers and waterfalls were not working, pond scum everywhere, and a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Unless this place starts to change, this diamond in the rough is becoming a sinking ship! read more

As far as what it has to offer, it's great! Go Karts, mini golf, laser tag, an arcade and more! Definitely an awesome place to take your kids. The outdoor mini golf course is super cool! I never write reviews about places or even care to go out of my way to do it. This experience was so crazy to me, especially since I'm spending $40.00 for two people, that I had to share it! I did not have the greatest experience. The first thing that threw me off was the employee that we all encountered in the laser tag area. Audrey, I believe her name was? To start, she did not greet any of us, smile, or act interested in her job whatsoever. She then proceeds to put a basket of mozzarella sticks on the counter and chomp them while she talks to us all. She was playing with the cheese and her mouth, which to me seemed extremely unprofessional. She then takes all of our cards, scans them with the hand she was just eating with, and hands then back to us with mozzarella grease all over it. All while rolling her eyes and talking on what seemed to be a company phone to another co-worker. In the laser tag area she proceeds to try and explain the rules in the most unprofessional and rude way possible. "If you guys run whatsoever I will completely kick you out, I really don't even care! And you won't get a refund, so be smart. Ugh. I forgot what I was going to say... Have you guys ever done this or what?" With an attitude. Just a bad vibe and a rude attitude. We then go to the Go Kart area where she does the same thing with that situation. A complete attitude and uninterest. Her and the other employee seemed to be in their teens, clearly, and both acted very immature together in explaining the rules to us. We proceed to the arcade... Half of the games don't work. And the ones that did were covered in food, they were sticky, fingerprints, you name it. I used the bathroom and there was feces on 2 of the toilet seats, toilet paper and paper towels on the floor, it was out of paper towels, and hand soap. Then when we go to collect our prizes the employees were standing with their backs turned to us, talking about inappropriate things, and acted put out by helping us once we got their attention after 5 minutes. All in all... The kids seemed pleased for the most part. However, us adults were confused as to where someone in charge was. All of the employees seemed to be 16-18 and like they were doing the bare minimum. Money is not an issue... So paying $40.00 for all of that would have been worth it if the cleanliness, upkeep, and staff would have been on point. Spending that amount for the experience that we received was pretty upsetting though. If I had paid $5-$10 and received that experience, it would have been expected in a sense. I've been there before and it was not like that... So I don't know. They need a manager to be on duty to keep them in line, because their staff is not doing their job. No hard feelings, but hopefully someone that works there will see this and make the change. It was my friends first time there with her son and she said that she will never return due to that. read more

Cold everything, nasty pizza and people who do not know what they are doing - might be related to High School teenagers who have no training or don't care much. Came here with the family on a Saturday night! The parking area was dark and also the walkway to get to the front entrance. More lights would be better. Inside was clean and bright. We wanted to do the batting cages, but attendant said they closed it at 8:30 because it was too windy. Snack bar was already closed at 9:30 (not sure of the hours). No snacks for us. We played the glow putt and some games. The kids had fun. Customer service was good. Will probably go back since it wasn't crowded and they have a DDR machine which is great. read more

Employees are mean and the building is not clean at all. Especially the indoor mini golf course. My son had a birthday party here and we were embarrassed by male employee that treated my party guest badly. We decided to buy $35 a year membership for our family this year, it is a lot cheaper than lagoon. We look forward to playing the outdoor mini-golf when the weather warms up. We really love the laser tag here because it is two levels and there are plenty of places to hide. The games are $0.50 and above and it is pretty easy to win lots of tickets but just like any place that has an arcade and ticket vouchers you're going to spend way too much on prizes. It is good entertainment for the kids though. The pizza is actually pretty good when hot, if you warm it up the next day it's not as good just like any other Pizza. This is a fun place for families. I believe it is a good deal for a one year membership because it includes a lot of fun items colon laser tag, cars comma and the outdoor and indoor mini golf. Every once in awhile they will have specials where you can buy a $40 arcade card for $20 like them on Facebook and you'll find some of that stuff when they announce it. I had my sons birthday party there. I bought the package "Toads three hour indoor" I went in a week advance so I could get the party invitations. But they never gave me any. They gave me the fun zone cards which on the day of the party I handed to the children. The cards did not work. So I had to go out to there gold course to get this fixed all while they put there time limit on the room going. The server came and gave us our food and drink and that was the only time we saw her. After the hour we got kicked out into the main lobby and did cake. We asked for the "soft serve Ice Cream" we were suppose to get the server pointed at a cooler and said pick one of the 3 flavors of icee. Which was a huge disappointment because most the kids there wanted the soft serve only 2 ppl ended up having an icee. After about 2 hours some of the kids cards stop working they could not get in to play labor tag. It was about this time the server came and took the pizza trays and the cola and even though it said unlimited cola we were not served any more cola in fact she took the colas that were still full with her. The kids did have fun when their cards work but customer service and the what they promise in their package is not what they promised on their website. I choose some place more friendly and organize next time. read more

I purchased a season pass primarily for the batting cages. However if you go to toads you will find their batting cages are beyond terrible to the point of being unable to even be used. The machines that shoot out the balls shoot them all over at you, up high, down low, they get stuck, and are way out of line and that's the one time we went when they were actually turned on and working. (we've been other times and the cages are closed) Once we realized the batting cages were out (after more than one visit of them being completely broken) we decided to try to make the best of things. We went to use our arcade money. Turns out almost every game is broken or not working correctly. So we gave that up and looked at the go carts - they were barely running at half the speed they should go and no one doing them was pleased. We them decided to miniature golf. The desks at both the indoor and outdoor golf courses we unstaffed making us go around trying to ask for someone to come help us. The holes had no numbers to tell you where to go and they had rocks, leaves and dirt on them. Along with the fact that everything there is basically broken and useless the staff was terrible. As mentioned about they were hard to located and they were honestly mean and short with us when we asked for their help. I couldn't find one employee older than maybe 16 and maybe that was the problem that they lacked supervision. read more

Fun activities to do with your family and friends. A little over priced, especially with a staff that doesn't care whether there's customers or not. Things like laser tag and mini golf stations seem completely abandoned by staff with tiny almost none existent signs that say wait for staff or go to front desk for assistance. Isn't the cleanest place, floors in bathroom were a disaster/obstacle course which can be expected with the staffs attitude. Staff was already acting as if they were off the clock and closed an hour and a half before closing. Called and asked ahead of time what time they closed, I was told 11pm and when we got there they said 10pm. Was duped into buying the 3 hour unlimited passes and then told we only had about 1 hour and a half to use. Will probably go again but either go way early and enjoy all the activities we paid for. Also would likely go again if staff were better trained and more courteous. read more

Beware of Kyle the Destroyer! He's one vicious 13 year old Laser Tag Prodigy! He will rock your world! Kyle is like a cat in the night...or maybe a thief but only if that thief is into stealing your laser soul!!! Kyle can and will destroy you. If you look Kyle in the eye the intensity in his face will cause the neurological part of your brain that sends signals for movement to freeze...instantly. There are side effects to a Kyle glare but eventually you'll receive your movement back as soon as his gaze is broken. Some say he is the spawn of Chuck Norris, others say he was created in a lab and combined with Mr. T's, Michael Jordan's, Sylvester Stallone's, and Sir Winston Churchill's DNA only Venus Williams was able to bare a child of this caliber fortunately his advanced DNA meant she went through all nine months of pregnancy in about nine minutes. Also watch out for monster kid, he's a little gruff at times. If you hide his monster he will destroy. His body runs off of taurine which nobody know what that is but it's found in monster. Fortunately I knows what taurine is. It's an alien like lubricant that aids in bio-mechanical muscle movement. Therefore Monster kid is a cyborg. We loved Toad's we had a blast will definitely go again. We pray every night that next time we go we'll have the honor to have Kyle on our laser tag team. read more

My brother in law accidentally spun out someone on the go-kart course. The girl treated us like kindergartners and we were banned from the go karts for the entire evening. We barely got to go half a lap. My go kart was really slow on top of it all. More like Toad's lame zone. Waste of my time and money. I want to poop al over this place. read more

If you are not white don't go there. Poor treatment I stand in line with my 7 year old son on our way to go car.The staff may be his first summer job ,the guy made us wait after all there's an open go car he said you guys will go next round. Knowing it's hot and had my 7 year old with me should let us go through. So we waited for over 16 minutes then the staff said ok you guys go to the go cart on the right side so ok we are first in line. Then the staff decided when it is time to release the lane for the go car he went and let other people goes first .I though it was first come first serve. Oh notice the staff was playing with the switch and slowing down our go car and the other dad who was on the other car behind us which was last car . Don't ever go to this place the staff are little kids they're not well educate in Customer service the owner should be hire a grown responsive adult to management the place .Also the staff seems of treated us as minority unfair . read more
