This arcade is small but it packs a lot of memories if you were into arcade gaming as a kid. They had a lot of good games! Hands down. I walked in and was like oh it's small darn it. But nope! We stayed until closing. Which was a couple of hours. I literally got lost in the games!!! Fountain drinks with that good good pebble ice were a hit. Something nice and cold to carry around while playing. Bonus with the drink holders they've installed in front of some of the games. Which was neat to use and totally needed. They even have some food or snacks for your gamer needs. This place is 10 out of 10 blast from your past fun. Maybe not so appealing for small kids but young teens-adults yes!! This was fun! I recommend and will be going again...

We go to Flynn's once a month. I love the variety of games and the nostalgia. Sure there is a lack of customer service, and I've yet to meet the owner or an "adult". Pretty sure they have the lock down on this market so no customer service needed. Go with low expectations for customer service and high expectations for video gaming at its finest.....you won't be disappointed. Overall, my son loves this place and I appreciate one price for unlimited play. Xevious, Tempest, Galaga, Ms. PAC-Man. I'm back in college on $0.10 night. And it doesn't hurt that I kicked Q-Bert's butt. I'm SLK.

Jeff Bridges is on this one. Automatically making it cool.

No words can describe the feeling of utter joy felt as soon as the doors swung open revealing two rows of games awaiting my use. The location is small but the games are more than enough to entertain you for an hour (or five hours). I'm not talking about the garbage you see at the other fun centers. I'm talking about Tempest, Defender, Pacman, Tron, etc. The type of place that doesn't reward you with dollar store tchotchkes but with high scores and leaderboards! Being it my first time I opted for the $5 hour session and tried to cram as many games as possible. The pinball machines are in a tight room but near opening hours you have the room to yourself and its .25 per game. Not bad at all. This place makes your retro gaming dreams come true and you meet other regulars along the way. My advice is pay the $10 for unlimited play because an hour simply cannot fill the gaming need, man! Oh and I just got the first high score in the Twilight Zone pinball so... PLAY IF YOU DARE!

A delicious lunch at Costa Vida, a few hours of fun at Skinny Dogz (formerly Fat Cats,) and then a movie at the Megaplex. We were surprised to find out that Fat Cats is now called Skinny Dogz, but it was the same great place we remembered from before. The girls were excited to play laser tag, so we did that first. I was very impressed with how modern and exciting the laser tag arena was. I have played many times over the years at other places, but this arena had some really cool features I hadn't seen before, such as time delayed "laser bombs" that would hit anyone exposed in all directions. You activate them by shooting at the target enough times, then get out of the way fast! We also had a lot of fun at the arcade. At first the girls stood around not seeing anything that interested them, but after a few minutes, they found some games that they liked, and within about an hour or so they were begging us to reload their cards so they could play more. I enjoyed the air hockey table, and loved the motorcycle race game. (There were two, but the ones to the left were my favorite.) I learned that if you take first place, you get to race again for free. Before leaving, we cashed in our virtual tickets for a bunch of fun prizes. We didn't have enough to get anything big, but we had plenty of candy to eat during the movie, and a bunch of fun toys, including a super bounce ball, which my friend had to confiscate from one of the kids for bouncing it in the hallways at the movie theater later. (Ok, it wasn't one of the kids, it was me.) :) I would highly recommend Skinny Dogz as a great place to have fun with your kids or to take someone to for a fun date.

I guess they couldn't get the case open, so now I gotta come back another day to try and get it and I don't think it's worth the hassle. The employee was very insistent on me buying the console today which was a little off-putting. It felt more like the guy that came in only cared about making money which didn't really sit right with me. I get it's a business but he didn't really act professional. The guy who helped me at the register was nice though. Lastly, most of their product is VERY overpriced with a few exceptions.

Sweet treats (like cookies or chocolates) or savory snacks (like nuts) are typical gifts for friends and family. My daughters, however, usually request Pokemon plushes/stuffed dolls that they don't already have and/or may be very hard to find back home. So when I visited Utah recently to attend my oldest daughter's wedding, my honey-do-list included a trip to Gamestop to search for the requested Pokemon. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything new or different. Rooster's, on the other hand, had no less than 6 Pokemon that neither girl had. When I called the Mrs for confirmation, the word I got was, "They want this one, and that one, and how about that one, too." The staff was fantastic. The prices very reasonable for rarer Pokemon dolls. Thanks again Rooster's!!!

When we've visited, we were either one of two lanes in use, or the only lane in use. They seem to still have some bugs to work out with their processes and systems. When we checked in the first time, they struggled at the counter and had to get a least two different employees to help us. The second time, they didn't get the time correct for what we paid for so we were worried the lane would shutdown before we could complete our games. Ultimately, it wasn't without some repeated trips to the counter during our bowling. While bowling, there were additional issues. We bowled on different lanes each time we visited. But both lanes had similar issues with not recording one person's score correctly which delayed our play, but didn't stop the time clock from ticking away our bowling time. Each error had to be corrected at the counter and not by us at the lane terminal which was frustrating. Another issue was that our balls, which were those supplied by the facility, would periodically get stuck in the ball return which again delayed our play and we had to fetch an employee to come and clear the balls. There is a snack bar and alcoholic beverage bar near the bowling area, but both times we were there, the staff did not man that area and we had to go to the front counter to get an employee who was old enough to serve alcohol to come back to the counter and serve us. This again took way too much time and delayed our play. In the end, we didn't feel like we got our money's worth due to the challenges with the scoring, ball return, and service issues. We may consider other venues if we choose to go bowling again.

They have a large and wide range of retro options all the way to latest generation consoles and game selections. A good chunk of their catalog rotates fairly often and some rare finds make their way around the shelves too. They also provide disk resurfacing services. I've brought up all my GameCube Games over the last year or so and they're so helpful and quick! And in the event that a disc is too damaged, they'll show you exactly what is happening and still let you choose whether or not you want to proceed. The transparency here is extremely appreciated. Something as simple as me wanting to know more about how they fixed another customer's PS5 HDMI port and they showed me everything I needed to know and also gave me tips and tricks for if I ever needed to do it myself. Overall, this place is very welcoming, and I've never had a bad experience thus far. If you are looking to expand your collection, check this place out!
