We've celebrated our department's holiday party at Logan Lanes the past three years. I just booked again for December 2024. Faculty and staff bring their families and it's always well-attended. Mike and his LL staff have always been kind and helpful to our large group and we have such a blast bowling, playing pool, and visiting. Only two complaints. 1. The lanes are so greasy you can't get a decent spin on the ball and when it comes back to you a few times the ball becomes dangerously slippery. 2. Really terrible service for a birthday party. On the phone I was told it was going to be $10.50 per person with a slice of pizza, one drink per person, and game all included. I also gave my name so they would be expecting me and a large group. They said it also comes with a table to put decorations and our own cake and what not. We got there and the workers had no idea how to handle the birthday party deal, didn't know who I was, and had absolutely terrible customer service. It turns out the shoe rental was not included, so it was actually $13.50 per person. They also said they couldn't find the extra table that the deal comes with. When it came time to ask about the pizza, they entirely switched their deal and said that no matter how many people are in the party, you only get ONE box of pizza. We had already PAID PER PERSON, and we had TWENTY people in our group. How many slices of pizzas did they want to give us? EIGHT. Truly ridiculous. What in the heck are those other 12 people paying for if they don't get their slice of pizza? We could have paid simply for a game and shoe rental and it would have been $8 per person. So to pay an extra $5.50 per person for a terrible birthday deal that was presented completely different on the phone was ridiculous and I pretty much got all of my friends a gypped price. Luckily we convinced them to get us 2 boxes of pizza because within our group of 20 there were actually 2 birthdays, and we paid an extra $12 for a third box of pizza so there would be pizza for everyone. When I asked why we are paying so much extra for nothing, they said usually it goes towards a reservation...they literally don't allow reservations past 5:45pm so that was not an option. They also said it goes towards the table (which they did not get out for us) and the ability to bring in outside food. We are glad we could bring in our own cake, but there's NO WAY that should be worth $5.50 extra per person, especially with a large group of 20 people. If anything, the birthday bash should be a flat rate, since they claim it only comes with 1 box of pizza no matter what. I feel extremely bad that my friends paid extra for nothing. Towards the end of our game they still hadn't said anything about getting us drinks so we had to go up and ask. They were really weird about it and seemed like there was going to be an issue for everyone to get their own drink, but I explained that we all PAID FOR IT as part of the "deal." And gladly we each could choose a drink. Truly disappointing experience. I expected much better. From now on I will be going to the Fun Park for bowling. read more

I really like this place. I always enjoy coming here but today, man a bit disappointed. The staff tonight seemed a bit rude. Almost upset. Some guy with long hair and the other short hair with an earring. The one with the long hair was the one that seemed a bit rude. I don't know if he was having a bad day but man try not to show it at work. Gotta be a bit more professional . But other than that I do recommend this place. read more

One of my favorite spots in town to chill and roll a few. Mike the owner is a cool guy and Alleya is super nice. The kitchen is decent food and deals. The lanes are relatively consistent, though the oil pattern can be tricky depending on when the last league was. Typical house shot, so have fun! PRO TIP: arrive after 9:30 pm on M-Thurs cause that's when league ends. read more

This place is an absolute joke! They ran out of several items with a 2 hour heads up on our order. I ordered the Malibu chicken and fries. When I received the order my chicken sandwich was burned to a crisp yet somehow raw in the middle. The fries bent in half and were also not cooked. Great place to bowl a few games with the family (or with an unrelated group!). Prices are super cheap, the lanes (and equipment-e.g. Shoes) are clean, and it is usually pretty easy to get a lane with only minor wait times. Also, they have one of those greasy, but delicious, snack bars. Always good times! read more

Prices are a little high. Service was below par. Our lane kept messing up and they acted like we were a burden when we asked for assistance. They were more worried about talking with Co-workers than assisting customers. When we asked for help with our lane they actually did 'rock, paper, scissors' to see who "had to help us." The music was also inconsistent, it would go from being quiet to overly loud with no rhyme or reason. At times you couldn't even have a conversation because it was too loud. 2 stars because the lanes are nice. Other than that not worth my business. read more

One of the worst customer service experiences in my life. We went bowling for my 9 year old nephews party, paid cash (mistake #1), and went to go and bowl with a large group set to two lanes. One lane worked fine but the other had an issue and froze up on the group, we went to the workers and asked for their assistance. They seemed bothered and standoffish but said okay and tried to help. Reset it, tried bowling again, and it froze again. Went to them again, they told us both groups would have to change lanes. We went to two new lanes. One group worked fine, the other froze up again. We asked them to fix it AGAIN. They "attempted" (which was not much of an attempt, they didn't seem to care in my opinion.) again. Started working, one bowler went and hit a strike and it froze AGAIN. At this point, our other group was already almost done, so we decided this wasn't going to work obviously if you can't get it to work and it's failing on the first bowler repeatedly. We went and asked for a refund, they refused and got rude. The "manager" (a young girl under the age of 18) called my boyfriend a dick and her the and the other employee went into a backroom to hide and call owner. We asked to speak to the owner. We asked for the owners phone number and/or for her to put us on the phone with him when she got him on the line. She refused. She said it wasn't their fault that the equipment broke (though not sure whose fault it is, the customers apparently?) and that we could try playing again. But every time she said it would work, it did not and we were here for a birthday party, not to waste time trying to find lazy employees to fix the equipment EVERY time someone bowled. We asked for a refund for only the group that wasn't working, obviously the other group was fine and we never once asked for the entire payment back. Just the one half. Both employees were rude and childish the entire time. One of them stated "We're just teenagers, can't you lay off?" All we were asking for was half the money back due to their broken equipment. The "manager" never once managed and at times we tried to talk to her and she would go hide and literally ignore us. Who does this? Teenage employees apparently. The owner on the phone did not allow a refund either or talk to us which is absurd and terrible service. Early on in the conversation, the girls threatened to call the cops on us. For what? For asking for a refund apparently. And they DID. Called the cops when we asked for a refund. No joke. We were never ONCE asked to leave. They are just entitled children who apparently cant handle managing a store and never should of been given that responsibility in the first place. Shame on you Logan Lanes. My entire family has gone here for years but apparently the new owner doesn't understand the concept of customer service and truly stole our money since they never got the equipment to up and run and half our group never got the service they paid for. read more

It's an alright place to go bowl at in town. I wish it was way bigger and they served beer. Most other bowling alleys in Utah serve quite a few different kinds of beer. The drinking fountain will shoot all over the wall and damn near close to the outlet. I'm sure they will wait till someone get shocked and then fix it. Pretty disappointed!!!! read more

Logan Lanes used to be the only place to bowl in Logan. It's no longer the only place to bowl but it's still the best place. I'm not giving it 5 stars because it's fancy or well-decorated. I'm giving it 5 stars because it's a good, no-frills, inexpensive place to get your bowl on. They also have pool tables, air-hockey, and a couple of other games. They have a cafe that makes some seriously tasty french fries as well. read more

I went there and I went through the transaction and it says approved. And they say it didn't and I looked at my bank acount and it charged me twice. And they still declined me that it didn't go through. After a while they let us play. But after a bit they came to me and asked me for my card number. This is unprofessional, they didn't even offer me a game or give me a discount for THERE mess up. read more

The prices are very reasonable, but the facility is falling out of date. When I went, there was one pin in our lane that was never picked up when the gate came through the sweep the fallen ones off the lane; it would get knocked over by the gate. It's not a big deal, but I think those kind of things are easy to fix. read more
