Love this play place for my 3 kiddos, they have inflatables, snacks, games and a playground option!

This is a Capri sun pouch that was left on the floor.

Picture this. 4 pm on a Tuesday. Probably 20 little ones running around. There were 3 people behind the desk but no one cared if adults or kids took their shoes off, or wore masks. There were literally children drinking Capri suns while going down the big slides and when the employees were told, they just shrugged it off like it was no big deal. The tables were dirty, the employees who were behind the desk couldn't be bothered to do anything except talk to each other. Not one time during my visit did I see anyone sanitize anything. This place is dirty. I will not be returning until they get some employees who actually care about their patrons. I knew it would be a risk taking my kiddo out- covid and all- but I didn't realize this company wouldn't care at all about any of it.

We usually go to the Pleasant Grove locations, so we decided to check out the North Salt Lake location. It was definitely smaller but it still had a lot fun bounce houses and a climbing gym. One of the slides had a bunch of holes and ripped netting. It could be a hazard for kids if they got caught in the netting going down the slide. It also has a few games, but it definitely has less then the other location. The bathrooms were fairly clean. I probably won't be returning to this location again.

The entire place is super dirty - especially the bathrooms. Looks like they don't even clean them. They've cleared out half their inflatables since the last time we we came over a year ago. I assume that was to try to make some more money since nobody wants to come here anymore. There are safety hazards everywhere you look.

Such a great place to escape with your kids for a few hours. They don't charge per hour like some places. You pay to get in the door & you can stay as long as you want. There's no in & out privileges for kids though. It's got a few items only for smaller kids but everything else is mostly all ages up to 150# give or take. As a bigger family we decided to save a few bucks & get the frequent flopper pass. That cuts the cost from $9-10 per person down to $6.40 per person. Adults are always free to go in. You MUST wear socks & there are NO shoes allowed past the first entrance area. Even for parents. There's seating for parents, free WiFi & party rooms too.

New ownership is obviously doing a lot to clean up the place! My kids love coming here so I'm happy to see some improvements being made!

Great Room Escape - We beat the Area 52 room!

10/10 would highly recommend!!!…read more Today my boyfriend and I took our kids (ages 16, 14, 13, & 8) to the escape room. It was for our 16-year-old's birthday, so he got to pick which room. He chose The Quest and I felt like it was great for our family's first time. When we walked in, there was someone at the front to get us checked in. Since we signed the waivers online, we didn't have to worry about them at check in. We sat in the front lobby and waited for the room to be prepped. They had two tv monitors in the lobby that showed the different rooms and the leaderboards. Once they were ready for us, they had us put our belongings in a locker and then walked us to the hallway to watch a short video explaining the escape room and the rules. Afterwards, they took us to the room so we could begin. I won't give anything away, but all 6 of us had such a good time! We worked together and figured out the clues. We made it out of the escape room with just 6 minutes to spare, but we were so proud of ourselves. It was our first one and I felt like we did awesome. Once it was over, the door opened and there was someone there to direct us back to the lobby. They offered to give us $7 off each ticket if we purchased some in advance (they are good for a year). We didn't hesitate and bought 6 more tickets. After we got home, they emailed me with our stats. It was fun to see how long it took us and what badges we earned. I think we will definitely do more escape rooms in the future. Every single person in our group had so much fun! If you're thinking about doing an escape room, DO IT!
