I like this place overall, it reminds me (as I'm from California) of places like Adventure Plex or Scooter's Jungle, as a fun, safe and entertaining play area for kids of all young ages. Our 6 year old son had a lot of fun. I enjoyed the format so much, I'd love it if Coconut Cove had franchise opportunities or expansion plans into So Cal/Los Angeles. It's clean and spacious with nice areas for parents to relax and wait for their kids while watching them. Parking was easy.

Front side of the jungle gym. Lots to do for the kids.

What a fun little place! Came here with my two nieces ages 3 & 1 and they loved it! Basically, a gigantic jungle gym full of slides and trampolines and things to climb on and things that spin. Clean establishment! Lots of tables and places to sit for the parents. Also, parents are allowed to go through and go down slides with their kids, if I wanted. Wear socks! Socks are mandatory. Adults are free of charge! As for the review complaining about masks, every parent that I see here is wearing a mask. I don't expect the small children to wear them. If you are afraid, don't go out in public. ‍

I barely give this place one star. The only reason I do is because it was close for my family and…read morefriends and it was easily accessed. The location is pretty but the staff and owner are of poor quality. I had my wedding ceremony here and I had it booked over a month in advance. When I went to look at the reception center I was planning to have the ceremony on the roof top but if the weather was poor then i was told it would be on the main floor since it has wood floors and is decorated more for a ceremony. The second floor is pretty but it is typically used for luncheons and receptions. So I spoke to Anissa who is in charge of all of the things that goes on in the reception center. When I spoke to her she said yes if it is bad weather you will be on the main floor since i give preference to the brides rather than luncheons. Then she stated that it would only be $150 for the ceremony to take place there. So i agreed thinking it was a good deal. She wrote me a receipt but no contract or anything. If you go here make them put stuff down in writing otherwise they will come back at you and change things. So the day before my wedding it was snowing like crazy and i knew it would be inside. I got a phone call from Anissas assistant Jessica. She contacted me and said that the main floor where my ceremony was to be was in a mess and the floor was partly ripped up. I was upset but understood and said that was fine. So the day of my wedding I get there and see that the main floor was booked with a luncheon. So I looked in the door and it looked fine to me, the floor was in great shape and it was all set up for a luncheon. So I went up the stairs to the second floor and half of the room for my ceremony was set up for a ceremony and the other half for a luncheon. I asked Jessica why I was on the second floor since I noticed there was a luncheon on the main floor. She looked dumbfounded and said oh it was my misunderstanding. I said interesting I thought you said that the floor was torn up and that is why i am on the second floor. This girl was not the best at lying. I think that this company/owner/employees should tell the truth instead of lying or at least try harder because people are not stupid and shouldn't be treated like they treated my family and I. So I went to the brides room and Anissa Jessicas boss came in and said it is my fault we booked too many events and since your colors are the same as the luncheon that comes after your ceremony we put you in the same room. Then she came at me and said what was the amount we set on? $400. I said no you said $150. While in the room myself and my sister were very annoyed and upset that they had lied to us. She asked me if i wanted a diet coke and if my sister wanted a diet coke to calm us down. Very insulting and not a good way to handle things. So she left and came back and said ok i talked to the owner and you can have it for $150 and i want you to know you are getting a very good deal. She stated over and over how awesome of a deal I got. I thought bi i would have gone somewhere else if i knew you were going to put me on a different floor than i wanted, try to change the price, and treat me and my family like we were not paying customers since we only paid $150 and not $400. I say a paying customer is a paying customer no matter how much they spend. So we had the ceremony, it started at 11 and by 11:30 they were started to push the guests out so that the luncheon party could come in. They rushed my photographer and rushed my family. I got only a few pictures and while pictures were taken they were pushing tables out for the luncheon and talking about how upset we were in front of other guests. The other party shouldn't have been able to come in while we were still barely finishing the ceremony. My sister spoke to the owner and stated that I didn't pay the full amount and that they always book lots of things back to back. My sister said if she had paid the $400 would it have been any different and he said no. This place is horrible the staff is rude, lies and needs to find a different occupation. After I was told that i was getting a good deal by Anissa she said please don't put a bad review for us. I thought lady don't tell me what to do. It was my wedding day and it was wonderful and i loved it but if I could go back I would take my business elsewhere. That place was too stressful and come on who likes to be lied to. I am sure people have had good experiences here but I am not one of them.

There is a machine shop just on the other side of the fence and as we helped set up for the outdoor ceremony we could hear lots of foul language and noise. The staff person that originally was helping to prepare the event and guiding the couple, vanished right before the ceremony and nothing that was communicated or shared with the new person that took over. The "bartender" that was hired had few bartending skills and guests had to tell them how to make drinks. The food served was lackluster. Our friends deserved better. It's unusual, which holds the appeal for me. Our room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and the shower had really good water pressure. All the little things that you look for in a hotel-they were here. Breakfast is included and is ok-there's a selection of pastries, fruit (which looked like it had seen better days) and eggs and bacon. Not too bad for a continental breakfast. And the coffee was pretty good, too! The reason I docked a star on the rating was because of the hot tub. I'd booked this location specifically for the indoor pool and hot tub, but when we tried to use it, the temperature gauge read 120 degrees and was blisteringly hot. The front desk acknowledged it, but said they didn't have anyone from maintenance working, so they couldn't fix it. We were disappointed to not be able to take advantage of that one big part of our stay.

But since it's also at the mall the parking is packed with not just hotel guest but shoppers as well. Our room was nice and clean for the most part. It's really spacious since it has a little "living room section". I noticed that the lamp in our room that was higher had tons of dust on it and looked gross but other than that everything was clean! The tv control was odd and would only allow certain buttons to be used and half the time it did not work. I wasn't a fan of their bed for some reason it seemed extra firm which made it hard for me to get good sleep. The walls seemed thin because I could hear people outside and in the morning someone's alarm kept going off and did not stop. They have a fitness center and a pool with hot tub. We tried to go to the hot tub but the hot tub was out of service when we stayed there. The lounge area is nice but I forget it's Utah and if you get a drink at the bar you I'll need to order food otherwise you'll have to take your drink to the room. The front desk and server ( seemed like it was the same people running both areas) seemed annoyed if we wanted to order drinks. Didn't really get friendly vibes at all from the people here. They do have breakfast in the morning it was okay. A small selection. The food was okay! But overall I don't think I would stay here again just because all these little things added up to a not so great night there.

The birthday guy even said it's the best Indian food he's had in Davis County, so that felt like a win. My wife and I shared the butter chicken, which stood out with its rich, creamy flavor and use of chicken thigh meat. We also sampled the chicken tikka masala from other family members. Both dishes were excellent, but the butter chicken had a slight edge for me. There was plenty of food to share. The rice was just okay, and while the cheese naan was good, I'd probably opt for regular naan next time. Overall, definitely worth a visit. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Where to start, my wedding planner that I worked with for 14 months did not show up for my wedding day. Instead, I had to sit down for about an hour the night before my wedding to go over what I planned in 14 months because the assigned wedding planner had no idea. It also came to light that those changes that were made throughout the wedding planning sessions did not get updated. The tables were set incorrectly and the attitude and slamming of tables from the staff was truly so unprofessional because they had to set up the tables the way it was discussed. The food was awful. Do not put prime rib on your menu, it is not worth it. Food was cold, some frozen including the food I received. Hair was discovered in my bridesmaids food, disgusting. As people were getting served dinner, others received nothing for about 45 minutes. There was no flow to the passing out of meals. There were a max of 130 people there, so it was not because of the amount of guests attending. It is upsetting because I truly enjoyed the planning process but it resulted in a waste of time. There is a big storage room in the basement filled with decorations and it saved us time, money and effort to not rent, buy, or bring in our own decorations or linens. We were even able to use their frames (I brought in tons of pictures and they inserted them the day before and took them out at the end of the night). We had games in the courtyard and used both big rooms. I was surprised that when there was a big/loud dance party in the main room, you could hardly hear it in the adjacent room with the food. They recommended Dionne for food and she was great (we also had Blacksmith cater ice cream). The groom and especially the bride loved having their individual spaces- the bride and groom rooms are pretty awesome and functional. We liked having slideshows in the dining room and it was easy to use their system. For the send off they set up bubble machines I had brought in and hadn't figured out how to operate. I thought I would have to do that since I brought them in so it was a relief to have Phegda just take care of it. They also provided sparklers and were efficient in getting them lit. I recommend using them 10/10!
