My son chose this place for his 9th birthday celebration. We didn't do a party or anything here, but brought him and 3 friends to hang and play for 90 minutes. The 90 minute ticket was a good price and plenty of time for the boys to play. This was such an easy birthday party they kids had so much fun running around and the have plenty of chairs for parents while the kids play. They even have some massage chairs which is nice. (I don't know how much they are as I didn't use them). We will be back for some fun and to expel energy :D It wasn't super busy either for a weekend in October. We used to love coming here, but the cleanliness has gone from bad to worse. We are members and used to come often. But that will change going forward. The floors look like they haven't been properly cleaned since the place opened.. sticky spots, dirt, dust, and debris everywhere. We often find random objects in the ball pits, which is unsafe for small children. For a kids' facility, this is unacceptable. It's clear there is little to no routine cleaning, and it desperately needs a professional service at least once a week, if not more. Until this is addressed, it's hard to justify bringing kids here anymore. read more

This place was a family friendly environment and we loved coming here however, over the years it has declined, severely! The bathrooms are disgusting and wreak of urine. The padding around the trampolines probably have not been cleaned or disinfected in an extremely long time. The floor appears to have not been vacuumed in months with dust, lint and random pieces of trash scattered. The "flight crew" staff seem to huddle and socialize rather than make the rounds and enforce rules. Our friends and our family enjoyed 90 minutes at the Draper Airborne on a cold Saturday morning. Inside was comfortable for us parents to converse while the kids expended tons of energy having a blast on all of the different bouncing surfaces, slides, basketball hoops, and various fun challenges. Checkin was simple but the line can grow long on a Saturday morning. Coming when they open guarantees a short line a less crowded experience. (It was really popular on the Saturday morning after Christmas.) Brayden provided outstanding service at the check-in desk, being super friendly, helpful, and efficient in keeping the check-in line moving. If we were from the area, we would have gotten monthly passes for our kids to enjoy the fun and exercise regularly. There's a fun area for kids under 10 to play as well, though toddlers on up enjoyed the bouncy floors and other areas too. I even saw a few dads having a blast with the carpet slides. read more

I'm sorry but when a business like this tells my kids that the socks they are wearing aren't allowed simply because they don't have your businesses name on them, you aren't getting my business. Even after showing you that they are legitimate jump socks. Poor customer service. We'll just keep going to our "other" jump places who don't make a big deal that their name isn't plastered all over me. If there's some liability issues here, then you should train your employees how to explain that. But we had multiple parents there completely baffled at your policy. And it seems like the enforcement is a little excessive. Aside from that, the jump place has expanded and it's a lot of fun. One of the staff was crusty to some of the younger kids who were taking turns throwing a foam block into the little kids basketball hoop in the Lil Air Arena. But they are no joke with the sock thing. One of the workers was telling everyone he saw, even my wife who was only observing, that they needed Airborne socks. He wanted to make sure we knew that "the owner really wants everyone to be wearing Airborne socks". Only after we ended up purchasing two new pairs of socks to comply with their rules, then were we told they have a collection of used socks that are clean that they can just give people. So at least that's some consolation for those of you who arrive with the wrong pair of socks. Ask for one of the free used pairs. They are supposedly laundered :) read more

We love this place! It's a must do every time we are in SLC! The staff is amazing, my daughter was mistaken for a boy and it hurt her feelings. A staff member came up to us and asked if she was ok. We wanted to like Airborne Trampoline Arena but were ultimately disappointed. We took our 3 years old son here to play Thursday night and didn't have a great experience. Airborne is too loud, too busy, and not well maintained or particularly clean. An employee told us it was a slow night and that Saturday is really crazy. I can't imagine how awful of an experience that would be... There were also some safety hazards at Airborne and many areas I didn't feel comfortable allowing my child to play without close supervision. Many of the protective pads covering the trampoline springs were loose and worn, and while playing some came completely off the springs, exposing the bare wire. If a child were to jump on them it would not be good. Airborne needs to do a better job maintaining their play facilities. We spent a little time in the children's area, for ages 8 and younger, and it didn't capture our child's attention for very long. There wasn't much to do and the area was dirty and not well maintained. The foam pits were particularly gross and my wife mentioned they smelled like urine. The ninja obstacle course was pretty fun for me, but it was also not well maintained or clean. The foam pits protecting your falls, were gross and the foam blocks were worn out and in need of replacement. I'd consider coming back with my friends, maybe, but if you have young children I'd consider taking them to another indoor playground or trampoline part. Airborne is better suited for older kids and adults. read more

We went as a group Saturday night. Can't complain on occupancy, no one was really there besides us and a few other people. Dollar tree balls in the "dodgeball" area. They wouldn't even stay still if you try and set it up for the game. Strike 1. The slide was closed for no reason. Strike 2. The warped wall had a nail sticking out that ripped my brothers brand new Nike shorts straight down. The management said "if something else happens we'll look at it but he should be alright." My kids love airborne in Draper. I definitely feel like they have more of a variety of activities compared to some of the other airbornes. I heard they are adding more to it too which is great. I had my sons birthday here today. I showed up 15 minutes(3:45) early so I would have time to set up. Upon showing up there was nobody to help us check in at the party booth so we went to the front where we had to stand in line for at least 10 minutes just for them to direct us back to the party booth. By that time another party had shown up so we had to wait for them to finish their check in. Now it's 4:15 and our guests have arrived (party was from 4-6) We finally get checked in and to our table by 4:35, The girl who was helping us said pizzas would be out at 5 and that they would bring us the drinks and stuff, the kids go play and by 5:15 I realized we didn't get our pizza yet (we only have 45 mins left) I have to go up to the food window to order our pizzas. Well her system was down so she couldn't ring it up and add anything to our bill. We get that situated by 5:25 and pizza arrives by 5:40 but without any plates or drinks. We didn't bring plates, napkins, etc as they said they supply all that. so our kids had no plates to eat off of, no forks for cakes and we still don't have any water. By this point it's 5:55 and I'm rushing everyone to eat so we can do gifts and cake. The worker comes over at 6 asking for payment and to let us know our time is up. The bill comes to $281 + the $107 deposit I already paid, so a total of $388; for 12 kids to jump for maybe 45 minutes without any help from any employee and having to monitor and do it all myself. So as a single mother who was trying to do something for her kid I pretty much paid $388 for a table with some plastic on it, and 2 pizzas. I should have just paid for the kids individually without the party. We won't be back to this location nor will I recommend it to anyone. read more

Maybe 10% of the adults there. That's it. Front desk says 'kids don't have to wear a mask while exercising.' Huh? and we wonder why we'll be locked inside forever. If you want a SAFE trampoline park, go to Woodward Park City. Impeccably clean there. 2. I saw three staffers for the entire place. One at trapeeze (not wearing mask properly). Nobody monitoring 51" and under area so big kids constantly knocking over little kids. EDIT: saw an additional staffer at the wipeout game towards the end of our visit. 3. Only saw 4 or 5 hand sanitizer machines in entire place. Nobody using them other than us. 4. Never once saw cleaning or spraying down. 5. Because of low staff, saw little kids in big adult area (by wipeout game) in dangerous situations of getting hurt by big kids/adults. Sad thing is, if there weren't a pandemic and such ignorance of science here, this would be an amazing trampoline park. We bought the groupon and drove 45 minutes to visit. I wanted to walk out immediately, but my son begged me to stay. We wore masks the entire time and I am praying we didn't get sick from this place. I also want to add that one employee (dark hair parted in middle and feathered on sides) seemed to be the only employee wearing his mask properly the entire time and trying to go around enforcing rules, but he seemed to be manning the sales desk mostly by the bathrooms. read more

Decent place, lots of space but very busy. They don't have the best general jumping area, but have a lot of cool specialty areas. They seem very innovative and creative as well. It's somewhat cleaner than other trampoline parks, but not by much. Prices for these parks are always expensive but we just can't stay away. read more
