Wanted to try this place for awhile now. Came here with a friend and they did not had the ac on. It was hot. They didn't turn it on till 5-7 minutes later when I was using my hand gesture to fan myself. Pedi was fine. Wanted neon orange for both my hands and feet. But they did not have regular polish for neon orange & honestly didn't have that many colors. Charged me extra $5 to take off gel polish from my toes. Whatever. I told her I wanted short nails with round shape. Was cut wayyy too short & it was already too late. It was pretty uneven too. I was very upset and just want to get out of there. The gel polish was also on my skin and even after she cleans it. Was cutting my cuticles and hurt me as well. Pretty rough and felt rushed..very disappointed. Would not come back. read more

I decided to come here, because it's only 2 blocks away from my home. I really like that we can easily make appointments online on their site, which I much prefer, because I don't like making phone calls :x I came here on a Monday morning, and the place was quiet, which is expected for a Monday morning. I got a gel Mani pedi by Emma, who's the sweetest! She's very nice and patient, I was being indecisive about the color I want. I think she did a great job. More than 2 weeks later, the gel on my left hand is still intact, not my right because I do a lot of dishes at home lol. Pretty sure it would also stay intact if I didn't abuse it. You remember being a kid and putting poster putty on your nails in the middle of class for fun? Well that's the shape you get when you do dip nails here. It was partially my mistake for not researching the process for dip nails, I expected a little thickness but the nails I got feel insanely thick? They're also oddly shaped- a topographer could study my nails. They look a little clubbed. I mentioned them being a little thick and the nail tech said she would file them down but she also pretty much just blamed the shape of my natural nails? My nails do claw a little when they grow long but you are literally working with powder acrylic and an e-file? You could shape them better even if it is dip? Anyway, she did file them down, only to put about 5 coats of gel on top... which I'm pretty sure she did because she could see how bad the dip looked. The tech worked in a very rushed, haphazard manner. At that point it was too late and I just took this appointment as an expensive lesson. Even gave a big tip (33%) because these nails made me feel bad for the nail tech! I will never be coming back here. I'll wear these nails out probably for a few days but they'll start looking even more ridiculous soon once my nails grow out even a millimeter. Plus side- The color is nice & I don't need any fidget toys when I'm bored, I'll just feel up my nails . read more

As a nail technician myself, I can't do my own toenails. So I decided to go to this nail salon near my house. Maybe because I'm Asian, the service wasn't as great as how the reviews stated. Aside from that, the girl wasn't "sweet or nice" as how the others described. As you can see in the photo , the BIG TOE IS CROOKED. The small toes were also crooked as well. (I asked for round shape on my toes.) I got a reg pedi which was $26 and of course a 1-2 min free massage is always include for a regular pedicure. She only massaged my legs ONLY not even my feet which I know she purposely did that. Let's not even mention she was aggressively cutting my cuticles and it bled a little on the big toe. Anyways, never giving them business again. Btw, I gave 27% tip, didn't even bother complaining. I hope this nail salon treats every customer equally, no matter what race. read more

Very uncomfortable here. I called and let them know I would be doing a basic pedicure w 15 min massage. Upon entering she tries to trick me into an organic massage and then tells the lady organic when I said no. She then lies about massage pricing suddenly making it 30 for 15 min instead of the normal 15 for 15. Other than that the lady doing my toes was kind and fine. At first she kept putting the painful massage chair on when I asked her not to but eventually she listened. But she did cut me when she was doing my feet and its still bleeding tonight. All in all 60 dollar for basic pedicure w fancy soap and a 10 min massage. 75 w tax and tip. Not worth it wont be back read more

Made an appointment to get a french gel manicure. Came early before my appointment didn't have to wait too long which was good. The lady that worked in nails was very gentle with my tiny hands. Worth $40 and I was able to pick a darker pink for my french manicure. read more

Best nail spa experience I've had in awhile. I went to another nail shop nearby and they weren't very pleasant so I left. Even though this nail spa didn't have many reviews, it was in walking distance of the other nail shop so I decided to give them a try. I was greeted and immediately serviced. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. I got the deluxe spa gel pedicure & it was worth it. I haven't had a pedicure in months so my feet needed some tlc. The nail tech really took her time and did an amazing job. I ended up running out of time to get the nail style that I wanted air I ended up getting a gel mani with a matte top coat. My nails chipped after 3 days getting them done. I got gel manicure with chrome powder. The technician was really sweet and did a great job, at least I thought so at the time. Perhaps it is the quality of gel polish they're using. I'm not sure. Maybe I was doing the dishes too often or something. read more

I would give a zero if possible. I went there to fix my nails. First she told me my nails were complex- her inability to get the nail on straight. Then she used a gel on ny natural nails. Some didn't dry correctly so she re did them. I let that pass. The girl doing my toes has no idea how to do the design I choose. She was teaching her and trying to justify why she would have to redo it. It would have been her third time. I told her don't worry I'll stay without. My one nail she left a space that water would have gotten in and blamed it on us talking... I was going to go back but then when I went home the color started to come off my nails including the gel wrap. My nails started to break on the sides. I asked for my money back - she refused and hung up on me. Which I thought was rediculous because I was even honest in telling her she forgot to charge me for a massage service. Jessica the owner told me I made her feel like she wasn't a pro- but in fact that was her own insecurity and the pics below will prove it. My friend lives her but my experience was one of the worst.
