He knew the temperaments, genders, morphs, etc of every individual . Honest, knowledgeable, helpful. I had questions about a potential special order (of an animal not in the atore at all, axolotle) and got immediate knowledgeable helpful response. As I found the back of the line a young man came forward and ushered me over to his register. I told him I was there to pick up an online order. He got my name and my bag, but I noticed a toy was missing. He quickly looked at the slip and the bag and realized that there was in fact a missing stuffed pickle! He went and got me a replacement and I was in my way. Very good experience at the holidays which can be hard to come by!

The fish section is in the back of the store, and there was only one other customer there. The sales associate greeted me promptly, and from a distance I asked for a few fish for my tropical tank. She climbed up on a three foot ladder to access the tank. It took her a while to net the fish (they were fast), which was fine. Then she dropped the fish on the floor, and proceeded to pick it up and put it in a bag for me. I asked her for a different fish, so she plopped the dropped fish back in the tank. I suggested that fish should have gone into a quarantine tank, but to no avail. I left with a few fish, and would be unlikely to purchase more here.
