We found Tim 7 years ago after a bad experience with a previous pet sitter. Before we found Tim, we had been ready to cancel a trip because we were no longer comfortable leaving our dogs with the pet sitter we had been using. We found Tim, called his (glowing) references, had him over to meet our animals, and we hired him at the last minute. Since then, he has probably stayed at our house at least 25 times over the years. We have had our dogs stay at his house several times as well. Tim is very flexible and accommodating. Our dogs love him. He probably takes better care of them than we do. We never worry at all anymore when we have to travel because we know they are in very good hands. We would 1000% recommend him to anyone who is looking for the absolute best care for their fur-kids!

We do exercise him with daily walks as well as fetch with the kids and we even have a treadmill he uses daily running 2 miles. And if you supposedly called us I'm not sure what number you used because neither one of us got a phone call or a voice mail. As for pinning and biting the other dogs, I would think this would've been brought up to us when we picked him up. We bring him to dog parks and he has NEVER shown aggression towards other dogs, in fact he is more the submissive one, running away from the aggressor with his tail between his legs. Also, not only are you untruthful about refunding us, but tried to charge extra for the extra staff you had to bring in. Over all, I trusted you once with him and everyone had a great experience. I was told on the phone by someone obviously other than you how she remembered Bruin and was excited to have him back. THAT is why we brought him back. This experience is a complete 180 as far as experiences go. There was absolutely no communication between your staff and us regarding any of his behaviors except for "he did fine". You could've mentioned he was too energetic for you to handle and we would've gladly walked him or put him on his treadmill before going. In my opinion, you have extremely poor business practice and if I looked at all the other reviews similar to mine I never would've gone with another company in the first place. Luckily we were able to find a doggie daycare/boarding center in time for our weekend away. No thanks to your business. Hopefully people will take the time to read reviews before placing their loved ones with an untruthful and irresponsible institution.

I have to say the staff here is great and the products they sell extra are even better. 1) Yes They do temp test. If your animal has not been exposed to other dogs or has some type of aggression because you rescued it from a kill shelter and it had to fight for its life it WILL have an issue and come out in the tempt test. This is a safety feature for both the pack and pack members(humans) 2) The outside section is fantastic. The fact that it IS asphalt not only allows the dogs to run around "while getting free nail filing" it is clean and sterile as outside can be. I am sorry you cant "wash" urine out of "grass". 3) The grooming is top notch and is comparable to any of the big box stores in pricing. and i Believe they do a better job. I tried Petsmart daycare ....... Petsmart infected my dog with kennel cough..... locked her in a cage all day...... you tell me where the better choice is...... Alpha Dog Cares about the dogs and remembers the dogs. I don't go every week with my dog but they never forget her!!!!

Management is super organized and has several levels of care and training for different dogs' needs. OTL has doggie daycare, training, grooming and boarding.
