She climbed up on a three foot ladder to access the tank. It took her a while to net the fish (they were fast), which was fine. Then she dropped the fish on the floor, and proceeded to pick it up and put it in a bag for me. I asked her for a different fish, so she plopped the dropped fish back in the tank. As I found the back of the line a young man came forward and ushered me over to his register. I told him I was there to pick up an online order. He got my name and my bag, but I noticed a toy was missing. He quickly looked at the slip and the bag and realized that there was in fact a missing stuffed pickle! He went and got me a replacement and I was in my way. Very good experience at the holidays which can be hard to come by!

Our area then experienced a second snow storm and it took me a couple of weeks until I finally got my dog to Petco. I dropped him off, went home, and in a few hours Petco called and said he was ready to be picked up. He looked like a movie star! (lol) Something that is really excellent about Petco ... the cash register attendant rings up your order and you pay the bill. Then, the groomer brings your dog to you and tells you how the visit went. I was able to tip the groomer in cash rather than charge it to my bill. Since Petco is in a big plaza with other stores, there is plenty of parking near Petco. The store is well stocked with everything you would need for a pet. I love the place!

Tim has been caring for our dogs and fish in our home for the past 7 years. We found Tim 7 years ago after a bad experience with a previous pet sitter. Before we found Tim, we had been ready to cancel a trip because we were no longer comfortable leaving our dogs with the pet sitter we had been using. We found Tim, called his (glowing) references, had him over to meet our animals, and we hired him at the last minute. Since then, he has probably stayed at our house at least 25 times over the years. We have had our dogs stay at his house several times as well. Tim is very flexible and accommodating. Our dogs love him. He probably takes better care of them than we do. We never worry at all anymore when we have to travel because we know they are in very good hands. We would 1000% recommend him to anyone who is looking for the absolute best care for their fur-kids!
