I spoke with Shawna for probably half an hour and she never made me feel rushed or an inconvenience. She was so knowledgeable and kind, pointed me in the right direction with honesty and showed me some great products that will make my boy's life so much better. The owner was also extremely kind and helpful-- he made sure that I was taken care of while also juggling some other customers. They have a wonderful selection for not just fish, but all small animals, and I really appreciate the lengths they go to to make sure their animals are taken care of (they even have a separate closed room for the reptiles to maintain the heat). Not expecting my dog to be groomed in 1 hour, I did not look at my phone. I had 10 missed calls and done pretty strongly worded voicemail from a young employee. When I called them several minutes later, the girl gave me a major attitude stating my appointment was only an hour long and that my dog was holding up the intake of other dogs coming in for grooming. If my appointment was only an hour long, why would the manager tell me to give her 3 hours? Needless to say, the younger girl's lack of customer service and poor attitude prompted me to find a more professional grooming atmosphere. I'll never go back there, and I tell everyone I know about my bad experience there!

It was snowing like crazy so I called the store to see if I could pick up earlier than the 2:15 time slot I had picked online - the girl who answered the phone was very nice and let me know that due to a parking ban they would be closing at 1PM. I headed out with my pup in tow to pick up the cake - while in the store my boy had to sniff EVERYTHING and I grabbed him a few bon bons out of the bakery case. The cake was adorable and even came with writing gel and a birthday candle! I am really glad that I found Woof Woof and that they helped make my boys day extra special! I do want to come back without my pup - there was so much I wanted to look at!

After driving by so many times, finally decided to stop and so glad we did. It may not look like much on the outside but once you step inside it's such a vibrant environment.
