Horrible experience at this location recently. When I dropped off my dog the manager took her in and told me to give her 3 hours. Not expecting my dog to be groomed in 1 hour, I did not look at my phone. I had 10 missed calls and done pretty strongly worded voicemail from a young employee. When I called them several minutes later, the girl gave me a major attitude stating my appointment was only an hour long and that my dog was holding up the intake of other dogs coming in for grooming. If my appointment was only an hour long, why would the manager tell me to give her 3 hours? Needless to say, the younger girl's lack of customer service and poor attitude prompted me to find a more professional grooming atmosphere. I'll never go back there, and I tell everyone I know about my bad experience there! read more

Took my dog in for grooming services which was for a bath , brush, furminator & summer special. Terrible customer services. Paid for said services and was told that I had to brush him out. They didn't brush him or gave him a blow out. they scam and lie to handicapped and elderly peoples , take their money and don't even do the job that they were getting paid for. read more

Horrible customer service skills in the grooming department. I told Employees that they can try to cut his nails or trim near the pads but we never tried that with him so if he pulls back with you once don't even try, They ended up not listening and getting more employees to help with his nails and before we even walked through the gate to pick him up there yelling that they couldn't do it and "sharp stuff stuff near his paws could injure him because of pulling away" not listening to anything I told them. They got mad and yelled that he jumped at the gate to see me when I went to go pick him up also. Don't work there if you go get to be miserable and yell at your customers because you didn't listen to what we told you to do. read more

He's gone few times and they never seem to have a file on him. Also comes back with jagged uneven nails. I will stick with taking him to a professional groomer. read more

I am a first time golden doodle owner, and their coat can be a lot to maintain, and I never really "had" to take my pet to a groomer so I wasn't sure where to begin, so I went to book online with pet smart just to get a feel for everything and it was very easy to navigate but I was hoping to be able to walk in and get my dogs face trimmed so he could see, so I called the store to speak to an associate and she told me the same, booked up until today (may 2) so I went ahead and scheduled my pooch for his very first session. Shampoo, trim his face/head, paws and "under carriage" and nails trimmed. Riley is the young lady that took care of my teddy today, and I couldn't be any happier with the end results. He looks so grown up for being only 4mos old and most importantly he can see!! He smells so good and is so soft. He is weary of everyone and everything first interaction but he seemed to have warmed up to Riley very quickly, and he apparently did amazing for his first time being groomed. I will definitely bring teddy back to see Riley for future appointments, as he seemed super happy with his visit, he had the zoomies after we left the store, zipping all over the place hopping and jumping everywhere read more

She loves to walk through the store and look at everything and see what other people are doing and then give me those little puppy dog eyes to buy her something new. We look to see if they had any sweaters left on sale but they were all gone. We did find the other products we were looking for which was great. I made an appointment for my dog to be groomed 6 weeks in advance. I was really excited to get my dog groomed as she had surgery weeks ago and was in need of grooming badly and in need of some pampering. Upon arrival this morning I was asked if she had shots recently and I replied yes, yesterday. I was then told unfortunately we can not do your dogs grooming today. I was appalled as I was not informed of this information prior to me booking the appointment. Now, my dog has to wait another week before she can be groomed!!!! Saturday oct 26, around 5pm, i came to the fall river petsmart to look at the corn snakes. I waited 20 mins before someone finally came over. A lady with black hair let me look at the snakes. But wouldn't take them out for me. I asked her if she handled them and which one was most friendly. She said the lady who feeds them wasn't here. I asked questions like how long they have been there. She said both have been there over a month. And that they both ate the day before. (Which would mean they ate friday) she tried to get me to go to animal instincts, and another petco! Couldnt handle my basic questions. She went over to the feeding log, said that the purple one i wanted ate wednesday. She then told me she would not sell me the snake. Because of the feeding schedule. And to come back at 10 am when this lady would be there. she claimed there were 3 snakes. (One was clearly labled red) and she didnt know which one she was selling me The next day at 1030 am, i went to a manager, who got a young lady to help me(she was there the night before, and not the one who feeds the snakes) she took out all the snakes and let me hold all of them. I had so much to do on sunday that i did not have time to make a complaint against her. Thank you to The manager and the young lady who apologized and helped me bring my baby snake home read more
