She came in there asking to sell supplements and kept pushing after the owner clearly stated she wasn't interested in buying anything. This is an extremely busy time of the year and there were a lot of dogs there that needed the love and attention that every client and pet gets when going into Wicked Clean. After that litter of pups was born, they were very communicative to all of the families who were slated to be the future homes for those pups. Once the pups had received their immunizations, we were able to visit them--wonderful! Sue and Roland were more than welcoming, and we really felt like part of their extended "dog family"--you can immediately sense the love of their own animals, and that trickled down to the adorable litter that their dog, Sophie, had delivered. They are very open to questions, and are transparent with information about health, care, etc. We are excited to hopefully get another Golden from them whenever the next litter arrives! When my wife was pregnant we had Hidden Acres "on call" for us to drop the dogs off when she went into labor. Our dogs are always excited when we pull in to drop them off and exhausted when we pick them up. Everyone at hidden acres truly loves dogs and that is evident in everything that they do. They also go above and beyond in terms of customer service, they are pleasant and take the extra step to make sure that the customers needs are more than met.

He made us feel very comfortable leaving our pup. My dog, Onyx, is half Maltese and half dachshund, and he has a history of nipping people when they walk through the door. Gary understood my dogs anxiety and did a great job of introducing himself and no one got nipped. He did a great job with the grooming and nail trimming. He was also very quick; 1.5 hours, which is very fast because Onyx is usually at the groomers for at least 3 hours! Price was very reasonable. I will be returning with my dogs in the future.

Claudia asked very important and probing questions to ensure she knew if any special accommodations were needed for Sarge given he is a senior dog.
