I stressed it several times because he bites very hard and I didn't want her to be injured. When I arrived I immediately noticed Cindy got down on the floor when interacting with my Westie/Maltese and he immediately relaxed, licked her and went willingly with her. He's a mommas boy so this really surprised me! Fast forward a couple of hours and when I picked up my "boys" they both looked amazing and my dog didn't bite Cindy, I was flabbergasted!!!! Made an appointment with I believe the owner which is not on the premises she quoted me a total of $235 for two dogs to groom. Brought the dogs in then got a text message with the invoice which was going to be $287 because they upcharge the little dog another $35 because of the way and they say it's listed on their website. This is after I talk to the owner of the company and quoted me 235 for the two dogs then the final bill came out to 287. I went in to tell him I got two different prices they gave me a bunch of excuses which didn't make sense. The owner also said that the little dog bit the groomer twice. I went in to talk to him about that she said that the dog was muzzled the whole time during his session. How did she get bit twice if he's wearing a muzzle? Then of course they charge me a $10 special handling fee because supposedly she got bit. They gave me the original price and then they upcharge my card for the price they felt was correct. Never go to this place as far as I'm concerned if you lied to it's not a good business stay away from this company altogether

This was…read moreour first time with two dogs, one of which is anxious about new experiences and people and can be reactive to loud sounds (he's quite the baby!) Jacob is clearly comfortable and experienced with anxious dogs. Both guys showed us where to find towels, and scrubby brushes, they stepped in and helped us when needed yet also gave us space when they saw we were comfortable. This place has towels, leashes and collars and even smelly sprays at the end like a car wash! Overall it was such a great experience in customer service, and an amazing experience for our anxious 75 lb Bull dog. It was great exposure for him with new sounds and new people. We're absolutely coming back.
