When I arrived I immediately noticed Cindy got down on the floor when interacting with my Westie/Maltese and he immediately relaxed, licked her and went willingly with her. He's a mommas boy so this really surprised me! Fast forward a couple of hours and when I picked up my "boys" they both looked amazing and my dog didn't bite Cindy, I was flabbergasted!!!! Hands down the cheapest around for boarding long term but keep in mind it's not a doggy daycare situation. That can be good or bad depending on your outlook but for me, it made me feel more comfortable my 3 would be kept away from the other dogs since they're small and somewhat antisocial. I didn't have to worry about any potential accidents involving other dogs. The staff is friendly and thorough. I did call on Christmas Eve but I knew they were closed. I left a message to call or email me with an update and I didn't hear back for a few days until I called again. That's the only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars. I do understand the holidays make it insanely busy so that's likely nothing you'd worry about with a normal boarding situation as their communication otherwise has been very responsive! And when they did get in touch, they sent me 4 pictures of my babies! My oldest dog has to take daily meds which they administered without an issue. They also let me come in and tour the facility before I committed to boarding them and answered a boatload of questions. And upon pickup, they helped me transport my dogs and bed/food and everything to my car. I am overall very pleased and will use them again!

Jacob is clearly comfortable and experienced with anxious dogs. Both guys showed us where to find towels, and scrubby brushes, they stepped in and helped us when needed yet also gave us space when they saw we were comfortable. This place has towels, leashes and collars and even smelly sprays at the end like a car wash! Overall it was such a great experience in customer service, and an amazing experience for our anxious 75 lb Bull dog. It was great exposure for him with new sounds and new people. I tried this place for my dog's grooming needs because our usual groomer is just too far since we…read moremoved. I called them to ask some questions and they were really friendly and took their time answering all of my concerns. I brought my dog to them the morning of and they sensed my hesitation leaving her there for so long. They invited me behind the counter where I could see where she would be kept when not being groomed. They also have a fenced in area in the back where they let them out to use the bathroom. I was very pleased with how she looked and smelled! She smelled fresh but not overpowering and they cut her exactly how I had asked. They let me know she had went out 2 times to use the bathroom and that she was welcome back anytime. Charges are very reasonable, in fact it was $10 cheaper than our usual place. They accept cash or check only and they informed me of this when they called to tell me that she was ready. Why 4 stars? While everything was great and they did a wonderful job I just wasn't totally wow'd over. They take am interest in the dogs and I trust them with my dog. We'll definitely be back and maybe I'll change my rating over time.
