This is only the second time she has ever been professionally groomed in her life, the first time was a disaster and groomer needed to stop. They didn't have her in a collar on a leash on the table so she was able to jump down and hide inside the wall of the van. A professional groomer would never allow that to happen. The owner was rude and blamed my cat telling me it should medicated. My cat has never been aggressive with other groomers. DO NOT USE THIS CLOWN SHOW! FYI- neither employee could communicate. One was deaf and the other spoke no English. At least send one employee who can communicate with your customers.

Most other Groomers would have said, sorry you will have to try elsewhere. But George called and asked us to bring him back when he was there and let him give it a try. And Smokey was great for him! He is so calm & relaxing with how he handles a nervous dog. We will never take Smokey anywhere else. Thank you George! From Smokey & The Higgins Family Norton Ma
