DO. NOT. BRING. YOUR. DOG. HERE.
They are rude, dirty, abusive, unorganized, and diseased.
This review is a late one, but I am just now having the time to write it.
i usually will trim my and groom my dog throughout the year, but at least 2-4 times a year we will bring him to the groomers. For the past couple of years I have been bringing my dog, a 25-30 pound bichon/cocker spaniel mix, to this place and I used to dread dropping my poor baby off there because EVERY TIME we did, we would pick him up and he would have multiple cuts on him (he has little wart/benign tumors on him and we made sure they were aware of them,) and have such bad anxiety. We wouldn't be able to pet him with out him jumping for a good week or two until he was back to his normal self again. Which obviously alerted us, but we were so convinced that he was in good hands....
About a month or so ago right when the weather was getting warmer, we needed to have them "express his anal glands" so father called on a Saturday morning and they said to bring him in, and that they could do him today do him today, which at that point, I was heading into work at 9:00am.
I had gotten home at 3:30pm from my shift, to my mom flipping out on the phone because it had been 6 HOURS and my dog was not done yet.... He was sitting in the crate for 6 hours. My dog obviously has anxiety and shakes when he is nervous, it is apparent. Having him sit in a crate for 6 hours is absolutely unnecessary torture. We had called 3 times between 3:30-5:00pm and he was still not done.
The two lades were very rude, and basically told us that it was because they were very busy, and they also tried to blame the whole situation on us because :normally you bring Jack in on the weekdays, not the weekends." ?????????????????????????????????? how would that make any difference? If they had told us hey were busy today, we can make a new app. Complete and utter BS.
We went down to the place and all we heard were dogs barking and crying and the loudest cry of them all was our poor little Jack who has been in their for 8 HOURS NOW, and they had the nerve to tell us oh thats not Jack crying, like excuse me i know my dog of 9 years cry when I hear it....
Very rude literally throw the leash at us and walked away from me and my mother. My dog was completely effed up from the experience and I would never suggest this place to anyone EVER.
About a week later I had lunch with my cousins and found out that they do not bring their dog to this hell hole because they waited forever and their poor dog got KETTLE COUGH!!!!!
horrible establishment!! Please do not bring your dog here!!!! read more
