Great service and they were able to book an appointment a couple days away (unlike other groomers that are booking weeks in advance). My dog got sprayed by a skunk on Saturday, I called them on Monday, and they were able to get my dog in on Wednesday. I told them when I came in what had happened with him being sprayed in the face by a skunk, and they had absolutely no problem with it. We had tried washing him at home three times with skunk deodorizers and deodorizing dog shampoo, but he really needed to be washed well and combed out. They offered to clip his nails as well as do a sanitary and cut around the face where he had been sprayed. They were very helpful and friendly and I really appreciated the kindness they treated me and my dog with considering the situation. The cost was very fair too! $60 for my 80lb goldendoodle to get shampoo, combed out, dried (which is a feat considering the size and absorbent nature of this dog's coat and undercoat). The picture is of my dog the day after grooming, so his nose doesn't look as good as when he came home yesterday, but they did a great job! I Took my Samoyed in today for a full service grooming and trim I realize they had seen him before because we adopted him a few weeks ago and was abused . The groomer had seen him at that time and I took him back today to get trimmed as much as possible . I didn't noticed until I got him home that he was chopped literally over especially on his back . He had more mats than when I took him in and was never brushed or de-shed I called and talked to a manager and all the money they will give back to me is the de-shedding for $35 He looks awful and now I called another groomer to confirm how they would take care of him and they said they would never of sent him home chopped up and would and done there best to remove any mats . we had brushed him at home and even my daughter said he didn't have as many before we took him in , it looks like they shampoo and nails not trimming and grooming I was in tears. I have many dogs and never experienced such a terrible experience. These are not groomers they are maybe at the least dog shampooers. They shouldn't do long hair large dogs if they cant do a good job. Now I have to wait to take him somewhere else to get properly taken care of . Stephanie helped us and she was so knowledgeable about the products and also so compassionate about the dog. She asked us a lot of questions about our preferences and our dog's activity and then recommended different products based on those needs. She's a fiesty girl...but the groomers handle her well and unlike many places they allow me to wait (shes a small boston terrier) and she's usually out of there in an hour.
