I had to spend $400 to replace the window glass. Also, when they tried to clean the bird poop on the stucco wall, they sprayed water to it the poop and stained the stucco wall badly. Then told me that the bird poop has acid inside. Shouldn't he know before he messes up? I had to buy $120 new paint and forced the guy to repaint for me. Worse, they are supposed to clean the upstairs windows. But they didn't clean from inside. When I asked about it. The worker said he did clean. That was a flat out lie because I was upstairs all the time. None of the 3 crew ever went to upstairs. Same thing about the solar panels. Nobody even went up to the roof, but they told me cleaned already.
