I get a call saying my new parts came in but they cannot get me in for two weeks. I wait that time and come in for my scheduled appointment where they then take 20 minutes before telling me that they in fact ordered the driver mirror instead of the passenger mirror. So, I then had to wait another week for the correct part to come in and was told they would call me when it did. The week came to an end and I did not receive a call, so I called them and what do you know my part had magically just came in! I then was told the quickest they could get me in was a week out, even though this was supposed to already be done weeks ago. Fine. I come in at 8 am and they have me off the lot by 9, awesome..... except for the fact that the second I pulled off the lot I realized that the mirror was not properly hooked up (no lane departure, unable to adjust angle, etc) so I had to turn around and go BACK. Problem solved.. until the following week when my lane detection turned off yet again. Finally I had my husband call. For reference I am 7 months pregnant and not only feel defeated at this point but also that I am obviously being taken advantage of. My husband then had a lovely conversation with the dealership where ultimately I was blamed for ordering parts and not requesting for it to be serviced, said that I must have spoken with parts instead of service. Which is hilarious considering I went to the SERVICE DEPARTMENT and spoke to the SERVICE MANAGER (still have his card) who ordered the required parts for me and ensured me he would be able to "fix" my problem, however never once mentioned that a diagnostic test should be run to ensure there would be no issues? Wouldn't their expertise, and my lack of, be a reason to mention this and not assume that I know enough to ask? Needless to say, we will not be returning for any more work now or in the future and will advise both family and friends to stay away as well. The entire ordeal start to finish was a mess and they should be ashamed of themselves as it is an extremely poor reflection of their dealership and staff.

I think I was too harsh when trying to review this place the last time. I had to come in yesterday…read moreto get a bottle of dry gas for my car, and although it took me some courage to call this place to find out if they carried it and how much, I knew I had few choices to use to get some. But they came through for me. Although their estimated total wasn't what they quoted me (a teeny bit more), when I got there and mentioned that I was the one who called and asked (a few minutes later) about the dry gas, the register employee pulled a bottle of the stuff off the shelf from directly in front of him. They had more in this section, but it seemed to be so convenient for them: it's almost as if they'd been having a grand-ole time with others with similar/same problems. I presented them with a $5 bill, and although I was quoted 4.31 (with tax), the employee was nice (and I made out like a bandit with change within reason). I don't come into this store very often, but when I needed something, it's been there "just in case", and I like that about this store. I don't like that they don't take cards for transactions under a certain amount (I can't seem to get over that threshold), but I guess in time it'll come.

Before making an eight-hour trip each way, I specifically asked them to tell me about every imperfection because I did not want to be out there and be surprised by anything because it so far. I was told by Steven that the car was in "perfect condition." I was assured repeatedly that it was exactly as described. Based on those representations, I invested significant time and money, including travel expenses and a hotel stay, to come see the car. When I arrived, the reality was completely different. The vehicle was covered in dozens of small scratches and dents. On every single panel of the car. Even the roof! It looks like a tree fell on it probably where the large branches didn't hit it, but all the small ones did. Or it got run off the road into brush or the like. Calling it "perfect condition" was not just inaccurate--it was blatantly misleading. It was obvious that the car had substantial cosmetic damage that anyone could see immediately. Steven was unpleasant to work with. He was pushy, snobby, entitled and just plain rude sometimes. After getting T-boned by a car at 50mph into my drivers side door, my car was totaled. I was trying to figure out transportation to New York. He impatiently told me to "just drive it. It's not that far." 15 HOURS. He also told me I couldn't have an auto delivery service pick it up because "I had to sign for it in person." He also told me I could only come on days when he was there and gave me HIS schedule for me to work around?? He also went on about needing to schedule all appointments that "it was rude to just show up to a used car dealership." Ummmm I'd been car shopping at a dozen prior and they were thrilled when a customer pulled in - even without an appointment. He informed he "He didn't know where I went to, but he's a professional." And that's just the highlight reel of correspondence. After leaving without the car, to make matters worse, when I requested the return of my deposit, the dealership was unresponsive and difficult to deal with. Communication became sparse, and obtaining a refund was far more complicated than it should have been. This experience was frustrating, costly, and incredibly disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here. If you value honesty, transparency, and basic customer service, look elsewhere.
