He went over and above the call of duty to find it, without me even asking him to do it, yet, fully knowing I would need to buy from a different dealership. Andreas' love for cars and seeing my enthusiasm for driving, proves that there are still great salesmen like him out there. I would hope Romeo auto group would find a way to give credit to Andreas for finding me the vehicle I've waited my whole life for!! Thanks again Andreas!

    People by and large are decent, at least that's been my experience…read more Culture is a different dog. A 2.4 yelp rating at such a large auto group is a culture issue. Top down. 1-Had an appointment to sign final paperwork one week in advance. 6:49 AM day of appointment I get an email that my appointment has been moved to 11:00 to accommodate 4 other people. 2- I put $7000.00 down and then they charged me $138.xx for registration. That is all about maximizing their profit and me. 3- Truck had the sap all over it on delivery day. 4- started it up and rattle rattle rattle. Sales guy said it's nothing. It is something. Called BDC and Brittany was supposed to call me back (that was Thursday) Never called until Monday the 30th 4 days from my original call to BDC. I called service Saturday and talked to shevonne who informed me that she would reach out to BDC and then to an advisor. An advisor to fix the that you let me drive off your lot in??? 5- drive out from under the garage and once on the road I saw the chip on the glass. Went back and the salesman and the manager said it was repaired and how they stood by this guy's work but they also agreed that you could still feel pits in the glass. 2 Independent appraisals from glass shops told a different story. They graded the repair poor and I asked how much they'd charge me to fix it and they said you can't refill the cracks so I should just cross my fingers. 6- while taking my old car to Middletown is part of a sale The auto stop start was engaged I pulled into a parking area so that my son could catch up and the car shuts off so when I saw him coming I went to restart it and all the dash lights were on every single dash light was on. Pushed the start button and nothing except a message about reserve fuel cell. Couple minutes later it started again and I was on my way but that was just one more surprise from the car that I was told was gone over with a fine tooth comb. I am angry beyond words. Based on multiple customer reviews and complaints, Romeo Auto Group has faced significant criticism regarding its business practices, with customers citing issues like long repair waits, unresponsiveness, and poor customer service. It's rare to bring a car in for an inspection in the morning, and take a new car home in the afternoon, but that's what happened to me. It wasn't a complete surprise, just a little sooner than I expected. Todd was very friendly and helpful when I approached him early in the day with questions and the disclaimer "I'm not looking to buy a car right now I just want to compare 2 models for future reference." When I returned to the sales floor later he was incredibly patient as I navigated a purchase I wasn't quite prepared for. Todd was very informative about the options I was considering, and really won the day (and the sale) when the specific vehicle he brought over for me to check out was basically my dream car. I saw him approach that "autumn green metallic" Forester Wilderness and I knew I didn't stand a chance at resisting! When I came to take possession of the car Todd enthusiastically went over all the bells and whistles with me so I could be confident driving off the lot. He even made sure to show me how to turn off the features I didn't want. There's more I could say but you get the idea. I also MUST shout out to Tina, Ellen, and Buddy in the service department. I'm so glad the new owners kept them on bc they're the heart of this place. Thanks Buddy for waiving the cost of the inspection repairs I came in for that were done before I realized I was getting a new car.

He treated me like a child and was very unhelpful. At the end of the day, this ended up being a blessing in disguise because I now drive a Lexus and have never been happier. The service and reliability is much better than what I experienced with Subaru. I am a salesman myself and cannot believe how disrespectful and dismissive Phil was to a longstanding Subaru customer. I will never go back to Subaru after that negative experience!

    Wonderful! They stayed open late on a Saturday to help me. I was traveling when my car started…read moreshaking and clunking. Meraz Motors was the nearest shop, and they said they could fit me in on Monday. I explained that I had to drive to New Hampshire the next day, so they offered to listen to the car to see if the problem was dangerous or not. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a serious issue with my brakes. They said it wouldn't be safe for me to take a long drive with the car as it was, and they very kindly stayed at the garage to fix my car. They sent me text updates with photos of the fix throughout the process. They finished the repair in under an hour, even faster than they had estimated. The cost was very affordable and they explained each charge to me. Excellent, efficient, affordable service. They were so kind, and I cannot say enough good about them.

Upon arriving they greeted us with a let's see how I can help you instead of a "we are closed " attitude because they technically were. The gentleman that worked on my car took a look and quickly told me that my car would break down if I continued to drive it. It needed to be fixed or I would not make it home (which is 2hours away ) he agreed to work on it , and 2 hours later my car was running. This was a huge lifesaver as next day was Sunday and I would have been stranded. He was super thorough, friendly and diagnosed and fixed my car trouble with a sense of urgency and genuine concern to help. If you haven't used these guys for your car needs pay them a visit !! Hard to find in this day and age. Thank you again Miraz Motors!!!
