So as an update to my previous posts. Ford has known about the RDU issues in the escape, and bronco…read moreand attributed it in some instances to "contaminated differential oil". My mechanic checked this oil on Thursday 6/4/26 and said it was clear meaning it was probably recently changed sometime before I took ownership at 88,686 mi. Changing this oil is also cited on Facebook and other sites as a short term fix for the grind and shudder that manifests the damaged unit. "Known issues with the 2020 Ford Escape rear differential/AWD system primarily involve clutch binding, fluid leaks, sensor failures, and inadequate factory lubrication that can cause the rear axle to seize. Many of these drivetrain problems trigger dashboard alerts or require expensive mechanical repairs".

Recently spent $1000 dollars here to have oil change, inspection and breaks done. My oil change…read morelight is now on not even six weeks later and my phone says my oil life is 5%. When I messaged to ask whatbis going on I was told the mechanic forgot to reset my computer and hes just a human who made a simple mistake. One of the last times Ihad service I specifically asked for a tire rotation and the mechanic said he did it but 100% lied and did not rotate or inflate my tires. I called to complain and was told by someone named Pat that the mechanic didnt do what he said and she comped me services to keep my business. I wish I never came back. I work in health care in a hospital and if I made "simple human mistakes" like this I would be fired, yesterday. I dont trust that my breaks were done correctly when an oil change and tire rotation cant be done correctly. I will never get my car serviced here ever again and will NEVER buy another vehicle from any romeo auto dealer. I have never had a problem like this when I lived in the city. Do better.

Our technician Richard was knowledgeable (and had an awesome tattoo!), and I signed all paperwork with Travis, who was super patient with my toddler. They knew I was a single mom of 3, working from home, homeschooling, etc. at a hectic time and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Camping World to anyone. The team was amazing! Thank you so much! My kids and I will have a great summer because of you! (And ps, they deliver!) God Bless! Angela Midgley

Well, I posted this review in Google and they took it down…read more Re: Camping World - Kingston, NY I normally give feedback directly to a business and refrain from posting a public review because I believe in giving people the chance to cross correct. Unfortunately, Camping World in Kingston left me no choice. I feel obligated to warn other customers, especially first‑time camper buyers , to proceed with caution, or simply take your business somewhere that values transparency and appreciates you.Our experience as first‑time buyers was a nightmare from start to finish. Our salesperson was checked out, communication was poor, and the entire process felt disingenuous. When we arrived to pick up our unit, the finance manager walked us through the paperwork and kept repeating that certain items were "included." What he never said was that these items were part of a package we never agreed to purchase. On top of that, we were charged for items that were never installed. When I questioned the contract because the numbers didn't make sense, the salesperson went to get the sales manager. His attitude and arrogance seemed to compensate for his lack of problem‑solving skills. Instead of addressing the issue, he lied, blamed someone else, and then walked away to sit at his desk on his phone.I was left sitting in an office for an hour while they tried to figure out how to "correct" the situation. Eventually, they said they couldn't inconvenience the next customer, so they offered a shortcut solution -- not a real fix, just something to get us out the door.I hadn't seen the online reviews beforehand, but after living this experience, I can say the negative feedback you'll find online is not exaggerated. It's accurate.I do want to acknowledge Ron and Jen in Parts. They were knowledgeable, honest, and the only bright spot in an otherwise terrible experience.

Lia Honda should have separate listings on yelp for service and sales. I would give their service…read more 4 1/2 stars. Very thoughtful and professional. I would give their sales department one star - like pulling teeth to get information. I have been in the market for a new car and stopped in there a few times in the past month - no one even asked if they could help me. I spent 2 hours there for a recall service on my Honda Fit last week. I also made an appointment that morning to speak to a salesman. When I got there the receptionist called for a salesman to speak to me. She called one salesman and told me he would be right out. A few seconds he called her back and from her end of the conversation apparently told her he was busy. I don't know what came up but I suspect he saw a 60+ year old woman and didn't think I was worth his time. The second salesman was polite but not too helpful. I told him I was in the market for a new car, I loved my Fit and was disappointed they stopped making it and I felt the CRV was a little big. After answering a couple of questions - instead of offering me a test drive, he blew me off with "Let me know if you have any questions" and walked away. I decided to walk around the lot where I noticed some Honda Fits thinking they might be leftover 2020 models. I noticed the Honda HRV which apparently replaced the Fit, Salesman never mentioned it?!? I went back in and found him on his computer and asked him a few questions about the HRV. Still didn't offer a test drive and left me feeling like I was bothering him. I went to the waiting room and got on my lap top while I was waiting for my service to finish. Service folks checked in with me a couple of times with updates and asked if I needed anything. The service guy confirmed that the HRV was a good replacement if I liked the FIT. Meanwhile, I was doing research on Consumer Reports and narrowed down my choices to the Honda HRV and the Suburu Crosstrek. The next day I went to a different dealer, was greeted with a latte, and a smile and bought a new car from them.
