He went over and above the call of duty to find it, without me even asking him to do it, yet, fully knowing I would need to buy from a different dealership. Andreas' love for cars and seeing my enthusiasm for driving, proves that there are still great salesmen like him out there.     People by and large are decent, at least that's been my experience…read more Culture is a different dog. A 2.4 yelp rating at such a large auto group is a culture issue. Top down. 1-Had an appointment to sign final paperwork one week in advance. 6:49 AM day of appointment I get an email that my appointment has been moved to 11:00 to accommodate 4 other people. 2- I put $7000.00 down and then they charged me $138.xx for registration. That is all about maximizing their profit and me. 3- Truck had the sap all over it on delivery day. 4- started it up and rattle rattle rattle. Sales guy said it's nothing. It is something. Called BDC and Brittany was supposed to call me back (that was Thursday) Never called until Monday the 30th 4 days from my original call to BDC. I called service Saturday and talked to shevonne who informed me that she would reach out to BDC and then to an advisor. An advisor to fix the that you let me drive off your lot in??? 5- drive out from under the garage and once on the road I saw the chip on the glass. Went back and the salesman and the manager said it was repaired and how they stood by this guy's work but they also agreed that you could still feel pits in the glass. 2 Independent appraisals from glass shops told a different story. They graded the repair poor and I asked how much they'd charge me to fix it and they said you can't refill the cracks so I should just cross my fingers. I am angry beyond words. Based on multiple customer reviews and complaints, Romeo Auto Group has faced significant criticism regarding its business practices, with customers citing issues like long repair waits, unresponsiveness, and poor customer service. Our technician Richard was knowledgeable (and had an awesome tattoo!), and I signed all paperwork with Travis, who was super patient with my toddler. They knew I was a single mom of 3, working from home, homeschooling, etc. at a hectic time and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Camping World to anyone. The team was amazing!     I bought my camper 2 1/2 years ago and have had nothing and I mean nothing but problems ever since…read more I have repeatedly called the corporate office and filed a case against the Kingston camping world because of the never-ending issues. They literally sold me a lemon , but God forbid they take accountability for that instead they want you to pay out of your pocket for any work done even with the extended warranty, they had me purchase. I've had to replace my door three times on this camper. The plumbing has never been right. I have never been able to flush the Toilet, the water stays in the shower without draining, water pump never worked correctly etc., I called about the jack and hitch last fall and explained I parked it and it's just not right mind you I had to have my father re-drill bolts into the jack to hold it together or I would have had an accident driving it home. I called to have my camper repaired once again and I've been waiting months to get that appointment and Once again, I have to bring it there for yet another door replacement , the plumbing (which was never fixed from the start ) and the Jack (that I have had nonstop issues with and at this point is a big safety issue) . Lars in the service department has been horrible to work with . He lacks customer service big-time , I don't know why they would put him in such a role. He is insisting the camper has been in a collision! I have never ever had an accident with this camper, but because they don't want to admit fault that they sold me a Lemon, they instead want me to pay out-of-pocket or claim it through my personal insurance company! Lars even had the audacity to send me a statement that if the warranty does not cover what needs to be fixed, I will still have to pay a $500 fee for them just to look at the camper even though I have an extended warranty on the camper that I paid a lot of extra money for! They had the audacity to tell me that the camper jacks were mounted incorrectly. If they bother to use their brain cells, they would know I bought it like that! Why in the world would I mount the jacks ?? Please make it make sense. I opened a case with corporate on them and At this point, I am seeking legal council. I have had it with camping world. It's been 2 1/2 years of nonsense. You can never call and speak to the same employee because it's like a revolving door that everyone leaves and a new one steps in its place .

Firstly, the location for Hyundai's service was changed to the building next door, and no mention is made of that when scheduling an appointment, so you go to the normal location and are made to seem a fool and are told to go elsewhere. Fine I suppose, just a waste of time and patience. I came in for an oil change, and I learned that one of my lug nuts could be put back on my tyre and thus had to be replaced. Okay, that happens. 87 dollars?!?!? Why was my lug nut taken off for an oil change? Oh, so they could check my brakes. Not what I was here for. Needless to say, I'll be going elsewhere for service from now on. You're insane if you think I'd give this business another dollar for anything, be it a lug nut or a new vehicle. Stay away, seriously.

    Untrustworthy lying used car salesman (read until the end)…read more I went there to check out a used car I had seen online. Made an appointment (easy). Changed the appointment last minute due to work (equally as easy). Once there, they got me in the car and i took it for a test-drive. There were no high-pressure tactics by the salesman. There were some issues with the car (rear camera not working, tires that were on the edge, and dodgy brakes) that I was told would cost about $3k to do and they would only do them if i wanted the vehicle. I was early in my search, but i really liked it, so i said yeah, I'll take it. Radio silence for the better part of 3 weeks and then I get a call that the vehicle is ready if i still want it, which I did, but in the meantime, the price has dropped twice on cargurus, the site where i originally saw the vehicle listed. When i tell my salesman that, he says cargurus is scambaiting people, and tons of dealers are suing them for false prices and that they've already offered me the best price they can. HOWEVER, the current price online is about $900 cheaper. After investigating it on my own, i discovered that not only does cargurus NOT set prices, but that Prestige actually paid money to have their vehicle come up on top as Sponsored. If you as a dealer care so little that you would tell such an easily disprovable lie, what other lies are you telling your customers? So now I'm left without a vehicle, and I'm the market for one AGAIN, thanks to Prestige. PS out of dozens of businesses I've rated around the world, never before have i rated a business 5 stars only to drop it to 1 star a few weeks later. PPS i have yet to receive my deposit back, I've had to file a claim through my credit card.
