Maskless service director, Eugene C. Waterbury, Jr. Harasses Customer…read more I've taken three vehicles for service to Bengal Motors for three years now. Most of my experiences have been decent - until today. Justin, who oversees inspections & oil changes, was friendly and informative as always. I ate my lunch in the larger dealership waiting area until my car was done. Upon returning to the service area to wait for my car to be taken one last time around the block before check out, I sat down in the service area seating. Within one minute, a man emerged from the back office, approached and stood over me, and began demanding I "go to the dealership waiting room." Mr. Eugene Waterbury did not initially ask what I was waiting for. When I asked why, he said that this was a "high traffic area" and I should not be sitting there. I noted that I was not in anyone's way and was waiting in chairs for customers. He began repeatedly stating, "MOVE, MA'AM". I told him to stop harassing me. He finally asked Justin, who had just walked inside, what I was waiting for. Justin told him my car was being run around the block one last time and that it was finished. Mr. Waterbury told Justin to "get her out of here as soon as possible!" This man stood over me, NO MASK, telling me to MOVE, citing only that this was a "high traffic area" - with no one in that area but myself and him and one other customer rep at the far end of the room. I was rung up within five minutes of Mr. Waterbury's initial harassment. Even if I had walked back to the dealership, Justin would have had to follow and ask me to return within two minutes. This man was NOT concerned with COVID-19. At least, not concerned with giving it to me, since he was standing over me & telling me on repeat to "MOVE." HIS CONCERN: He decided to engage in a power-play when I did not immediately obey his initial command to leave the room. I recorded the last part of Mr. Waterbury's harassment, which is worthy of going viral on Twitter & Instagram. I will tag Bengal Motors when I post. Begnal Motors, I hope you ask Mr. Waterbury to remain in his office from now on. He does NOT cultivate good customer relations and you risk being reported for harassment to the Better Business Bureau. He also raises health concerns with his lack of social distance & maskless engagement while standing directly above a seated customer. In fact, you would be better off removing Mr. Waterbury from his front-facing position with customers and replace him with representatives like Justin, who are consistently polite, friendly and informative. Picture: the "high traffic area" seating Mr. Waterbury did not want me sitting in for four minutes.

BEWARE! This is NOT the dealership to buy a Wagoneer from!…read more I Purchased a Wagoneer that ended up being a lemon and had to get the entire vehicle replaced. Now the second one is sitting in my driveway after tons of issues came up. Called multiple times and they have yet to call us back with any answers. The reason we bought the car is because when you buy a wagoneer from an official dealer, in the policy they have to supply a wagoneer rental. They have told us "we will let you know" for days now. It's unacceptable. I have a car I can't drive and can't even get a call back. My next step is going back to corporate like I had to last time.

These people sell cars with all kinds of problems and when you take it back, they treat you like…read morethey've never seen you. I bought my vehicle there and the check engine light was on in a week, a tire was going flat, the brakes were failing, the steering was tricky, only one window worked, a tail lamp assembly was bad, the exhaust was on the brink of falling off and all kinds of other problems. I'm too disgusted to list all the problems. When I took it back, they wrote up an estimate that was double what I paid for the car and didn't even re-inflate the tire that they claimed was "all new." I'm lucky I'm a mechanic but most people are not. I should have checked it over better but I trusted them because they're a "dealership" and I'm totally screwed now. After this winter, I'm going to get this car in safe condition and sell it off because they won't do a thing for me. If you buy a vehicle from them, it'll be great... Until you sign your name and drive it for a week. They didn't even install my registration sticker that was sitting on the front seat. That's right, the temporary registration is still on it and I'm counting the days until I can afford to get rid of it. I've even read other reviews of people getting into accidents with vehicles purchased at this "dealership" just weeks after purchase due to a catastrophic failure, like a control arm. If I could put no stars or negative stars, that would still be too good. How many people is this business gonna screw over, injure, or even kill before they're shut down? I've already almost been in a handful of fender benders because they didn't tell me it needs all new brakes until two weeks AFTER I bought this lemon. Of course they were more than happy to sell it because the mileage exempts it from "Lemon Law." DO NOT buy from them. Spread the word and hopfully they'll be gone. Go there and ask for Steve. Ask him how he lives with himself.
