And their mechanic put the backing plate to my wheel on backwards after replacing a wheel barring, and I'm the one who found out because they don't test drive vehicles after fixing them.

I had my 2011 Elantra towed in here because it wouldn't start after replacing the battery and needed a simple reprogramming. Everything else was working fine. He charged me $1,400 just to get it started - but wait, there's more! - when I went to pick it up, the driver's side window was suddenly off its track and wouldn't go up or down. But why? Did my new battery somehow throw my window off its track? He told me to leave it there, but it would cost me another $450 to fix! I balked that the damage occurred while it was in his care, but he dismissed me. I left it there, only to return to get it and find that the horn suddenly doesn't work now! Of course, when asked about it, he said that would cost me an additional $560 for a new horn relay (wtf went wrong with the OLD relay? It was working fine before I brought it in). Refusing to get bamboozled a 3rd time, I fled with my car after giving this crook a total of $1,850 to "repair" a car that had nothing wrong with it. I have since heard numerous horror stories about this dealership, mostly from women who have routinely gotten bullied and overcharged by this Svengali shyster. The negative Yelps here alone tell the story.
