Let's me start by saying these guys are awesome, I first met the rep at the off-road show in Pomona Ca. and he was very helpful and nice guy. I wanted to grab a diff cover for my LJ but decided to wait till I trashed my original, which I did at KOH ! So today came my new cover ! Probably the thickest piece of steel on the Jeep. Can't wait to install and get back out, going to Rubicon end of June for the first time and break it in ! Thanks again RS for all the hard work that went into this part, keep up the great work ! Love buying great parts that won't fall apart and are built to last I will be buying again that's for sure, I will pass it on, like it was passed to me. read more

Placed an order back in April and still have not received it. Wont return phone calls or emails.

I am another of the many who seem to have been scammed by Ruff Stuff.. ordered an axle truss in April, it is now mid August with no contact, returned messages, email... nothing! Google shows that they are permanently closed and many of us had our money taken. No justice... read more

I would do zero stars if I could. I paid for an order in March. Still have not received the parts, but was charged for them right away. Ordered my parts 2 months ago. Called them around the 3 week mark to see when they were gonna ship they said they were still in the middle of building the parts. Then call around 5 weeks with the same answer. Now they won't answer the phone at all. I'm hoping they pull through because I already cut off the factory pivot points that the parts I bought from them were gonna replace. read more

These clowns went from running a business to running a scam. Don't order from them. They won't ship your parts, they won't answer emails, they won't answer the phone. Called twice a day for the last two weeks to cancel my order from months ago that never made it past a credit card charge and a confirmation email and can't get ahold of them. But I guess why would you answer the phone when you are running a fraudulent business? read more

Now I don't drive jeeps or chevys fords etc., I own a bunch of IH's, So the kits don't exactly apply, the parts I need are a bit of a combination of parts from different applications, no problem the made up a kit with what I needed, if the parts don't fit send 'em back & we'll try something else. now that's customer service! read more
