    Ruby Tuesday Receipt

Ordered fish and fries. Fish was not cooked correctly, the fat rose to the top when squeezed with my fork and the fat tasted rancid. The fries was wilted and soggy. I became sick later that night. Wife had lobster bisque soup. Wife could not finish soup. I finished soup. Soup tasted over salted. The salad bar was good and clean. Our waitress was cheerful but went missing for what felt like 15 minutes at a time, often. We had to ask other waitresses to help us. We ended up being at the restaurant for close to two hours. I would go back for the salad bar and a coke. I would not order anything else.

I was pleasently surprised about my recent visit to Ruby's. It was lunch time and I expected a long wait, even left earlier to avoid the long wait. To my surprise, there were at most twenty people in the whole restaurant. I figured that was a bad sign, could the food be bad? Nothing further from the truth. Our server was extremely polite and friendly. She took our orders and brought everything In a timely manner. Everyone, there were six of us, got exactly what we ordered. So far so good. But what about the taste? That was the most surprising part of it all. Everything was hot, properly seasoned, fresh and most importantly delicious! The old adage of not judging a book by its cover could not be more apropos in this experience.

Came here for lunch and when I arrived the place was fairly empty. When we got it we were seated right away. We were seated in a booth located by the bar. At the bar they had a few games playing so the bar might be a place to check out. Our server was kind, friendly and helpful. I ordered the chicken cheese steak with a side of fries and opted for the salad bar. After opting for the salad bar and placing your order you get to take advantage of the all you can eat foods at the salad bar. They have a decent amount of veggies, pasta salads, egg salad, ham pieces, and sauces. You get to make the salad yourself and overall the salad bar isn't too bad. As for my cheesesteak, I wasn't a big fan of it. There wasn't much chicken in it and the taste was just off. It's hard to describe what exactly was wrong with it but the best way to describe it is that it tasted stale. The fries were okay but I felt they gave a small portion of it. Not my best restaurant experience.

This Ruby Tuesday sits adjacent to the Marriott Courtyard. On a cold and billowing 15-degree day, ordering a burger to go seemed like a good choice. I ordered online, and the cheeseburger and fries were to be ready within 20 minutes. I arrived 18 minutes after the order, and the order was ready. The burger was cooked to the correct temperature and was good. The fries were a little limp, which is typical when they accompany a burger in a plastic to go container. That said they were also tasty. When considering the timeliness of the order, and the convenience of the location, this review ekes out four stars. Would I eat here again? Yes, if it was convenient, I'd order from here. Would this be a destination of choice? Not likely if there were better alternatives in the area.

Ate here on a Saturday night. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Our food was pretty good as well. My daughter enjoyed her cheeseburger, fries and strawberry lemonade. My husband had wings and I had the deconstructed kebabs, which were A deal at $15. There was a ton of meat and veggies, could have been a tad more rice?! But I appreciated how the waitress asked me how I wanted the beef cooked - well done please!

Pretty terrible experience overall. Waiter (John?) was nice but place was heavily understaffed. He gave me 3 Coke Zero refills but it tasted really off and diluted and gross. I ordered ribeye steak medium well and it was super well done and tough. Not worth the price. My coworkers had nachos which were edible but not great, and tacos which were decent. Cheesecake was their saving grace. Good size for the price, but nothing special flavor-wise. Table was really really sticky, as well as under the chair. Even my plastic glass of Coke Zero was super sticky. The place needs to be cleaned up heavily. Would not come back. I regret coming here. Great waiter despite the bad service. Super subpar food. Pretty sad for my first time at a Ruby Tuesday. Looks like it's Ruby No-days moving forward. Not coming back. I left hungry and $100+ out of pocket. Terrible meal with great company.

Triple prime burgers are awesome. Beer is cold. Cleanliness of bar leaves a lot to be desired. Wipe the tables and bar down!!!!!

Some might say too much time. Some might say. So I just typically avoid the area because it brings back so much...stuff. When it transitioned to Stateside sometime during the early days of the pandemic we did get take out once and it was delicious - I still dream about the Brussels sprouts. But it was a bit expensive when everyone was dying and all. Like am I really gonna risk my life for $16 sprouts? I think not. Now I think it's under new - new management. My cousin stopped by there about a month ago when she was in the area and gave it great reviews. I was feeling A Kind of Way a couple of weekends ago and just really wanted a cold beer. So me and huzzo stopped in. Service was good and beer was solid. This week I wanted another beer. Blame your president as he insists upon annihilating everyone and sending our collective pressure through the roof. We arrived about 20 minutes before the end of Happy Hour and snagged a couple of beers as well as wings and a shrimp quesadilla. The food was great but the service was the real stunner. I found myself stuck between two beers and the bartender suggested Arnold Palmering it and going halfsies on both. Fantastic decision - the mixed drink was refreshing and tart without being too pedestrian or too far afield. Food came out quickly and deliciously. Saved $15 on food prices alone during Happy Hour. Fat things: The bar stools are excellent - steel with a wide seat and a foot bar so your legs don't fall asleep. And they don't pack too many of them in so it's easy to get into and out of your seat without bumping someone else. Other stuff: They have regular indoor seating and an outdoor seating area on the side with couches, high table, and heat lamps. Overall, the space is open, airy, bright, and clean. It's pretty packed when the temps warm up but shoulder season is very nice for us right now. Be advised: Regular menu prices still seem steep - like everything else these days. But the food is good and they have a very nice craft beer selection. If you can't make happy hour and are looking to treat yourself this might be it. We'll def return!

Besides the classics fried seafood and hot dogs, they're also doing chicken wings, cheesesteaks, pastrami sandwiches, even a half-chicken with fries. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The foot-long delivers and the regular dogs are fine, if not a little salty. The chicken wings are great, but I always get them naked and then dip in sweet chili, sriracha,Nashville hot, bbq, or another half-dozen sauces. I had the half chicken there and enjoyed it. My mother was happy to find a place still doing fish and chips around here, and we got it several times. The fries are crinkle cut, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and kind of addictive. The whitefish fried filet is not bad, but the fried shrimp steal the show. Those are crunchy and also a bit addictive. Hard to eat just a few. I would go back there just for the fried shrimp. The hush puppies are the lowest point: too dense and dry. They also do burgers there but I haven't tried those yet. Overall, good experience there, the chicken dishes are the standouts.
