Hands down the best Ruby Tuesday I have ever been to. The server Greeted us immediately. Atianna definitely helped us by suggesting that we try the mix trio for our appetizer and then suggested we try the hickory salmon or the 12oz ribeye. Before leaving the table to put our order in she asked if we had the Ruby Rewards app. Which we did not. She helped us set the app up on our phones, and now because of that we will be enjoying a free dessert that was offered. The food came out very quickly. The presentation was beautiful. The cooks did a wonderful job! The manager Toot came over and greeted us, and made sure everything went well. She was very kind and said she was looking forward to seeing soon! Absolutely the best ribs in town! My bartender Keisha was Absolutely amazing! She laughed and joke with us, she was on point! The GM and other staff also came over and was talking and laughing with us. Our food was amazing, it came out quickly and the presentation was on point. The new menu was decent and the food was okay for what it is but the kitchen needs some work. The atmosphere was nice, clean and not loud. What made my night was the really sweet waitress we had. She was setting up a romantic little booth for a couple with flowers and stuff on the table. In talking it sounds like she isn't always there but definitely a keeper (Eliza? cute short red hair) She made the kitchen issues much more tolerable and the young couple that came in for their date were precious. I eat at the Milford De location several times a year! So I was in Fruitland and thought it would be good! WRONG. I knew what I wanted when I got there. Did notice that there was more servers than customers! So ev er ything going good I ordered the Catfish and shrimp,salad and the waitress ask did I want fries, I said yes! Another server brought me my dinner and I noticed that it had no shrimp! I kindly told her what I had ordered, she said no problem!!! Once my server seen that it was sent back, she got very defensive and could hear her over the restaurant! Saying that I had ordered Fish and Chips. But she had asked me if I wanted fries when taking my order? Fries are the chips so if I ordered Fish and Chips why would she have asked!!!! She continued to broadcast over the bar what I was supposed to have ordered! The girl there trying to solve the issue was great trying to to comp my meal, but I said I was going to pay! Just so you know I will not be going back to your Fruitland location! And will tell everyone about my experience!!!! If I was the manager I would have fired her on the spot. PSA: Stay away from this location! The food was absolutely disgusting! I'm genrally not one to write negative reviews, but this experience is in my top five worst ever. For lunch today, I had the 6 oz sirloin, with a double order of grilled zucchini. The steak was cooked as ordered, and was OK (at best), but the zucchini tasted really bad. I also had the endless salad bar (which stopped at one bowl), the bell peppers were funky, as were the artichokes, and the spinach was wilted. My coworkers had the mac and cheese and ribs, respectively, and neither finished. They say hunger is the best spice, and we were hungry! Unfortunately, we were all disgusted. The ribs were clearly not cooked at the same time, one half of the rack was way overcooked. The Mac and Cheese went less than half eaten. Wish I could give this review zero stars. Extremely disappointed. Called Thursday night and made reservations for a party of 13 Saturday evening following a funeral. Showed up Saturday night, the hostess had absolutely no idea what I was talking about and informed me they don't take reservations. After waiting for them to find a space large enough for our group and move tables together, we sat down. The waitress was horrendous. For a group our size, we should have had our own designated waitress. She brought out drinks, never brought straws. Brought out biscuits, never brought appetizer plates; guess we were susposed to put our biscuits on the reusable table cloth? Food took absolutely forever to come out, glasses were completely empty and the waitress never bothered to ask refills. When the food finally did arrive, every hamburger was extremely undercooked. Waitress never came back to ask how the food was, refills, coffee, etc until she had the check in her hand. Actually, for a chain restaurant, it's overall not too bad. We stopped in for lunch one afternoon after dealing with the nearby Walmart on Christmas Eve (I kid you not!). The restaurant itself was a little cluttered - there were a lot of messy tables although virtually empty and the hostess was nowhere to be found. Regardless, we were seated promptly by a server, Whitney, who took care of us. She was so nice and although we each opted for the mini sliders with the salad bar, she kept the drinks coming and cleared plates as quickly as possible. There definitely is a draw to the salad bar and if you think about it, you can certainly make a fresh meal as healthy as you want. That definitely was a plus and it was clean and well-stocked. To sum it up, the service was nice and efficient. The food was good, but nothing spectacular and the area was inviting. I'm sorry the service was pretty poor, I ordered a bottle of water with a cup and the waitress put the bottle in the cup. Also my wife ordered double string beans, it looked like we got only one order of string beans. When asked about the string beans the waitress said she would bring out some more. Not only did the string beans didn't come, when asked about them after we finish our dinner she got a little snippy with us. I will say the food was really good and I enjoyed the dinner. While not my absolute favorite place to eat in or near the Salisbury area, it's by far the restaurant I most frequent. The food is fantastic, and the prices are pretty much in line with all the other chains around town. Best of all, the staff seems to actually care that you decided to patronize their establishment. They are very friendly, and the service is always very good when I'm there. I was truly disappointed in the add on grilled salmon for my garden bar salad. I received a small portion of bits of dessicated and rubbery salmon. When I complained to the waitress she took it up with the manager who said that since it was cold it would be dry. If what I got was acceptable coming out of his kitchen I hate to think what else he allows to be served. The waitress did take the $5 off the bill or would have replaced it, but I did not have time for that. I have had other grilled salmon here before and enjoyed it. The Salisbury, MD Ruby Tuesday (RT) is inconsistent in terms of the quality of food, pricing/promotions & the flies... yes flies/bugsare horrific (especially if you sit in a window seat=dead & swarming insects will join you for dinner & share your meal with you)! First off, I patronize this business only bc my mother likes the salad bar and burgers (which she discovered are now flat, tasteless and cardboard-like) but I love to accommodate her because she's my mother & has some dietary restrictions. To be completely & unapologetically honest, I prefer Golden Coral or the 2 awesome Chinese Buffets which are ALL YOU CAN EAT and less than a mile away from RT. Their salad bars & ribs are always consistent & all for about $ 8.99/lunch & 15.99/dinner which includes shrimp prepared several ways, dungeons crabs, Alaskan crabs, blue crabs and lots more). At RT's, I usually order the half rack of ribs ($16.99/ lunch & dinner ) & cross my fingers that they come out fresh/tender & not hard, burnt & overlooked (which has been the case more times than not), so I order them with the sauce on the side to ensure that they are cooked to order and not the assembly line product they prepare and leave under a heat lamp or in a warming box. RT in Salisbury, MD no longer serves complimentary cheddar biscuits and when I asked the waitress, she rambled on & on about all the inconsistencies & changes in the company and then directed me to call corporate but provided no contact info . They also now charge additional $ if you choose the salad bar as a side (with the purchase of an entree') which was previously no additional charge. Additionally, the company boasts about the "new" salad bar but they simply removed items (marinated tomatoes, creamy Parmesan dressing etc.) and replaced them with a cracker/pita chip, burnt (not grilled/charred broccoli) and dry un-washed shredded kale . When the half rack (a 6bone rib portion) came out hard & burnt, I sent it back. Then I was presented with 4 bones and when I inquired with the waitress she was quite avoidant and just sent the manager over (a very rude man) who was extremely patronizing, pretentious & condescending! He told me that he personally cooked them and a bone or 2 fell off. He continued with "there wasn't any meat on them anyway". REALLY MR.??? What a horrible representation of the company and its leadership. He offered no compensation nor did he try to salvage this awful experience. So needless to say I will not be returning... I would say thank goodness for the Retailmenot coupon but by the time they up-charged for the salad and X-ed out the biscuits there was no deal. Please save yourself the $, agony & disappointment and just go to the aforementioned restaurants. I'll definitely take the waitresses advice and call corporate on Monday but I have little faith or expectation if management in-store is so sub-par and careless.
