This was the first time we visited the restaurant. Our waiter was so nice to us that we ordered more food than we could finish. We enjoyed the peach lemonade and peach tea very much (unlimited refill). We ordered the Big dipper for an appetizer. It was pretty big and delicious. My husband didn't like his burger very much but my top sirloin steak was great, very tender even cooked medium well as I requested. The salad was good. I went there for lunch today, 10/29 and was asked if I wanted to sit at the bar and I agreed. I sat there for several minutes and was never asked if I wanted a drink or place an order. During this time, there were four waitresses standing around the bar talking and all of them looked at me and never took my order or came my way. They all proceeded to go in the back without saying a word to me. The guy who asked if I wanted to sit at the bar, came behind the bar and and did not take my order or anything and he too went in the back. I was the only one sitting at the bar and the restaurant was not busy. This is not the first time I have gotten horrible service. After sitting there for several more minutes I left. My sister & I had been on a long vacation across NC & Tennessee. It was our last night before we flew out the next morning & was excited to see there was a Ruby Tuesdays close to our hotel. We go into the restaurant & see there are only a couple of tables with people. So it was around 4:30 pm so we thought the evening crowd would be coming. Do one else did in the hour we were there. It seemed very dark & dank. It appears at one time it was really on the mark for interior design but has not worn well. Our host took us to a booth by the window & the ledge of the window inside was dirty & all kind of dead bugs. We moved on our own across the isle to another booth. The divider for the other side booth hadn't been dusted in weeks & neither had the hanging pendants. The host was very sweet & kind & was also our server. Our meals were delivered in ample time, as by now we were the only ones in there, & was delicious! The presentation of the food was eye appealing & it was wonderful . We even had left overs to take home for later. I hope they get the inside cleaner & more cheerful because the food & service was great. We hadn't eaten either one of us in a Ruby Tuesday's for over 15 yrs. Last one for me was in Sacramento Ca! one of the best chain salad bars in the area...the rye croutons are addictive...they typically have a variety of fresh toppings to pick from. (from different types of lettuce to edamame) I rarely venture off the salad bar so i cant really say much to the rest of the menu. I also typically go during lunch hours, so haven't tried their cocktails either. read more

Is this the same restaurant that was so great three weeks ago? Tonight service couldn't have been much worse. Our server was slow, forgetful, inattentive, and disappeared for looooong stretches of time. He didn't seem trained on the basics. He never cleared the salad plates piling up on the table. He poured us iceless tea, and when I asked for ice he forgot it. That's the way it was on the rare occasions that we saw him. We were there 90 long minutes and still didn't have time to eat the dessert that came with our dinners. When we finally tracked him down, we asked for our checks and the dessert to go. He couldn't keep this request straight and we had to remind him. The other staff was just as bad. The long table next to us was dirty when we sat down, and they didn't finish clearing it until we were leaving. We never saw a manager, which explains a lot. The only bright spot was the busser who suddenly appeared at the end. The food was fairly good but overshadowed by the bad experience. read more

Walk in with 6people and had to wait about 10 mins. There were only about 15 tables in the entire restaurant sat. When we finally sat down the server was great and very prompt for having 8-10 tables. In the past I've loved this location. The food had been consistently good for the past year, but tonight it seems the food was carelessly prepared. The fried shrimp were obviously cooked in old grease, and the burger had too much char. Our server visited our table infrequently and walked away quickly after asking if we needed things, giving us no opportunity to respond. Another no so bad chain. I used to eat at Ruby Tuesday's quite often, specifically for their salad bar; however, they reduced what was on the buffet and the quality went downhill so I stopped eating at any RT. On this particular evening, I was craving a salad and happened to pass by RT and decided I would give them a try after my sabbatical. I have to say that I was impressed with the changes since I was there last...at this exact location. The salad bar had many more items including hummus and crudité for dipping. I made a nice salad and ordered the fruity teas. Because you can change them up with each refill I had the peach, the raspberry and mango. Made with fresh fruit, they were all delicious. Went here for the first time and it was great! Server T was awesome and very attentive. They had big parties so we got our appetizers for free since we got it after our meal. Salad bar was also nice, fresh ingredients and lots of different options. We got the burger, you have to ask for the things for the burger but that was okay. Their pick 4 appetizer was very nice too. Ruby Tuesday is a typical chain. Food isn't bad, nor are the prices. This particular location felt a bit outdated and dirty, but nothing too bad to get us to walk out. Our waiter was nice, and helpful. My wife and I split a meal and both ended up full, and taking dessert home. I saw they had a decent happy hour, which is always good to know. Their drink selection isn't the best but I've seen worse. The ribs were actually amazing! The salad bar is a nice option too, there's so many choices of what you can put on there! We were told 35-45 minutes for delivery, but it arrived in approximately 80 minutes... The food that was delivered was cold and we were missing part of the food we had ordered ... We called customer service for GrubHub and were told we would be refunded our cost, which we will see if that happens... We have eaten at this location in person several times without any issues... and will continue to possibly visit this location in the future in person, but ordering from GrubHub is very unlikely... read more

Went here with my Husband . I really enjoyed our server she was kind and very welcoming. The managers did not come check on us as I saw she was doing to a lot of tables, tho we did not mind that at all. I think because we look younger and not like responsible adults :). I tried to make me a cobb salad at their salad bar but they did not have the boiled eggs or ham and they had just opened we got in at 11:00 I remember because being on this road trip we walked to the door and it was 10:30 so I told my husband "wow we are early no wonder people are sitting in their cars" other than that food was great! read more

Stopped in here for dinner after touring some civil war sights. We were just going to get soup and salad but they were running a special that included the salad bar, entree and dessert for 25$ for 2. Since the salad bar alone is 10, couldn't pass it up. We ordered the petite steak. I wasn't expecting it to be good but it was nicely seasoned and tender. Dessert was very large (easily shareable). I ate here this summer visiting TN. Had a salmon salad. Really good size and delicious.I asked for regular baked potato but got charged for a loaded potato. Husband ordered a burger that was below average and was not justifiable for the price. Waitress was completely clueless about the menu.
