I was pleasantly surprised by the food, it was so delicious! My ribs were fall-off-the-bone amazing, with plenty to share and for leftovers. My partner's burger was delectable. My compliments to the chef! The service isn't top notch but they didn't apply for a job as a rocket scientist, and I don't expect them to be, so it wasn't a break-it deal. They were helpful and answered all my questions. Just make sure you stay on top of your drink orders to assure they arrive. There was a group of 5 seated ahead of us and 2 of us waited for 10-15 mins for the hostess to return only to be told there was a 20 mins wait time to be seated. As we were deciding what to do the wait time was increased to 30 minutes and we were advised that there were only 2 people working including the bar tender. For years, I have enjoyed the salad bar and a petite sirloin! We went expecting the same but were very disappointed! I ordered the ribeye this time, which was inedible and loaded with salt! We stopped here at Ruby Tuesday for a change of pace as we head home from a week of travel/camping/ being tourists. It was mid afternoon, about 2:30pm, probably the worst time to stop for lunch, you know, when a place is not busy, but we were hungry and needed a rest from the road. The parking lot accommodated the camper as the place was mostly empty. We were seated immediately. A child brought us our menus, that was a shock. Turns out that she was the server's daughter who, I guess, was there with her because of some childcare snafu. That's OK, those things happen. Anyhow, we took a few minutes to look over the menu. Our server, Amelia, came to the table shortly. Our granddaughter ordered the half rack fibs with a lemonade, grandson ordered the cheeseburger with fries and a soft drink, and my wife and I both ordered the soup and salad bar with water to drink. The food was good all around and a special shoutout to the salad bad, everything was fresh and cold, even the plates. I've said it before and I will say it again, cold plates for salad, good, cold plates for my meal, not so good! We paid the ticket and out the door we went, happy with full bellies. Hangry kids in the car is never a good thing. Chain restaurants like Ruby Tuesday are hit and miss, this one was pretty good. We got the salad bar, the filet mignon, and the burnt ends- and my gosh- I think it was the worst dinner we ever had. Salad bar was bare and didn't look fresh- so my mom's options were limited (this was her entree). My dad's filet mignon was flavorless and a waste of calories, and my burnt ends came out on aluminum and all of them had aluminum pieces I had to peel off- they were dry as hell. When we were seated, we were sat a dirty table. We had a new waitress who tried her best but was a little too personal. As a customer we don't want to hear about you being understaffed and too busy to get me a refill. The kitchen was definitely having an off day. We ordered a trio appetizer with cheese sticks and the cheese sticks didn't have cheese in them. I ordered the Asiago chicken which is normally delicious with a side of broccoli and roasted corn. Our waitress was fine. We were seated in the bar area a d she was both waitress and bartender. I had the salad bar. It was also fine, a good assortment of items, not too messy. I had the chicken parm, tasty all around, good pasta. The problem was my husband's dish, chicken ramon bowl. The chicken was ok, and the Hawaiian sauce also fine. The noodles were quite awful, very chewy, way undercooked. Then , there was a large amount of raw broccoli added, which added nothing to the dish. Don't order this dish!! read more

Stopped in last night after a long day on the road. We were promptly greeted by a very pleasant hostess and told there may be a 15-20 minute wait for a table as the kitchen was backed up. Less than 5 minutes later we were offered a table in the lounge area which we gladly accepted. The bartender/server Tristan waited on us within minutes of being seated. She was very friendly and efficient. Our food and drinks were delivered served in a normal time range and we were pleasantly surprised at how good everything tasted. Chicken Cesar salad crisp and fresh, baby back ribs and a burger. All were delicious and cooked as ordered. Our cocktails were excellent as well. The staff were so nice and welcoming I would definitely recommend this place. read more

My boyfriend and I came for a late lunch Wed Nov 27th and after being seated it took more than 10 minutes to be greeted. There were only 2 servers on the floor and the salad bar was 80% empty after ordering our entrees with the salad bar for 5.99 we went to the salad bar and there was only 1 type of lettuce no ham or eggs or anything else and to top it off there was only 1 plate so I was able to make something small for me and my boyfriend to share. After about 20 minutes the servers filled the salad bar and brought out large square plates because there were no actual salad plates. This particular restaurant had 2 managers on duty whom were sitting in the office while the ship sank great job as a fellow restaurant worker my managment is 100% hands on and makes sure we are taken care of no matter what. These were the absolutely worst fajitas I have ever had. Room temperature golfball sized clumps of rice, barely warm fajitas and bowl of black beans, but the kicker was this red mass of barely warm peppers aside the otherwise OK pieces of chicken. So hungry, I ate it. Not distasteful or safety-suspect, but just room temperature mess. The waitress was nice and attentive; she told the manager of my experience and he came by and expressed his apologies, giving me appetizer coupons. Food was good but the service was slow and our waitress forgot half our order. I think she was new. We didn't get our drinks for at least 20 min after we ordered them. And then only received refills once. We never got our appetizer. My son ordered a side of rice pilaf that he never got and I was missing the mushroom for my steak. when we brought it to her attention, she went back and put it in and so basically we had our appetizer for dessert. We stopped here for lunch one day. We were traveling from Illinois. I had the salad bar and it was delicious. It was the best salad bar I have ever seen with so many options on it. June 1 my friend and I went specifically to have the garden bar. Unfortunately it was not available. Several people walked in and back out for the same reason. My friend asked to speak to the manager. He came by And introduced himself. He blamed lack of staff for not having the bar. He was there to hire staff Only. Supposedly he worded 19 hours. I'm assuming he was wanting some sympathy but he was talking to two self employed women that have worked hard. I think he could have come up with a solution to the problem. In nineteen hours he could have the lettuce cut up, veggies, But all we heard was blame to the staff. If you are the manager wouldn't you offer customers a discount or something instead of letting them walk out.? Why is there a turnover at the restaurant? They are always hiring new staff. I look around, there is one waitress and there is three booths with a total of seven people. Finally she came over, I said I am here to get a pickup order. I will go get it, she come back hands it to me. Never tells what the order was, never asked if I needed any thing else, never asked my name etc. I get home seven miles away. I open it up and MAD . There was no fries just the fish and coleslaw in one order and the other order was corn. I called and spoke to the manager and I find out the bartender was the manager that could had helped me because there was only two people at the bar when I was inside. He tells me that the Fish and Chip only comes with one choice but it doesn't say that. It says Fish and Chips. When ordering you click on what you want so if you click on 2 or 3 items than means that what you want alongs with the Fish and Chips. The manager was RUDE he didn't apologize for me waiting in my vehicle or waiting inside or waiting for my food or for anything. I told him there was no tartar sauce nothing in the bag. He didn't offer apologizes nothing, he was RUDE. I have gone there to eat inside but will not anymore and I thought I would try the pickup but I will not try that again and I will not tell any of my family or friends that I have lived here all my 66 years of life to go or do the pickup. I know now why you can't keep help and why the business is so very slow. Do yourself a favor and NEVER order the BBQ CHICKEN NACHOS...they were VILE! The chips were either gummy, hard, or a combination of both...it seemed like someone dumped a lot of some sort of seasoning on one end, and nothing on the other..just yuck!!!!
