So I've seen these places here in there, and it wasn't until today that I actually realized it was a restaurant, and not an oil change place!! Hahaha!!! I made my way to the bar and sat down. They had a live band playing, so that was completely awesome! And they were actually really good! I liked all of the decorum.. obviously tailored towards a shop/garage theme. Really cool stuff! I sat at the bar, and got greeted promptly and was told my bartender would be with me. Here she came. So I got a menu and scoured over it because I've never been to one of these, and I ordered my signature cocktail, Tito's with soda and extra lime, and they were actually WEDGES, NOT SLICES! WAY TO GO!. My bartender was okay. It would have been nice if she checked on me more often and cleared my empty glasses out from in front of me, but she did the trick. I was skeptical about the food at first. I ordered a small thing of hot wings. I can't remember exactly what they call them like a sidecar or something? But anyways my wings seemed like they sat out on the service counter from the kitchen because they weren't too hot when I got them. In the buffalo sauce wasn't as hot as I thought it would be. It wasn't hot at all actually. I seriously thought this was going to be a precursor for the meal I just ordered. BUT IT WASN'T! I ordered the pork "prime rib" with a Cajun Louisiana "lube" (sauce) and green beans and broccoli as my side. Man, I can cook up some pretty good stuff, but that pork steak was AMAZING. All my food came out fresh from the kitchen, piping hot, the sauce was on point, and that piece of pork was so damn tender. Man it was good. Now that I know what these places actually are, I'll definitely be going back to another one. Just wish I had a better bartender but it is what it is.

Outside of the restaurant! Glad to see them growing.

Love Love Love us some QS&L. We started with them in Cleveland and have watched them grow. Enjoy the one in Pigeon Forge TN and this one in VA.

Had been wanting to go here for awhile finally got the chance and I am so glad we did!! Best meal we have had since we moved here. Service was great, atmosphere was engaging and the food was fabulous!! We truly enjoyed our lunch experience and can't wait to return for dinner to try a steak and more

Novelty restaurant with attached gift shop, this place is located in the mountains. I had to do a double take when I saw the name. Steak and lube? I'm dying of laughter over here. It looks over half packed but there's no one in sight to sit anyone. I literally waited about fifteen minutes and almost left when the host came to get a table ready for my party. Well, he had to clean the booth first but then ended up sitting us on the other side of the restaurant apparently because of wait staff. Once we got our waitress, she was good. Keto dinner consisted of Hangover burgers without the bun and salad with jalapeño ranch. I'm starving, no, ravenous at this point. Food is good and decently priced around fifteen dollars per plate.

We heard Quaker Steak had the best wings in Pennsylvania. They are no better than other good wing places. The hot challenge is really HOT. Well worth the stop. Enjoy!!

    Wings - franking delicious!!!

The good: the wings were franking awesome. Probably the best wings I have had in Virginia, since Wild Wing Cafe closed (sweet baby Jesus). Their extra crispy was perfect and their sauces had a great taste. The bad: the menu was stuck together, like a... The ugly: there was a live band...maybe a local high school band, whose dad has dirt on the owner of QSL)...the acoustics were awful. They played from the time we entered, until we left and it was not enjoyable.

Service was good. It was super busy and we were seated quickly. They had a live band, but unfortunately I couldn't understand what they were singing as the voices were drowning in the music and unfriendly acoustics. We ordered cheese curds which were overly battered. Way too thick and we had a few with raw runny batter still in the middle. Don't recommend. Hubby ordered wings extra crispy and they came out perfect! He said it was the best hot wing (traditional Buffalo hot) he's ever had. The smoked honey jalapeño flavored was tasty but over sauced with sticky honey buy still tasty (maybe request light sauce?) He also loved the garlic Parmesan. I ordered loaded nachos. I think they would be better meatless (I think their attempt at shredded chicken was actually the crumbs from pan fried chicken maybe had batter?) queso blanco was good, they added cold shredded cheese on top of the queso blanco, in abundance (would be better without that extra cheese, especially since it wasn't melted or warm), pico was decent and could have asked for extra, many chips stuck together and overall cheese coverage not the best. Wouldn't recommend. Good luck! I'd stick to the wings! They were a winner!

I usually get a lot of recommendations from coworkers, friends, and family to try new places but no one had mentioned this place to me. I think a lot of that has to do with the location. It is tucked away in the corner of an extremely busy shopping center that includes the Alamo. There are lots of food options near them but somehow they have managed to stand out. The service here is top notch and should come as no surprise since it is family run. It has feeling of getting a home cooked meal from Venezuela. It's as advertised. The food is exceptional and really matches the prices reflected on the menu. The picanha was tender and well seasoned. I will be coming back and trying more of this menu. Could not recommend more

More than enough food for two big eaters. Our server was charming and brought more green sauce upon request. The restaurant was not busy and they had lots of pictures on the walls of their delicious food. A great first visit. We shall return.

We ate in the bar - loved the vibe down there! The food was amazing! We started with salads - Caesar for the Hubby (as usual) and the Spring Salad for me (I subbed blue cheese for the goat cheese - I'm not a fan of goat cheese). Both salads were super fresh. They make their dressings in house and it shows. Ribeye rare for the Hubby and Filet mid-rare for me. We both had the crème fresh mashed potatoes. Steaks were cooked perfectly. And let me tell you, if you get anything, GET THE MASHED POTATOES!!! I swear these were the best I have ever had in my life. No joke - that includes my homemade and my Moms and Grandma's. Seriously. It's worthy to note that I asked for salt & pepper, as there was none on the table. It takes a really confident chef to not have salt & pepper on the table. So of course, I tasted first. I honestly did NOT use not one grain of either. The food didn't need it. Everything was seasoned perfectly! We ended the meal with crème brûlée, because if it's on the menu, we are ordering it. It was exceptional! Easily the second best we've ever had - and we've eaten a LOT of crème brûlée in our years. The service was absolutely spot on. There were 3 people working down there on this Wednesday night and they showed incredible teamwork. Super friendly, efficient and very customer service forward. I ordered the steak frites, and every bite was fantastic. The steak was cooked perfectly, the fries were crisp and flavorful, and even the horseradish crème fraîche was incredible. He recommended the chocolate mousse, saying he "could bathe in it." After trying it, I completely understood what he meant. It was rich, silky, and hands down one of the best chocolate mousses I've ever had. It was the perfect way to end the meal. The service was excellent throughout the meal. Our server, was absolutely lovely. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. She was one of the highlights of the experience. We started with the steak tartare. It was decent, but a little saltier than I would have preferred. My biggest complaint was that the accompanying bread wasn't brushed with butter or olive oil, which made it feel a bit dry and out of place alongside such a rich dish. One thing that was disappointing was the portioning of the shareable sides. The menu describes them as serving 3 to 4 people, but in our experience they were much more realistically sized for about two people. That was frustrating, especially given the overall price point. For our entrees, we ordered the ribeye, bavette, and New York strip. All of the steaks were cooked well, but I found them to be good rather than great, especially considering the price point. They just weren't particularly memorable. The ribeye, in particular, leaned a bit too far toward fatty rather than beautifully marbled, so there was more unrendered fat than I would have liked. The steak sauces were enjoyable, but they also didn't stand out in any significant way. They were well made, but nothing especially unique or memorable. Overall, I enjoyed the evening, the atmosphere, and the exceptional service. However, for a steakhouse at this price point, I expected to be more impressed by the food. Everything was solid, but nothing really wowed me or left me thinking, "I can't wait to come back." It is disappointing to have buyers remorse from such a nice restaurant.
