Its been a while since I had a meal at Wendy's. Took me a min to navigate the kiosk and I asked the guy in the back for ketchup packets, kiosk wouldn't go higher than 1 packet. The Jr. Bacon Cheese Burger was actually, very good, though the bread broke in a couple places and got on my hands. Fries needed salt. Employees were nice. They were very busy as they share the building with the Pilot "Truck Stop". People here, there and everywhere. read more

Incredible customer service. The food was prepared fresh, served hot. Extra emphasis on our dietary needs and restrictions. They changed their gloves for gluten allergy and packaged everything so perfectly. Seriously the best Wendy's in the USA. Highly recommend their perfect baked potato. Fully loaded. The absolute worst customer service received by your employee Amanda. We waited in the drive thru for almost an hour. We tried talking into the speaker but assumed it was broken due to no one speaking on it. We waited in line and would've backed out but couldn't, so we waited to make our order at the window. Once we got there Amanda came to the window and we could tell he was upset. I asked her if the speaker was broken in which she replied "No. I told you to wait. I was busy." I then asked ok can we place our order here and she responded with, " no you can leave. Then slammed the windows in our faces." I went in and asked for the manner. She was clearly overwhelmed and immediately told me they were short staffed. At this point Amanda was in the back complaining. The manager did do the right thing and took my order, but she took no ownership for her employee and chalked it up to being short staffed. Amanda then was slamming drawers, complaining loudly for everyone to hear and was so rude to employee Tyler who was honestly the only good service in that place. He was apologizing to people, being very nice and even apologized to me for the bad service. He was trying. Employee Amanda is a poison in the place and needs to be terminated. The manager did nothing to rein her in and allowed her to complain for the whole 15 min I was in there waiting for my food. The WORST experience I've had at a fast food restaurant. I am SO blown away by the kindness of the employees here. My mother went through the drive-thru earlier tonight for her usual burger dinner and the staff were so polite and friendly and really went above and beyond to take care of of her and provide customer service. The attendant at the window was polite and friendly, calling her ma'am and asking questions to make sure he got her order right. Then, at the window, he saw her Labrador in the back and asked if he could have some nuggets and baby-talked him and gave her two free nuggets for him to have. While he went to get the nuggets another sweet worker came over to greet her and see her dog and told her she'd just lost hers. They had a nice convo and this woman was equally as sweet and friendly. They went above and beyond and were so kind and professional and really seemed genuine. They were providing customer service I haven't had in a long time, let alone at a Wendy's drive-thru. Wow. I wanted to give them a shout-out because I heard the entire interaction via the Bluetooth on her phone. These employees are really taking care of their customers and doing the little things that made my mom's night. read more

Waited almost 20 minutes in line. Drive through was closed. The lady ringing me up missed half my order. Never gave me all my cups. Till i started asking. Than another 20 mins on food. Finally get to the car now we have no drinks. The ice had black pieces. Food was cold. 70$ wasted. The worst experience ever. read more

After work is always good to have a hot and juicy Triple Cheese Burger and Fries. The food is always fresh. But the staff seemed "disconnected " but they get the food to you faster then other Wendy's. read more

I am updating my review because I was contacted by Paul, the Regional Manager in charge of the restaurant in question. He stated that : "Wendy's nor Pilot corporate condone "celebratory racism and slavery" in our culture. I am sorry that we as management did not catch the necklace, as our culture requires all items, such as jewelry or tattoos, that may be deemed as inappropriate be removed or covered for this very situation." I feel like the quick response, and hopefully the corrective actions which will be taken, are a wholly appropriate response to my concerns. read more

We were just driving through the area on route 81N. Stopped for gas at the Pilot station and decided on Wendy's for lunch since it was right there. I ordered a single plain and no cheese, a home style chicken sandwich with no tomato and 2 small fries. The order was perfect! The fries were freshly fried and a really good sandwich. It is a busy Wendy's at a truck stop, but I was happy and would recommend based on my one experience. read more

When I got in line I was prob 5th in line and was dreading the wait because we were on our way to vacation BUT it went so quick and the staff was kind... it seems so many places are lacking both these recently. Welcome to the Raphine Truck Stop Wendy's. Hefty mountain girls work here... they're not too friendly but they're quite quick fulfilling orders. The location is busy-busy-busy during the daytime. It was here that I learned that the large Wendy's chili is only $1.99! read more

Whoever is in charge for evening shift , you are rude and condescending. The hours are listed that your open until 11:00. I went at about 10:20 to order my son a small meal, so the drive thru was closed no problem. I walk in and approach the counter however all three employees were in the back goofing off. When they saw me I asked if I could place an order and his reply was"For what??" I said just for chicken nuggets and a drink. He cut me off saying we're closed. I said oh I thought the website said 11pm. He then said Did you not read the sign at the door?! I didn't see a sign but I admit after that smart comment I lost my temper. I said I didn't see it. I wouldn't have bothered if I had. But I looked at him as he was still loudly telling me to next time read the sign so I said "you don't have to be rude". He started talking louder along with his two friends that he wasn't. So I flipped him the bird and said read this. I started to leave then they are all yelling that they could have me banned, There's really no need I don't want to spend money where customers are disrespected. I admit I lost my temper and used a finger but I haven't gotten treated so horribly anywhere that I ever got so angry. They can ban me that's fine. I don't eat there anymore anyway and if not for getting my son something I wouldn't have been in there tonight. It's Wendy's. Had chilli and a frosty other than brain freeze it was goood. Friendly staff and appears to be well kept up and clean. Located in the Pilot truckstop but I won't hold that against them. And hey truckers this one has a large parking lot. read more

Not only the worst Wendy's but the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I live in the area and generally like Wendy's but everytime I say I will give them another chance I'm rewarded with disappointment and regret. To be on a major US Interstate it cannot get supplies. Numerous times they were out of pototoes or chili. Everytime the order is wrong ..never leave without checking yours. The last time I went I waited for my order for 20 mins along with 15 other people before getting a refund and leaving. They only had the manager and 1 person working and instead of telling you they were 30 mins behind the manager kept taking orders and not cooking ! This place is the worst..beware..fore warned is fore armed. read more

Don't bother stopping if you want a frosty. I travel I-81 past here about twice a week. I have stopped here 4 times over the past two months and two out of the four times I was told they couldn't make a frosty because their machine was down. read more

Very slow, even when no one is in line. They never (according to the cashier) open the second cash register. They seem disorganized, and sometimes do not fulfill orders correctly (missed dressing, chili, etc). The food is okay, but for the time it takes, better to go to a sit-down restaurant. read more
