FYI- it comes with several accoutrements which were tasty, but the mustard was really the most satisfying. My wife had the brisket, which I would call a must have. It was a beautiful, warm summer day, and our stop at Charlotte's Kitchenette was the icing on the cake. At first glance, the building is unassuming, but don't let that fool you. We were greeted with genuine warmth the moment we stepped up to the window. Our order, 10 BBQ wings with mac and cheese, took a few minutes to prepare, and every minute was worth the wait. The food was clearly a labor of love. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and fully intend to stop by again the next time we're passing through. This brings us to today. I place an order on the mobile app for chips and salsa and burritos. Come to find out they're out of chips. How convenient I've already paid for the chips and am told I can't get a refund or even a voucher to get the bag of chips next time. She told me that because I scanned my rewards after my free drink reward, it voided the free drink. But again, the employee is the one who told me to scan my rewards, and also told me my drink was taken off. Just an overly frustrating experience.
