I ordered the cheesy jalapeño bacon QPC meal. It took about 20 minutes to get my dine-in order. After I finally received my meal, my burger patty was not hot at all, and my fries were soggy. My food had obviously been sitting back there for awhile, and the employee who handed me my meal was really rude. read more

literally don't care about you. they don't care about your order, how they handle it, or anything at all. you'll either sit in drive thru for 30 mins or sit inside waiting for your order for 30 mins. they throw food together making a mess, i'm always missing something or getting the wrong thing. they especially don't care about doordash orders and treat those even more like crap. go to the mcdonald's by walmart. you'll get better service and food. once i ordered online to pick up breakfast i ordered at 10am got there at 10:20 waited for them to talk to me at drive thru and by the time they did it was 10:30 and they refused to give me my order. i work in the food industry too and i know they could've made it quick. especially when it was literally 10:30. read more

McDonald's food is already unhealthy and mass produced. Now the service is questionable. Not knowing whether to order on the kiosk or at the counter. Confusing ordering process on the kiosk, having to enter 15 different things to get a biscuit. Then something went wrong so I have to order at the counter anyway. Then have your food thrown at you without any communication. I hardly ever eat at McDonald's...I will continue to do so even less. read more

We managed to place our curbside dinner order before they switched over to Breakfast menu. Everything came out fresh and hot. They gave us everything that we needed and we weren't missing and didn't have to ask. Best McDonald service Ive seen anywhere. 5***** read more

Very nice, brand new Micky D's in Staunton, Virginia! Stopped in for a bathroom break, sweet tea and ice water on our way back from Jersey. Very clean bathroom and friendly service. Would definitely stop by again. 4 stars considering we didn't get food. read more

God I hate this franchise so much. Having to come here made me dread this to begin with, but I remained optimistic that they could atleast serve there subpar food well, this only lead to further disappointment. I asked for two hamburgers and fries, pretty basic order. They manage to throw in a chicken instead of a hamburger and burn the fries. No problem, I'll just exchange it and everything will be well, wrong again. I ask for a plain burger, which apparently means to soil my already trash burger with nasty add-ons such as pickles and mustard. If you are considering coming here, know that no matter who you are, you can do better. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I travel all the time. Stopped in this McD's to get a cheeseburger & fries & soda. My friend got a sundae. The fries and burger were cold. Literally I could pick them up and and make a fist with them in my hand and it wasn't even slightly warm. I didn't return fries because I didn't want to be bothered...but a cold cheeseburger is gross. So I took it back. I asked them to HEAT it up. (I will give you this, They were very friendly) But instead of heating it up, he Replaced my cheeseburger...WITH ANOTHER COLD ONE. I was so mad because when you travel & have somewhere to be~ losing time AND getting a crappy, inedible meal (and in this case, not eating at all) is not acceptable. So I took it back and asked for a refund. They refunded my whole order...so I got a sundae and drink free. BUT. I didn't care about that. I lost a half hour and left angry and hungry. I repeat... I refused to go here a few years back, as every time you came to the drive through, you'd hear: "just a moment...", and quite a few would go by. Service was really slow, but, they just remodeled, so maybe things improved... right? This past Sunday, I noticed the drive through line was getting particularly long and growing, so I decided to order inside. HUGE mistake. I ordered, then began the wait. After 15 minutes, I noticed, none of the staff seemed in a hurry. After 25 minutes, I walked off. Thought about asking for a refund, but I was certain that would be another 20 minutes. They could have save the remodel money, as the service is no different. Go to the McDonalds in Fishersville. They are a class act and finely tuned machine. The worst McDonald's I've been to looks like a fairly new McDonald's we stopped on our way home I don't particularly care for McDonald's but since my family does like McDonalds we stopped I asked for no salt fries and it got no salt fries but the way they put them in the thing we didn't even get the amount that we should have been in our carton because she just turned the basket up and dump whatever came out into the carton I went up there to explain that the cartons were not full and ask them if they had a scale which the supposed to scale every so many fries and they said they did so then I said I thought you're supposed to dump them out on a tray or clean the spot so there's no salt they said they didn't do that there I don't believe that they have any clue on how McDonald's run would not waste my time read more

I was in this new location near Sheets on 250 with my 19 month old granddaughter after going to the Staunton park today May 2,2019 I had my hands full with her, my purse and diaper bag. And I'm 64.
