I love Jimmy John's! They offer a nice variety of subs to choose from. The bread is always fresh as well as the meats. They offer a nice variety of free toppings for your subs. They have chips available for purchase. They make your sub pretty quickly. If you join their Rewards's program you can get free desserts, chips or drinks. read more

Totally worth the hype! Lots of my friends have told me about the wonders of Jimmy Johns, but due to my geographic location for most of my 26 years on Earth, I haven't been in close proximity to experience the wonders of these GOURMET sandwiches. ...but that all changed - just this week - as we moved to Charlottesville, VA. Now, we live within a mile of JJ - so hubs and I met for lunch there today! I had the veggie sandwich (#6 I believe) which features a yummy combo of provolone, avocado, veggies (even alfalfa sprouts....Mmmmmm!) all on AMAZING french bread. ...but if you've been to a JJ, you already know that. I literally ran into this location to use the restroom! Now, I HAD to write a review because the Women's restroom was THE CLEANEST fast food restroom I've used in quite sometime! I was craving a sub two Fridays ago and Jimmy John's delivered! I ordered the Italian sub. (I ALMOST ordered the gargantuan sub!) They were FAST and the sub was just what I was craving. I inhaled it and I enjoyed the chips too! The restaurant is always nice, clean and spotless. I also like it whenever I go, there are not many people there! Every time I go to Jimmy John I am impressed with the the timely service . Never , have I had to wait more than 5 minutes from when I have ordered my sandwich to when I get to pick it up and take it home. Great place to ordered and get a sandwich when you are in a hurry. read more

Really fast. Good quality. Sometimes they goof on special orders and they do have a limited choice of toppings and cheeses. A fee for delivery ( to my coworkers, this doesn't replace the tip) so plan on that. A good choice in the chain sub market. read more

Enjoyed the standard French bread quite a bit. My wife and I each ordered the #5 ("Vito") Italian sub. I added hot peppers and deli mustard, while hers was without changes. The sandwiches were ready by the time the credit card receipt printed. Very fast, clean place, nice employees, and the subs taste good. read more

This is one of my mother favorite place. Well when I visited from out of town. I called to place a order only to learn that they charge $1.50 on each sandwich. No where on the menu was this mention. They add this to the price of each sandwiches and on top charge a 9.3% sale tax. They did state that they delivery 7 days a week but no price was stated how much they charge. This is a Senior Citizen place and the print on menu is so small I was having trouble reading it. I think they should give the Senior a discount as well as made the print on menu larger. Also they should posted all hided charged. read more

Mediocre at best. I usually like Jimmy John's because they are not stingy with the ingredients. This one is the exception. It was more like eating at Subway than JJs. Spoke to manager and she was very rude about it all and didn't even offer to fix my sandwich. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the local sandwich shops. read more

Awesome food, friendly employees, great atmosphere, and quick service make this spot worth coming back to. Everything is very fresh and the employees are set on ensuring that you have your sandwich quickly and that you receive exactly what you ordered. The staff is so dedicated that I saw the store manager get up and fix a table for a customer which tells me that he leads his staff by example. Great overall experience, I'll be back soon. read more

There subs are always fast and very good. I tend to eat there at least twice a week.

I'm writing this review based on the assumption that the food preparation here is as lazy as the delivery service, and since 1.7 miles away is apparently out of their range, one star is pretty generous if this comparison is at all accurate. read more
