Ok firstly this was my second time here at this location and this time there was a cook sitting outside at the tables in the front.. completely inappropriate. Our server was nice but not very attentive. I tip according to service received and she was bad.. I had to go searching for her for extra dressing then eventually ended up getting it myself.. my drink was finished and the runner that brought my food out asked me if I needed a refill.. he brought the wrong thing .. when our server eventually came back to check 10 mins later she got my drink.. the food was good I must say.. I ordered my steak medium and it was almost well done I didn't complain because it was already a bad start.. Kids wanted to visit the treasure coast mall. We rarely frequent "malls" so this is somewhat of a novelty. With not many food options onsite (typical fast food garbage) we decided on a fast food franchise restaurant! A pig wearing lipstick or so we thought... To begin, the service was outstanding! We asked for vegetarian menu options and the server was quick to offer suggestions. She was immensely patient with my kids who ask 1000 questions about the way things are prepared. The food? It was very good! I had a vegetarian pasta dish, wife had a blackened fish and the kids ate pasta with red sauce. We added the salad bar option (very inexpensive). The salad bar was a meal in itself! Everything fresh and a seemingly endless array of options. My first impression was clearly shortsighted. Well done RT! Dare I say...we'll be back! We have been long time patrons of the Ruby Tuesday in Palm City, even during pandemic. Since that location closed, this location is our only choice. We typically in the past would avoid this location because we never got good service. We hadn't been there in several years and decided to give it a try. The first few times we went, everything was fine. Tonight was a huge disappointment. My meal took the better part of an hour and then came out cold. The waiter (who we did not see the whole time until he brought my food out) suggested they could remake it, but I told him I could not wait another half hour to an hour. My husband suggested they reheat it. Note to self: do not reheat broccoli. Food was marginal and I felt rushed because my spouse had ordered salad bar and was finished. Waiter was friendly and polite, but offered no apology or effort to compensate for the terrible dinner. I guess there is a reason we have avoided this location. read more

First day of Florida's Phase 1 and we decided the best thing we could do is support our local restaurants. We went to Ruby Tuesday in the Treasure Coast Mall and had the BEST meal we've had there. This restaurant has always been a favorite and tonight didn't disappoint. All guidelines were enforced, cleaning was ongoing, employees wore masks and best of all, they were happy to be there. Me and a coworker worked an extremely busy but successful morning in retail and were ready for some quiet time with something tasty to eat for lunch. She was finished for the day but I had to return to work until 5:30. It was Friday, October 4, 1:15 pm. She suggested we go to Ruby Tuesday Restaurant at the Treasure Coast Mall in Jensen Beach. She wanted to drink a Bloody Mary; so did I but alas, not for me because of work. Nevertheless, we sat at the bar where our server was Sarah, a very pleasant, efficient bartender. While my friend enjoyed her cocktail, we ordered appetizers and I ordered the salad bar. I've had hit or miss experiences with their petite sirloin steak. Sometimes it's delicious -- other times almost inedible -- so I'm not as thrilled with Ruby Tuesday Restaurant as I used to be. This time the salad bar was very fresh and although some items such as the pasta salad (a former favorite for me and my daughter) are not as flavorful as it used to be, it mostly was fresh & good enough. My friend ordered the appetizer egg rolls that looked more like taquitos to me. They are chicken and minced vegetable filled crunchy things (generous portions) with some white dipping sauce. I ordered the seared pot stickers filled with chicken and shredded cabbage (I think) with a peanut dipping sauce. I felt as though the dipping sauce could have been more peanut taste and less sweet, but overall was filling and generous portion as well. Sarah served us the cheddar biscuits that were delicious this time (again, another hit or miss); light, flavorful, and yummy. People at the bar were friendly and one person commented they would drink a drink for me & everyone laughed. My friend ordered a second Bloody Mary. Sarah promptly served her. We were both too full to finish our appetizers that became a treat I took back to our coworker. It was pleasantly cool, dark, and comfortable in the restaurant. We did relax and felt refreshed. As we readied to leave, my friend finished her drink and said, "I didn't want to tell you because you couldn't have one, but I think Ruby Tuesday's has the best Blood Mary's around, plus they aren't too expensive." The only reason I had been avoiding this place was because I had a bad experience of RT on the west coast of Florida, back in my hometown but I'm so glad I tried this one. My first time dining in at the Treasure Coast Mall's Ruby Tuesday's and also the first time trying their burgers. They were delicious and had a great time with my company. Ate here today and we all had the chicken.....2 buffalo and one regular. So salty it was difficult to eat and the Buffalo chicken was sour tasting. The spice flavoring was the worst I have ever tasted! The regular chicken breading tasted like over fried cornflakes. None of us finished our meals. French fries were better than the chicken so,if you want to make a meal out of fries, go eat here. I also want to mention that our food took forever to be delivered to our table....at least 25-30 min. So, if you are on a short lunch break, don't eat here. No wonder Ruby Tuesdays are in decline. Well I have been looking forward to coming here, however I was quickly disappointed. I understand their remodeling but the tables were extremely close. I was really looking forward to the salad bar I didn't feel that it was the best it could be or that they advertise to be. I wasn't expecting the burger and steak to be as good as they were. The service was great both times I was there. They get 2 stars on management and 4 on service. My boyfriend and I both ordered salad bar with our meals. After we finished we pushed our salad plates to the edge of the table. The manager Aaron, walked by our table 4 times without picking up the dirty plates, and again and asked if we were doing ok and STILL did not remove the plates. I manage a restaurant, if I touch a table , you get your butt I'm not walking away empty handed. Kate was our server and she was great, no complaints on her . Manager needs to learn that you serve your staff by helping them so they can properly serve the guests that keep your doors open. read more

Yeah this place sucks. The style of the restaurant is just ech. Like, what is it even supposed to be? All the waiters also just feel kind of awkward. And the food is just, oy vey. This evening, I dined at the Ruby Tuesday located in the Treasure Coast Square Mall. Our server, Kelly, was VERY rude! She treated us as if we were a bother. After every "please" and "thank you" she would respond "yep" or "mmm-huh". I spoke to the manager on duty and after speaking to him, she came back to the table and asked in a rude and sarcastic tone, if we wanted dessert. After the attitude she gave us, I did not want to spend another penny at that restaurant.The manager on duty kindly brought us our checks and collected our money. I work in the food industry and know how important customer service skills are, obviously Kelly does not know the importance of customer service.
