I used to love eating at Ruby Tuesday. Recently they disconnected blue cheese. I wasn't aware they didn't have it until we ordered & I went the salad bar. I thought they have run out. I asked our server, she checked & said they discontinued it. I'm not certain if I have want to eat there again. I hope they add it again. In the past I would have given it 5 stars read more

Delicious food and the best waitress. Good Ambience, clean place and bathrooms. That's a great change! I love the new items in the menu. It's something that you need to try. read more

Stopped in this evening for Valentine's dinner. So sorry we did. Upon arriving the place was almost empty. We made it a whopping 6 diners. A couple more sitting at the bar. We were seated by the hostess. Our server Christen or Kristen took our drink order. Drinks arrived, we ordered our food. Christen disappeared, tending ro other tables. My empty cocktail and iced tea glasses both sat on the end of the table for about 10 minutes until I finally flagged someone down for a refill. Appetizer arrived by another server. No small plates to share and nobody to ask for some. Kristen was gone. I finally asked a guy that walked close to our table for some. We start to get into the appetizer, and it is stone cold and undercooked. No one around to complain to. We leave it laying there, untouched. Food finally arrives. Missing one of my sides. Again, no one to as for assistance. Hubby's ribeye was small, cold and mostly fat. By the time he whittled away the fat, there was a 2" x 2" thin chunk of cold something with no flavor. Had to flag down some dude for my other missing side and some steak sauce. When they arrived his steak was colder than anything. Two bites and he just pushed it away. A huge pile of fat and the rest never touched. Hubby started counting how many times our useless waitress walked in by our table to attend to the other tables she was serving and we hit 17 passes without once ever coming to check on us after seeing everyone else fix her screw ups. When she finally showed up at our table, she asked if we needed boxes. Hubby snapped. He told her we would have liked another cocktail while we ate, we would have liked the food we had ordered and the food that did arrive was cold, fatty and tasteless. Kristen's response? "Oh, let me get you another cocktail now." "Wrong, we are done waiting for you, waiting for service, waiting for drink refills and waiting for what we ordered that did not arrive with our meal. The food was cold, horrendous and still sitting her almost all untouched. Just bring us a box so we can get out of here." Our useless waitress said, "Oh, let me get you your check. Just as soon as I can get my turn in the computer I will print it out." And off she trotted. My jaw on the table. Never any comment about correcting the bill, taking anything off the bill, getting a manager or anything. She returned with the bill and a handheld computer that starts at a 20% tip, yacking rapidly about hit this button and push that button and stick your card in there, all while totally ignoring everything we had told her. Hubby was livid and just wanted to be away from this horrendous non-listener who has chosen the profession of a waitress when she has zero listening and comprehension skills. Her last parting words were something about did we want her to get a manager to try to work something out. She could have done this well before she rolled off to get the bill, or before hubby went off after telling her the whole meal was still lying on the table, or any time she ignored us for 45 minutes and 17 passes by our table looking the opposite direction. Not wait until the $90.00 has been paid and tipped on to attempt to do something as we are already walking out the door. Too little, way too late. Bottom line, our dog gets $90.00 fat scraps for dinner tomorrow and we will never return to Ruby Tuesday in the Treasure Coast Square Mall. Hopefully Christen/Kristen starts to listen to customers and becomes a better waitress. read more

Still good for a mall restaurant. Salad bar is still good. Food works in a pinch. There burgers are big and tasty. Ribs and fish dinners get expensive. read more

Friendly and quick service. Food was delicious and perfectly prepared. Price was reasonable. Great lunch date spot! read more

Overall this place was good and our waiter was GREAT ! He was attentive and very quick and friendly . The food was good and the salad bar was stocked and it all looked and tasted very fresh . The only con of this place which is what didn't make me give it 5 stars was the host was extremely unprofessional . He was talking to another female upfront about how they like when it's empty cause they can be on their phones and it was just ridiculous talking about calling out and things like that . read more

I can't begin to express my disappointment with the service. Get ready to sit and wait. When the food arrived it was cold.

Good food, good service, good menu choices. What's not to like? Although the restrooms need remodeling. Otherwise a good choice for a relaxing dining experience, and a large well stocked salad bar. read more

I visited this phenomenal upscale casual restaurant on Thursday June 29, 2023 for Lunch. This Ruby Tuesday lis located inside the Treasure Coast Mall which makes it so convenient . Our Waitress was the most polite, hospitable and accommodating server that I have EVER encountered and I dine out at least three (3) times a week. The personable attentive service and delectable food at this Ruby Tuesday location is of the upmost quality. We had the exquisite Salad Bar, Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Dip Appetizer, Juicy and Well Marbled Rib Eye Steak, Finger Licking Baby Back Ribs, Tasty Hickory Bourbon Salmon and the Decadent Lemon Cream Cake. This Ruby Tuesday supercedes many Fine Dining and other Casual and/or upscale restaurants that i have dined at (i.e. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. Kyle G's, Oak and Ember, Miller's Ale House, etc. I HIGHLY recommend this 5 star establishment whether you're in the Treasure Coast Mall OR not. read more

Basic ruby Tuesday. Steaks are good and the grilled veggies. Salad bar has a few different items then some others I have been to. This one is very dark inside. When compared to the very bright mall it is at it seams even darker. read more

Chris and Chelsea in Dadeville, Alabama took great care of us when we brought our parents and their friends in for a visit. They were so kind and attentive, and even brought fresh baked cookies to our table! Such a great experience! read more

I am new to the area. I had stopped going to Ruby Tuesday in South Florida. I decided to give this location a try. Well....it was so good! The salmon was delicious. The ribs were excellent. The salad bar fresh and beautifully presented. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very attentive and friendly. I will be a regular at this location. Keep up the good work...you are a hidden gem! read more

Ok firstly this was my second time here at this location and this time there was a cook sitting outside at the tables in the front.. completely inappropriate. Our server was nice but not very attentive. I tip according to service received and she was bad.. I had to go searching for her for extra dressing then eventually ended up getting it myself.. my drink was finished and the runner that brought my food out asked me if I needed a refill.. he brought the wrong thing .. when our server eventually came back to check 10 mins later she got my drink.. the food was good I must say.. I ordered my steak medium and it was almost well done I didn't complain because it was already a bad start.. I love the fact that they have a fit and healthy menu I just wished the cook knew what they were doing and the server was a bit more attentive. read more

Kids wanted to visit the treasure coast mall. We rarely frequent "malls" so this is somewhat of a novelty. With not many food options onsite (typical fast food garbage) we decided on a fast food franchise restaurant! A pig wearing lipstick or so we thought... To begin, the service was outstanding! We asked for vegetarian menu options and the server was quick to offer suggestions. She was immensely patient with my kids who ask 1000 questions about the way things are prepared. The food? It was very good! I had a vegetarian pasta dish, wife had a blackened fish and the kids ate pasta with red sauce. We added the salad bar option (very inexpensive). The salad bar was a meal in itself! Everything fresh and a seemingly endless array of options. My first impression was clearly shortsighted. Well done RT! Dare I say...we'll be back! At least we have a reason to visit the mall. read more

Went here for lunch on Wednesday Thursday, October 13. We ordered the coconut shrimp and the hickory salmon. All of the food was absolutely excellent! This was probably the best meal I've ever had at any Ruby Tuesday's anywhere! The server was perfect her name is ZAHRIA. read more

The service by our waitress, Angela was great, the food was delicious, and the district manager, John was so helpful. Thank you!

Horrible!!!! Will never waste my time or money again. Service was worse than anywhere I've been. My food was very overcooked. I can't believe I'm even wasting my time writing this! Couldn't wait to get out of there. Not to mention, I couldn't eat what I was served. I left hungry. read more

We were here last week for mother's day. Had a lovely meal. Mentioned to manager that Fox News playing on the TV was unpleasant for the day. She apologized, mentioned must be an oversight and put on the well anticipated soccer game happening at the time. We have returned again and as I write this THREE TVs have Fox News on. Will not be returning. read more

Tonight my son and I needed a place to get some real food after entertaining ourselves at Chuck-E-Cheese we were pleasantly surprised by the service of a young lady who was our waitress at this establishment her name is Shannon she was extremely knowledgeable and helping the indecisiveness of a little boy and his father... Me and a coworker worked an extremely busy but successful morning in retail and were ready for some quiet time with something tasty to eat for lunch. She was finished for the day but I had to return to work until 5:30. It was Friday, October 4, 1:15 pm. She suggested we go to Ruby Tuesday Restaurant at the Treasure Coast Mall in Jensen Beach. She wanted to drink a Bloody Mary; so did I but alas, not for me because of work. Nevertheless, we sat at the bar where our server was Sarah, a very pleasant, efficient bartender. While my friend enjoyed her cocktail, we ordered appetizers and I ordered the salad bar. I've had hit or miss experiences with their petite sirloin steak. Sometimes it's delicious -- other times almost inedible -- so I'm not as thrilled with Ruby Tuesday Restaurant as I used to be. This time the salad bar was very fresh and although some items such as the pasta salad (a former favorite for me and my daughter) are not as flavorful as it used to be, it mostly was fresh & good enough. My friend ordered the appetizer egg rolls that looked more like taquitos to me. They are chicken and minced vegetable filled crunchy things (generous portions) with some white dipping sauce. I ordered the seared pot stickers filled with chicken and shredded cabbage (I think) with a peanut dipping sauce. I felt as though the dipping sauce could have been more peanut taste and less sweet, but overall was filling and generous portion as well. Sarah served us the cheddar biscuits that were delicious this time (again, another hit or miss); light, flavorful, and yummy. People at the bar were friendly and one person commented they would drink a drink for me & everyone laughed. My friend ordered a second Bloody Mary. Sarah promptly served her. We were both too full to finish our appetizers that became a treat I took back to our coworker. It was pleasantly cool, dark, and comfortable in the restaurant. We did relax and felt refreshed. As we readied to leave, my friend finished her drink and said, "I didn't want to tell you because you couldn't have one, but I think Ruby Tuesday's has the best Blood Mary's around, plus they aren't too expensive." Next time my friend, next time. read more

We have been long time patrons of the Ruby Tuesday in Palm City, even during pandemic. Since that location closed, this location is our only choice. We typically in the past would avoid this location because we never got good service. We hadn't been there in several years and decided to give it a try. The first few times we went, everything was fine. Tonight was a huge disappointment. My meal took the better part of an hour and then came out cold. The waiter (who we did not see the whole time until he brought my food out) suggested they could remake it, but I told him I could not wait another half hour to an hour. My husband suggested they reheat it. Note to self: do not reheat broccoli. Food was marginal and I felt rushed because my spouse had ordered salad bar and was finished. Waiter was friendly and polite, but offered no apology or effort to compensate for the terrible dinner. I guess there is a reason we have avoided this location. read more

The only reason I had been avoiding this place was because I had a bad experience of RT on the west coast of Florida, back in my hometown but I'm so glad I tried this one. My first time dining in at the Treasure Coast Mall's Ruby Tuesday's and also the first time trying their burgers. They were delicious and had a great time with my company. Our female waitress was friendly and had a bubbly personality which made mine and my company's day superb. We made sure she got a really good tip too. read more

First day of Florida's Phase 1 and we decided the best thing we could do is support our local restaurants. We went to Ruby Tuesday in the Treasure Coast Mall and had the BEST meal we've had there. This restaurant has always been a favorite and tonight didn't disappoint. All guidelines were enforced, cleaning was ongoing, employees wore masks and best of all, they were happy to be there. If you do go, don't expect to get the salad bar. It may be a LONG time before that comes back. Overall, it was a fantastic meal and great to see everyone. read more

Ate here today and we all had the chicken.....2 buffalo and one regular. So salty it was difficult to eat and the Buffalo chicken was sour tasting. The spice flavoring was the worst I have ever tasted! The regular chicken breading tasted like over fried cornflakes. None of us finished our meals. French fries were better than the chicken so,if you want to make a meal out of fries, go eat here. I also want to mention that our food took forever to be delivered to our table....at least 25-30 min. So, if you are on a short lunch break, don't eat here. No wonder Ruby Tuesdays are in decline. Our waitress, however, was very efficient and kept our drinks filled up....just what we needed on this scorching day! read more

Well I have been looking forward to coming here, however I was quickly disappointed. I understand their remodeling but the tables were extremely close. I was really looking forward to the salad bar I didn't feel that it was the best it could be or that they advertise to be. I've never been to a Ruby Tuesday but I am impressed by the food and price. You can't go wrong when you get an entre and endless salad bar for $15. I wasn't expecting the burger and steak to be as good as they were. The service was great both times I was there. When/if they screw my food up I'll just go up to the salad bar 4 times instead. read more

This is a tough one. Food was generally OK. Had the avacado chicken sandwich and my wife had the chicken, broccoli Alfredo pasta. Service by Caitli was very good. Couple of things to note. Green beans were canned (they used to be fresh), sandwich roll was a bit soggy, fries were fair. The worse part of our visit was the cleanliness of the restrooms. A big turnoff. read more

Ruby Tuesday - Great food ! - Burgers Near Me - Jensen Beach, Florida

They get 2 stars on management and 4 on service. My boyfriend and I both ordered salad bar with our meals. After we finished we pushed our salad plates to the edge of the table. The manager Aaron, walked by our table 4 times without picking up the dirty plates, and again and asked if we were doing ok and STILL did not remove the plates. I manage a restaurant, if I touch a table , you get your butt I'm not walking away empty handed. Kate was our server and she was great, no complaints on her . Manager needs to learn that you serve your staff by helping them so they can properly serve the guests that keep your doors open. read more

Ruby Tuesday has definitely went downhill over the last 10 years. The salad bar is the only thing I would order if I went back. I ordered the steak, it as dry and over-cooked. It took so long, I didn't feel like waiting another 45 mins so I just ate it. The server was friendly though. They really need to work on their food and cooks. read more

Ruby Tuesdays has stepped up their game. Their salad bar of course is still fantastic, but their entree's were a great surprise. Their new menu definitely paid off. Two suggestions are definitely their new chicken strips and the jalapeño burger. Try this place or try it again if you haven't had it in a while because it is delicious. read more

Yeah this place sucks. The style of the restaurant is just ech. Like, what is it even supposed to be? All the waiters also just feel kind of awkward. And the food is just, oy vey. I mean I've tasted better food run over by a carbine! Especially the chicken Caesar salad! I didn't even know it was salad when I got it it was just that terrible! I can't think of any reason to go to this restaurant. Maybe if you accidentally took poison and you need to throw up, then maybe the food here might serve useful. Other then that I dunno. read more

I dined here Sunday right before watching Fast 7 and I was not impressed with the service. I had the Combination of cheese sticks, egg roll looking thing and I can't remember what else. My boyfriend had to tell him we needed refills on our drink 20 mins after we've completed our drinks. Will not return read more
