I've met the most magnificent waitress at Ruby Tuesday airport road in Jacksonville Fl. Her name is Jessica. I've witnessed this woman be the ONLY waitress on the floor, go from table to table, including the bar with a smile on her face and never once did I see her be short with anyone. I purchased the 30 day salad bar pass (great deal) so am in there alot. She is ALWAYS so kind, courteous and friendly. She deserves to be rewarded for her efforts. She should be the trainer for new hires as she is the ultimate waitress!! read more

Went to this location to grab a bite while waiting for my husband's plane to arrive. Mallory, bartender was fantastic. She was attentive to all patrons and interactive while meeting everyone's needs. Had the sticky ribs appetizer and it was delicious. All around the bar were kind and we laughed and enjoyed each other's company. I just bought my meal for m Ruby Tuesday it was $31.15 I ordered a half stack of Ribs with broccoli and mash potatoes. Lately these restaurants are not cooking the food right. This my second place that I am not happy with the half stack ribs. I went to fix my salad and the waitress moved my phone away from my seat. Z men come in and take my seat. I felt that was my property.Dont touch my stuff. I used to go here all the time. I will say the salad was great. I gave the meal to my cats. I'm just letting these children mpsnirs know because y'all will have no customers . People will choose other places. I will try long Horns. After that if they are not up to standards. Our church group went back today, everyone but me seemed to really enjoy their foods, comments were " ribs are tender, chicken was crispy, good hamburger, large chicken sandwich". I ordered the appetizer sampler plate for my lunch. My "cheese" sticks did not have any cheese in them. My chicken bites was 1 little ball, and one size I had cut in half. The chips and spinch dip was extremely salty. So, I was not so happy with mine. (I did get the cheese sticks reorderd so they were ok then). All in all it was a good lunch. We had just picked up our daughter and son in law at JAX they had not eaten anything so we stopped here at about 4:45pm to have an early dinner. Everyone ordered, waiter was friendly and attentive, it took a bit of time for the food to arrive, he and another server arrived with our dinner, everything but mine... he looked right at me and said they just put on a fresh basket of fries your chicken sandwich will be right out, a few minutes later he said I could go to the salad bar free if I would like, I said no! Everyone was about done with their meals so I asked to see the manager.... He came over I said I wanted to CANCEL my meal I did not want it now everyone was finished eating! His response was "we offered you our salad bar" I said I did not order the salad bar just wanted my sandwich!!! His response was the waiter gave your sandwich to someone else, so cavalier and it sounded like I was bothering him, very "I could care less" attitude for a manager We will never go there again!!! We were just leaving Las Vegas on Thanksgiving Day so we ended up here for our dinner. I believe our waitress' name was Natalie and she was great! Upbeat, attentive and super polite. My husband ordered the bacon burger and I had chicken quesadillas. Nothing was wrong with our dishes and they came out quickly. Wasn't the ideal place to have our Thanksgiving meal but were really just glad to have some open and warm to fill our bellies as many other establishments were understandably closed. read more

I'm not the only one either. There were many people who waited a very long time for service and food. Unreasonable and ridiculous. When our food finally did come out it was cool and altogether not very good. Like, we didn't finish our food because it was not anywhere near up to par. I hate reviews like this. Katline was great. For a Friday at dinner time we were seated quickly. I ordered a petite medium well steak which was tender and seasoned just right, the baked potato was fresh, piping hot and load just like I like it (cheese, sour cream, bacon and chives). I ordered a second side that I would eat later at home which was macaroni and cheese. The mac & cheese was cheesy but wasn't anything to write home about but I would order it again. The waitress was pleasant however at the end gave me the wrong bill, which she quickly corrected. The manager made rounds greeting every table and making sure everyone was being taken care of. I will return to this location for future meals. If you sign up online or on your phones to their website you will receive coupons for up to half off the 2nd meal. The absolute worst server we have had in years, B! Took 10 min to be acknowledged, order a drink and get menus. Walks around to the few tables that were there, totally ignoring us. Was staying next door at the Residence Inn, so placed an online takeout order for dinner. When I showed up no order. They said someone else ordered the same food so they deleted my order thinking it was a duplicate. Obviously they don't check the names for it to be a duplicate before ordering. Food was good once they prepared my order. Just realize they don't trust their online system. You may want to call in your order or place in person. Doing it in advance got me nothing. Heather was a great server. Our drinks stayed filled our food was all brought as ordered. And everything was great. I got Bangin shrimp and they were great. Hubby got the ribs, Amazing. Kids meals came out first so the kids were behaved while we ate. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because there was a "guest service coordinator" walking around. At first, it was to random tables but then I realized they had gone to every table around us except for us. I went there last night and was in from out of town and decide to sit at the bar. There was this extremely heavyset female bartender that did not acknowledge me until I sat there for 10 minutes. She was not waiting on other customers but having small talk with her coworkers and wiping down the bar. I finally had to flail my arms to get her attention. I ordered a glass of wine and a shrimp appetizer. Food was ok, not great not terrible (much like the service). I get a call on my cell phone and speak to a friend for about 10 minutes. The bartender takes it upon herself to close my tab without asking if I wanted anything else. I then tell her I wanted one more glass of wine and she shoots me a dirty look and gets me another wine. My first dining experience in Jacksonville. Very forgettable. I guess to work here, there isn't much of a screening process. read more

Our visit started off bad & got worse the longer we were there.. For starters, the two young ladies who were working the hostess stand were far more interested in playing on their phones & goofing around with the waitresses than seating customers. We waited quite a while at the table before anyone showed up to take our drink order.. When the waitress finally showed back up with our drinks, we finally got to order our lunch. Keep in mind, this place was fairly empty at this time... After about 30 minutes, an older gentleman showed up at our table with our lunch entrees.. He said that he'd noticed they had been sitting in the kitchen quite a while. We asked about the appetizer that never showed up & he said that he would look into it. At that point we asked him to send our waitress to the table because our drinks were empty. Several minutes later our waitress came to the table & asked how we were doing, with no refills, no appetizer, nor any clue as to why we were a bit frustrated. We told her to cancel the appetizer & I asked for some sour cream... She showed back up with the sour cream 15 minutes after I asked for it a second time.. The poor guy managing the place stumbled on to our situation as we had reached our limits with the TERRIBLE service.. The food was OK, but surely would've been better had it not sat in the kitchen for so long.. The manger sat down with us & we walked him through the timeline & the issues.
