Food is good but kitchen staff a distraction. Hostess is clueless put me in the first tiny booth at entry to the bar... Why would you seat someone right in the passageway where everybody (staff and customers) has to walk when the restaurant is mostly empty? I moved myself. I came in carrying a box of files and a computer and it was obvious that I needed to do some work yet she placed me in the tiniest table the restaurant has to offer while there are only a couple table seated in the entire place. That is just laziness and poor training. Food was good, salad bar fresh and clean. Not super fast but not slow either. Server was nice and attentive enough. The Tuesday burger Ruby Tuesday deal looked good & we've ordered it before. So we placed our 1st ever online restaurant pickup order. Every pickup park spot was occupied by empty cars so we pulled into the 3rd party pickup parking spot & relayed why we couldn't get parking pickup spots 1-4. We were told she'd check for us. Well after waiting 20 minutes I went inside & waited another 5+ minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I asked about our pickup order & was told to go into the bar to pickup our order. Why do you need numbered pickup parking spaces? Obviously we assumed our order was going to be delivered to our car. By the time we got home our hamburgers, fries & onion rings were cold! The ordering system added a tip! What a joke I certainly would have not added a tip after that dreadful encounter. Fool me once shame on you; fool me twice shame on me! Their won't be a second chance. We never had bad service inside the restaurant even though sometimes it was better than others. And we never had to eat cold food along with warm strawberry cheesecake. Oh I should have also mentioned that the inside of the restaurant looked like a ghost town. After we ordered it took another 35 minutes to get our food and by the time our food arrived it was cold and my plate was undercooked. We used to come here all the time but this location has gone down the drain and is disgusting. The manager David was rude, disrespectful and dismissive. We notified them that the restaurant smelled like sewage and they said yeah it's a bathroom issue. Then brought out half completed plate with nasty celery. We went to the Airport Road location today. Waited 45 minutes for the Thursday special, a chicken quesadilla. My husband got chicken nachos as his entree. Mine was cold and burnt, his was not much better. The tea was on its way to being sour. The server was very good and apologized several times. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead on one is because the salad bar was ok, at best. At this rate I don't look for them to be in business much longer. We certainly won't go back. read more

Solid representation of Ruby Tuesday's. Nothing special, exactly what you would expect of an airport restaurant. I sat at the bar, just missed happy hour. I ordered a tall beer and a salad. Came pretty quickly. There were mostly men at the bar and two female bartenders...so you can imagine who got the best service. My salad didn't come the way I ordered (chopped) but it was fine. I ordered the crispy chicken Cobb. The "chicken" was basically the leftover bits from the breading, not much real chicken, but honestly I still enjoyed it. The beer was tall and cold. Service is friendly and courteous. I ordered an Asiago steak and shrimp for dinner with dirty rice and grilled zucchini. I asked for medium rare on the steak and got well done. The shrimp looked like it got run through an iron, battered and fried. The dirty rice was clumpy and not so tasty. The zucchini was tasty. Not too impressed with the food. Hello all. Sorry for the late post but here goes. 8/7/19 the Wife and I went to Ruby Tuesday at the airport for a early dinner. The building only had 4 customers including use. Well we ordered our drink and sat and waited about 10 minutes or so before I asked someone could they take our order. Another waitress came and took over an our day went from bad to worst. She took our order and served us but disappeared shortly there after. We sat and waited for the bill and she never came. My Wife got up and went to the car while I waited 30 minutes for her to bring my bill, a box and a drink to go!! Finally bringing the bill it was wrong so I had to wait again. I got ready to leave and stopped to speak with the hostess ( Mrs Annette) about the poor treatment and in turn she got the manager. This guy comes stand listen not say in a word no I'm sorry NOTHING. I told him that his management and his staff of waitresses were all trash!! Mrs Annette apologized (while the manager stood looking stupid saying nothing)!! If you want good service, fresh food, refill on your drink and your bill to pay when you leave THEN DONT GO TO RUBY TUESDAY AT THE AIRPORT!!! read more

We hesitated to stop here after reading some earlier reviews. But we like their menu in general, so decided to try. It was a good experience. From our server, Cliff's, smiling welcome, to his service, to the quality of what we ordered, we were very pleased. Our food came out timely and was hot and fresh. One thing I would suggest is that the owner hire a cleaning service that knows how to clean sinks and commodes in the rest room. That might have caused a downgrade to 4-1/2. Otherwise I had no complaint about cleanliness. This is an older restaurant with nicks and scratches. But those were not to be confused with a lack of cleanliness. read more

I don't know where to start. Out of 6 meals, 1 was decent. Honestly, the fried chicken strips was the best thing they had and that's not saying much. The place smelled like puke and sewer. The salad bar was half stocked and the bathrooms looked like no one had cleaned them in weeks. The booth seats were coming apart and food was underneath the booth inside of the seat. It stunk. They were sold out of ribs and they changed that status twice. The Tacodillas were a complete waste of money. Two strips of meat on 3 tortillas with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes on the side. No side item. The kids grilled chicken came out as a grilled chicken sandwich fully loaded. Then they corrected that by bringing out a grilled chicken breast on a plate. The parking lot was full of trash and the flower beds looked like homeless had been living under the shrubs. The place should be condemned. Honestly, I'm hoping this review will save somebody their hard earned money and maybe management will notify corporate to clean this up. We stopped going to this location for a while but I am so happy to tell you that we now go frequently again! We eat there about once a week and have done so since last year. I don't know who the manager is but I can tell you that the people who work there get an A+ from me. They are extremely polite from the greeters to the wait staff and the bartenders! The food always comes out right and HOT. The salad bar is fresh and well stocked (gloves are provided and masks are required). To top it all the restaurant and bathrooms are clean! This place has gone down hill. It smelled like raw sewage BAD, best part is management was aware days ago and has yet to call it get it fixed. Food was ridiculously over priced and confusing. Ordered Tex mex boneless wings, was supposed to get 6 only got 5 for $12. Celery with bone in wings was literally rotten. Salad bar was nasty with half the options out due to lack of being refilled. My husband and I came for dinner. Our waiter was very pleasant and very courteous. He got our orders perfect. My husband had a seafood platter which he absolutely loved. I had a sampler that was also very good. We did have a couple of drinks. I had a dirty martini which was wonderful and my husband had sangria and he loved it. We were too full to order dessert so I cannot give recommendations on that. The salad bar was very fresh and that is one of the reasons we go there as he really loves salad bars. Has been remodeled... fantastic salad bar! Fresh and a lot more choices. 4 for dinner on a Thursday night about 5:30PM. Walked right in. Wait staff was on the money. Ordered the wings as my dinner. Love them, generous portion and generous size. Cousin Elf had the macaroni, chicken bacon entrée which was a heart attack in a bowl. Served piping hot, it was too delicious. The other two had the bourbon pork chop which is always delicious. This place is a new favorite. If you have a chance to try the newly remodeled Ruby's, do it. read more

In a word, meh. The service was VERY friendly so that's a plus. As for everything else, eh it did the job but nothing special. The salad bar was fresh enough overall and there weren't any foreign objects in the food (looking at you, Arlington, VA location) so it was okay but seemed to have less items than I remembered years ago. The loaded baked potato was also garden variety (no pun intended) and was okay but nothing really memorable. I waked over to Ruby Tuesdays as it is next to my hotel off of airport rd. It was kind of busy for a Tuesday night. I order a Ribeye steak well-done with Mac and Cheese and broccoli. The steak was well cooked, but it had a lot of fat in it. The broccoli and the Mac and Cheese was very good. However my service was spotty at best. My waitress was very nice, but not very accommodating. It seem that all her other customers required her attention. No refills on my sweet tea, and she didn't find the time to cash me out. Therefore after 10 minutes I just left the money on the table and left. It was one of the best meals I have had at Ruby Tuesdays in a while, just wish my waitress would have provided a better service. read more

Delicious burgers from takeout menu, but indoor pickup experience was unsettling. Social distancing was very lax; most servers' masks did not cover their noses and mouths and they pulled their masks down to speak to customers. I don't typically go to chain restaurants but I had time to spare before I had to pick up my friend at the Jacksonville Airport. I remember them having a good salad bar with diverse green choices and add on selections. I sat in the bar and got the salad bar and enjoyed a little football and catch up on emails. My server was wonderful. She was attentive, but also gave me my space knowing I would be there for a little over an hour. There was free wifi which was a bonus at that time. The salad bar was what I remembered. Mixed greens, lettuce, spinach, lima beans, onions, zucchini, broccoli, carrots, potato salad, pasta salad, olives, mushrooms, bacon, ham and a number of dressing choices. At 8.99, not bad. Had a good experience. The only challenge was finding a way onto the frontage road to get there. read more
