I haven't been to Ruby for quite sometime so I decided to go for a quick lunch run. I initially had a free app coupon from Tmobile then PNC offered cash back if I used my card. I'm always down for a deal or two lol I sat at the bar-it was extremely busy so I waited for 10 minutes but it was so worth it once I tasted that Turkey burger.....For my drink I got the Ruby relaxer which was delicious, for my app i got the spinach dip and my meal consisted of a mean Turkey burger with fries yummm. I had the Chicken Fresco which was delicious, the light sauce it was in was perfect. It came with 2 sides, I picked the dirty rice and steamed broccoli, both were excellent. Went last Friday around 3:00. There was no one there. Asked for a booth and was seated in the bar area across from the kitchen double doors. Was not asked if this was acceptable or not. Should have requested other seating. It was noisy from the beginning with servers in and out of the doors. Then the kitchen staff got quite loud. The Mgr had to tell them to keep it down. The worst part of the dining expieince was the filty language that was heard from the kitchen staff. Never again...the service was slow do to our server woking drinks behind the bar. But I got over that once I started yelping since I could find a ton of places that were unique and what not. However, I don't knock this place because they actually have some good healthy choices (and the best broccoli ever). Plus that bison burger is a slam dunk good choice. I tried the spinach and artichoke dip, which is supposed to be a signature item, and it was a soupy, runny mess with no artichokes. My family and I came here Sunday around 4...as soon as we got here the issues began. The garden bar, which we came for, was a mess so we decided to not even bother with it because it looked so bad. We were seated without menus, and had to wait 5 minutes to get some. About 10 mins later we were able to order our food. It took about 15 minutes to get our salads, which tasted fine because it was salad... Not even 5 mins later our food comes out, which is pretty annoying because we are still just eating the salads. Gather 'round kiddies, it's story time. I love ketchup. Like love love love. I can not eat fries or a burger without ridiculous quantities of that tomatoey goodness. So when I get a burger and fries with one little cup of ketchup on the side I'm all like "WTF MAN!" So, before I even tried to eat, I asked for more. Do they bring me a bottle? NOOOO. Do they bring me lots? Nooooo. They bring me 3 more of these little cups. WTF I'ma do with that? Needless to say I couldn't finish my fries cuz I ran out of ketchup. Tear tear. Have not been to Ruby Tuesday in years and thought I would grab some dinner. The hostess greeted me and seated me at a nice table. The waitress came around in a few minutes. The drink special of the evening was top shelf margarita. I asked about which ones that included and the waitress did not know despite all the propaganda on the table. So I place an order for a margarita. About five minutes later the waitress returned and said the one I choose was not included. I asked which were and the waitress did not know. So I place an order for traditional margarita. The drink took over 15 minutes to arrive. Mind you the resturant was not at all crowded. She then offered to take my order and I asked about the ribs and the various bbq sauces. Again she did not know and said they change them all the time and she can't keep up with what is in the menu. I added the salad bar to my meal. The waitress brought my salad bar plate at the same time as the dinner. It would have been nice to get the salad before the meal. I got my salad and began to eat. I realized that I needed ketchup for the French fries. I look around and now every wait staff has disappeared. I tried to get the attention of passing staff to no avail. Finally the waitress reappeared and said "did you need something"? Someone must have realized I was looking around but did not see what I needed. Once I finally got started on the meal the food was good. The ribs tender and the Sweat Tea BBQ sauce I selected was good. The French fries had a nice seasoning and the salad bar had fresh offerings. I had chicken and when I brought it home and it was a little cold the Salt was just soooo heavy in it. I have noticed this before with them in Hamburgers and other food. Hi, I live in the Camphill, Pa area. We uses to have a Ruby Tuesday here too but they close it down. Now I go to the one in Harrisburg, Pa. I been there about 60 times and I think out of the 60 times, I had maybe two not so good meals. I love the Salad bar for $9.00 or you can get it for around $4.00 more with a meal. You can't beat that. If you go to any fast food Restaurant you would pay about $7.00 to $8.00 for a Med Salad and get a few items on it. I love there Turkey burgers. I have to give them 5 stars even though I had a few issues with them. Sometimes the food takes a little longer to get and that is why I also get the salad bar. read more

I had a horrible experience with the bacon bits at the salad bar. Chomped down on grissel and a pig BONE! OUCH!!!Complained immediatly to waitress who could care less and Peggy an assistant manager who has same dental implants as I do several times! I damaged my tooth, spoke with Peggy Myers the assistant manager on duty, the manager TJ Snyder the Manager (now promoted to district manager) and the new manager Lisa Brubaker went to dentist asked them to pay $130.00 for stays and exam, may-be a root canal. I visited Ruby Tuesdays during my lunch break with a few friends. We waited an hour for our food. Eventually, two of us had to get up and leave because we just could not wait any longer. On our way out, they told us--for the fourth time since we arrived--that our food was almost ready. When I talked to the people from our party that stayed, they told me that they still waited another fifteen minutes to get their lunch. I ended up grabbing a sub from Sheetz and eating at my desk... I have known other people that I work with who have similar experience at this particular Ruby Tuesdays on Paxton Street. I would not recommend it to anyone, unless they have a two hour lunch break or are just interested in the salad bar. read more
